Terrible customer service!! They lied about the amount for the locker. Lied about dates they’d take out money. Took almost 300 dollars after the locker was empty. Stated I’d been there almost a week extra but the locker was empty. Not one rep was helpful or consistent in information. Said I may get a refund in up to 6 weeks. Calvin the manager doesn’t answer or call back customers. And reps refuse any assistance to speak to accounting or any higher up to correct their terrible lack of incorrect information!! This place is more expensive than anywhere else once you figure out their actual price once they pull it from your bank. DO NOT STORE HERE. It’s been an absolute nightmare with no competent assistance from anyone. Constant mistakes and misinformation. Incredibly unprofessional group. Spoke to Calvin who says they’ve already refunded me which they haven’t and there’s nothing he could do. What a joke

Our time with Sentinel downtown was short and sweet. Loading in to the locker the first day was painless. The ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful. Coming back a month later to clear our locker was challenging because there were were a few other trucks waiting. We picked a popular moving day I guess! The team worked hard to keep everyone organized and provided options so that we all could get our moves complete in good time! It definitely was not the customer service I was expecting from a self-storage facility, we were very pleasantly surprised and it took a lot of the stress out of our winter moving experience!

I had a pleasant experience at the Calgary downtown facility. Liway and Dianne were super helpful. I had more interactions with Liway though. Even though their facility closes at 5pm, I reached 5 mins before closing to store some items. Liway was very accommodating and helped me store my stuffs. In another occasion, the loading bay was dysfunctional and occupied by another customer. Liway opened another loading bay for me and helped me with my stuffs. I would highly recommend this facility. I am completely impressed with the service provided at Downtown Self Storage and Phil’s professionalism and friendly advice. He always responds quickly to my questions, with solutions and options. The building and my storage unit is clean, easily accessible and well lit. I really appreciate the size of the elevator, the power lift in the loading area and the use of the moving dollies. The ladies at this Storage location are absolutely amazing. I started communicating with Diane and continued dealing with Liway. Both were very prompt in getting back to me and went above & beyond to accommodate me. Facility is very clean, safe and secure, and very close to downtown, with a dock for an easy access when moving in and out of it. I was nervous putting my stuff in storage but I have to say sentinel storage has been the best storage experience. The staff here is very friendly and kind. They go out of their way to help and answer all your questions. The place is so clean and safe. As someone who travels from time to time I feel confident that my possessions are safe here. I very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Excellent service. Liway provided exceptional service. The reservation did not know I had 2 heavy suitcases so they assigned me an unit that located in an upper section which requires me to lift it up, which is impossible for me. Liway showed me different units and gave me the best offer. So I don’t have to injure myself by lifting heavy stuff. Hahah. Thank you Liway. The world need more customer service like you.

I was moving on quick notice and found this storage facility. Linway was ever so helpful as my stuff arrived before me. In the end, I needed an extra unit because I had to much stuff. This was handled efficiently and with a smile, even when i had troubles doing the electronic signing. All handled with smiles and giggles. Thanks Linway, great hob all around.

We had the BEST encounter when we came into this location to get our unit. We had thought it was open till 8 as the Hours are a but confusing online.. so when we rolled in at 445 with a uhaul loaded to the max just to find out they were closing at 5, we were in quite a panic. The associate at the desk, Liway( sorry if incorrect)was AMAZING! Thanks you!!!!

First time using a storage locker and I thought the process would have been complicated but Liway made it really easy for me. The instructions she gave was very easy to understand. Her customer service is excellent. The place is also very secure with a lot of cameras. I never had a problem moving my things in and out.

Very great service and affordable. Liway was very helpful and really went out of her way by staying 40 minutes past their closing time to wait for me to put my things in as I had to catch a flight the next morning. She was very kind and friendly that she made me feel comfortable.

Very happy with my rental experience here. The lockers are sturdy, spacious and clean. I think an access ramp could be helpful but there's not a lot of room at the storage entrance so it's not unreasonable there isn't one installed. Overall a great service and friendly staff.

Sentinal Storage on 10th Ave Calgary is a clean, well run indoor storage with generous access hours and the warm welcome of staff makes the unfortunate situation of having to store stuff as pleasant as possible. The location is also very convenient to downtown amenities.

I've used self storage a few times before, and I must say that the experience here is very different, very friendly staff, they are open until 11pm and they have all the tools available to make the move as quick and easy as possible... very positive experience. 5 stars.

I had to keep my apartment stuff in between my move and I got to use this facility. This is an awesome setup and the whole place is temperature controlled . Liwai was very helpful during my contract . The place is very clean , has lots of dollys to move around things .

Super easy to book and cancel a storage unit, lots of different sizes and the location is heated. Early and Late access to your unit all the time and the lady I see here everytime is really nice and always helpful. I definitely recommend sentinel on 10th ave sw!

Great customer service, space is very clean, recently painted, ceilings are very high so a lot of stuff can be loaded vertically even in a smaller storage unit, affordable pricing. Not too happy about increasing rent every 9 months, but overall solid.

The person working at the location on 10th downtown (Liway...I hope I spelled that correct) was very helpful getting us a unit. We had been on a waitlist and as soon as a unit was available she called to ensure we were able to get it.

The front desk is very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. However, there is only one loading zone, resulting in a huge inconvenience and delays when accessing and moving items in and out of the storage unit.

My experience was amazing! The front desk lady is extremely kind and helpful, the storage size is just perfect for my needs and the storage is also near my house, which helps going back and forth.

The staff member was so helpful that's why it's a 3. The lower rating factored in is because facility is so worn out and expensive for the quality being paid for and on it's own deserves a 1 or 2.
