We used this storage space when our office was going thru renos. The staff (Brandon, Desi, Shelby) was extremely helpful at this location from start to finish. Special thank you to Desi for making the whole process extremely smooth and providing recommendations from time to time. Would definitely consider them again in future.

The lot is very clean (spotless). Overhead doors, keypads, lifts are all working well and very reliable. Not a single time we experienced any glitch. And the most important thing and why this location stands out is they have very friendly and respectful team, led by their manager Inah Castillo. Highly recommended!!!

I found the storage was excellent, clean, and accessible indoors. I was able to use the storage free for one month. The billing was a bit confusing. You need to pay the day before it is processed. And even your vehicle is indoors while unloading or loading it.

Storage worked well, although there’s only 3 working bays and sometimes you have to wait for a bay to open up. Emptying the unit in the middle of the billing cycle means you forfeit remaining fees with no discussion. Not cool.
