....don't know how to deal with customers....leave alone dealing with regular customers....no smile on the face....no greetings....nothing.... to top it all up they ask for your ID and then do not have an IQ level of a Grade-12 to be able to read or interpret an ID. When I presented by Canadian Driver's License as ID, the Security Guard looks at it as if the piece of ID has landed from Mars or something...asks me if its a Forklift Operator's License!!!!!!!!!!!....come off it guys....Even Airlines in Canada and USA except Driver's License as a valid piece of ID and this DEAR SECURITY GUARD at a Liquor Store asks the Store Manager if my License is acceptable as a Piece of ID.....I almost left the place without making a purchase but then I told myself...whatever......

Just went here for the first time! Shay was a huge help when trying to look for what I wanted, I got to try about 8 different wines and she walked me through each one with lots of info, ended up leaving with a stunning bottle that I will be enjoying with my husband! What a great experience, 100% recommend, can’t wait to come back!

To be honest, for a brand new location and given the area this store left me very underwhelmed. After visiting other cities this summer and seeing how their liquor stores are set up and their displays, ours are seriously lacking.

Hands down the absolute best LC in the city because their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Love shopping here! Thanks for making out experience consistently positive.

The staff were awesome!! We tried some samplers of wine and vodka, we struck up a great conversation as well. Very easy going place with wuit the selection!!!
