I was in my unit and didn’t feel good so I layed Down on my mattress my service dog was with me. They pounded on door then opened it and demanded I get up and that dog can not be on property. My wife was cleaning up items in unit and told her that her unit no longer has 24 hr access which she already paid for is revoked because she was there with me to make sure I was ok. Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Don’t respect people with disabilities and their aides to assist them Still waiting for a response from them in regards to this situation. They say it’s been given to the appropriate people…. Well that’s not acceptable. How they have conducted themselves. They have discriminated against myself and my wife and made assumptions and actions based on those assumptions. That’s not an appropriate way of operating a business and service to the community. Guess I will have to take this to someone who’s going to actually help us out cause storage mart doesn’t seem to care.

We have had our RV stored at this lot for 15 years. We have never had a problem with any of the management. Unfortunately my husband of 36 years passed away suddenly of cancer. I called to let the management know and I have never had such understanding and compassion from the staff there. The two ladies there Nichole and Rachelle have showed me nothing short of respect, compassion and understanding. These ladies went out of their way to help me with the RV rental lot. I am only sorry I will no longer be needing the space, but I will never forget these two ladies and will occasionally stop by to say hello. I have been a long term customer(mail box/various storage) of this location for 20+ years and have witnessed several changes in management during that time. Typically, there is always an adjustment period as new staff familiarize themselves to the administration of business operations. So, when I heard of the upcoming change to Storage Mart my first thought was 'Oh no, here we go again'. This time, however, the transition proved to be seamless as front line staff, Rachelle and Nichole, immediately demonstrated their knowledge, ability and willingness to help, serve and remedy the unforseen. I was very impressed with StorageMart. The facility is very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, explained everything clear and concise. Showed me a couple different units to help me decide which I needed and made the whole experience pain free. Oh and the prices... Storagemart gas some of the best that I've found and I called quite a few. I recommend them 100%. If you need a storage space of almost any kind from a spot for a vehicle, to heated indoor units or drive up outdoor units of many different sizes, give them a call last, you'll be glad you did.

Spoke with two different staff on the two times I’ve arrived at the 127th St. location. Rachel Answered all my initial questions and I was just checking out all the options were available and is result of the conversation I went online and booked a 10 x 10 unit. Then the day I registered I am Val and she made the registration process so simple got a quick tour of the unit everything appears to be kept up very well and she like Rachel how to every question I had looking forward to moving my property in there on September 1st

I would give an awesome 5 for welcoming me in on there services and being patient with me but was unhappy with the prices I had to pay witch was way over my budget but in the end I still felt welcomed and still got to rent a wonderful sized unit with some wonderful help on the side, so if I happen to need to store my belongings again I'd recommend STORAGE MART and also would like to thank you for welcoming me in, and have a wonderful day thank you...

When getting ready to make a change in location, the 127th Street Storage Mart location was very helpful. The people were very considerate and understanding. My only point for improvement is to offer a Military Discount. As this is one of the few storage locations in the north end of Edmonton and easily accessible to the base, offering a military discount may entice those that need storage to use the location.

Excellent facility in a great location and 24/7 access with a personal gate code. Many different options and sizes of units. Best price out of many places I had called. Maureen and Mikayla were more than helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They had me set up with a unit in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended for anybody looking for some storage space. A+++

Having been a patron there since 2011 I've never had an issue with this facility. Staff was always friendly, and easy to communicate with. When I went to move out Robyn P. (the nice lady that works there) was more than accommodating to my situation and my made my move out damn near painless. if it hadn't been for all of my boxes it would have been.

I was looking around for storage units in Edmonton and decided to check out Storage Mart. I went in and was extremely satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the service. I obtained my unit and had my paperwork done in less then a half hour. I highly recommend checking these guy's out of your looking to store your stuff. Great job guy's! Eric

Takes days to get a return phone call. No call back confirming my end of lease, my gate code has left me locked out numerous times, and no one to call after hours to get in. The late fee being 5 days late on a payment just from being busy and forgetting was the real treat. Paid for 2 units from these guys its been less than a great experience.

This storage is clean and well maintained. The security is set up well and i feel it would be difficult to access without proper security codes. The ingoing code is the same as the outgoing code. My items were dusty but that is too be expected in an out door storage facility. Would recommend especially with the new management at this store.

Storage Mart is so quick when booking a unit. They have great promotions on as well. I had to go in and sign my rental papers and Val (I hope that’s right lol), was absolutely incredible to deal with. She gets you in, signed up and meets you at your unit in no time flat. The bonus is it’s close to my home. I definitely recommend them!

Two days ago I rented a small locker from the store on 127 st. I had the good fortune of getting an employee by the name of Nichole. Today I returned to drop off some stuff. The young lady not only remembered my name but was so kind and helpful making sure I understood how to work the gate. Thank you Nichole for an awsumm experience.

I came close to end of day. The service was quick and thorough which meant i can move items over faster. The storage unit was extremely clean. The rent for the storage is actually a decent amount. I thought it would cost more. Now my final favorite part is paying online. I appreciate companies when i can pay online! Thanks so much!

Getting set up and access was super easy, I was provided good service. When it came to cancelling the storage mid-month, I was made to pay half of what it cost me for a whole month's rent to cover 5 days into the month. So if you don't move out right at the end of the month, you're forced to pay inflated daily rates.

My experience so far has been extremely positive. The online reservation and payment systems have worked flawlessly. The facility is clean, and well maintained. Moving things in and out of my store room is efficient, and can be done 24 hours a day. The monthly fee(rent) is in-line with the competition.

Ive been a customer at this location for years ! Extremely clean & safe !!! From storing vehicles to furniture this company has been a great option for me!! I had a terrible experience with this storage facility. Not only were they overpriced, but they charged me an exorbitant $20.50+ per day when I tried to cancel 4 days into the month!!!!!!! RUN AWAY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Management gave me a super deal taking $2 off my bill. Go elsewhere!

The staff there are awesome! My experience with them was an overall positive one. I had to switch units three times in the past 1 ½ years; they were very accommodating! The prices are consistent and fair. The buildings are secured and clean, and no hassle to get in and out!

Had a new guy handle my booking. He didn't explain half of what I needed to know. Ended up costing me almost 400 bucks to store my stuff for 12 days.. I'll never use this place again and will advise everybody I know not to as well!!
