During my transit at Edmonton Alberta Canada I found this gem exceeding all my expectations it is none other than Sentinel Storage located at 11444 119 St NW Edmonton AB T5G 2X6 extremely helpful and friendly staff entire Storage facility itself nice & clean attention to detail safe and secured property open access to any size vehicle including commercial tractor with 53' trailer which could easily fits on their docks. I was fortunate enough to find this as a full service storage facility which certainly met my requirements. Easy access from all directions located minutes away from the heart of downtown Edmonton yet in a quiet mixed neighborhood both residential & commercial closer to many important amenities such as U Haul, Canadian Tire, Gas Stations, Hotels, Restaurants etc, if I'm not mistaken this is the second largest Sentinel Storage in Edmonton area with many added features such as hight adjustable commercial type docks temperature controlled units with many different sizes all with rollup type fully covered doors with padlock lever has adequate lighting, live surveillance video cameras, washrooms, freight elevator for upper level Storages, staircase, several in-house trolleys & dollies but they had only one pallet jack I wish they had at least two (recommend a second one) reasonable & affordable prices compared to other few Storages in the area expensive & less facilities, I highly recommend Sentinel Storage at 11444 119 St Edmonton AB. Once again thank you for providing me a Storage facility that suits my needs & budget in timely manner I look forward for my further needs with Sentinel.

This review is for Sentinel in Edmonton, on 119 Street. It is an impressive site for storing your most cherished assets. The staff is very professional, attentive and know their jobs well. To boot, the storage site is very clean, has well-designed access and convenient loading/unloading dock. Most storage sites in Edmonton are built and managed well. Sentinel is at the top of the food chain. And it is very affordable. Cheers to the staff at Sentinel 119 Street.

I needed a storage unit ASAP and Sentinel was able to get me one same day! Customer service and booking on the phone was amazing and super simple. I’ve never had such a nice customer service rep. Getting the unit itself was super easy and the staff were so friendly. Explained everything thoroughly so there was no confusion. If you need a storage unit I would 100% recommend this place. The customer service and staff are so kind and understanding.

Customer service was awesome! I ordered a large unit on sale, and when I arrived it turned out to be 2 units that are both 75% the size of the one I had ordered. I could see this being an issue someone who needed very specific dimensions, but in my case it worked to my benefit (other than having to purchase two locks). Would have appreciated being told on the phone when I booked rather than when I arrived, though.

I am very happy what a beautiful personal is on this location. Very kind and helpful. I was taken through the facility and explained all the details I need to do my move and storage. I've had a blasting experience with Sentinel Storage. Every member of the staff was beyond amazing in helping me when I had a problem with my storage unit. They were second to none in their service and personal help. I highly recommend them for any storage needs, and I will always be using their tremendous service.

Everyone at this location is so kind and helpful, I've never needed storage before but they made the experience really easy and stress free. The invoicing was automatic without any hassle, the cost was very reasonable, and the facility was EXTREMELY clean. If I ever need storage again, I will be going here.

Horrible customer service, all 3 staff members were extremely rude, and facility is very old - you can see through door cracks into most of the units. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Easy to rent a unit and the price is not too bad. I was happy that they included an insurance policy for $20/month - the last storage facility I used provided no such thing.

The lady who helped me was the most information packed i have met about their service. And she did it with most humble and friedly manner. Kudos to her. Biniam
