I sent these lunatics an email inquiring about storage units and specifically asked for no phone calls due to me working outside of cell phone service area. What I got in return was literally four to five phone calls per day sometimes more over the next 5 weeks... Non-stop harassment from these people which makes me wonder are they in the business of storage or spamming??? Because of this I will never do business with these people. They can't follow simple instructions from an email and in turn they harassed me for over a month until one of them finally agreed to remove my information from their system after much pleading. If this is how they treat the prospective customers then they do not deserve anyone's business whatsoever and should be sent to bankruptcy court. Do not waste your time with such a low level trash organization who can't respect their customers. Go to a proper storage facility instead. Whoever their manager is and sets their policies does not deserve to be in charge of anything and should be fired immediately because the harassment I received over a simple inquiry was nothing short of illegal. I'm making it my new life's purpose to make sure nobody on this planet ever uses these people for anything... All they had to do was respect me as a person and respect my wishes but instead I get over 1000 phone calls in a 43-day period. Imagine how you would feel... Anyone who works at this place is a complete and utter moron plain and simple!

My experience at Sentinel Storage couldn't have been better, from the moment I arrived to meet with Carlos, to our last good byes. This was my first experience using a storage facility and had a million question which Carlos very kindly, thoughtfully, expertly walked me through the whole procedure and when I had more questions and had to phone him again (cause I couldn't remember everything) he was always patient and listened to my concerns. The facility itself is clean, safe and efficiently designed. It was easy to punch in my security code and I liked that I had to do that at each level of entry and exit. The bay door was easily accessed by the moving truck, the plentiful dollies, the actual individual storage locker and key all added to a safe, secure, accessible facility and experience. Unbelievably good service here. I had a complicated move in, with someone else signing the rental agreement while I was away. Carlos made the transition of the agreement and payment arrangements to my name simple at a time when I was deep in panic and confusion. He was always available for any questions and he just exudes calm and reassurance. When I lost my locker key just days before I have movers scheduled to open it, another associate (whose name I remembered until yesterday) soothed my worries and arranged for the lock to be cut (at no cost! I was expecting a hefty fee). When I arrived with movers, Carlos was on hand to open the new lock they had provided and to ensure the movers had easy access to the locker and good parking. Highly recommended!

The facilities were clean, secure, and well-maintained. I was impressed by their accommodating nature, as they worked with me to ensure a smooth process. They truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

The experience was great, the staff is really present to listen and provide answers. I would recommend, the price seemed fair compared to other places I saw. The only point is that for the smallest unit, it's so far up that it becomes quite inconvenient when transporting heavy objects. Nothing deal breaker, but it's something that I noticed for the future, as I would prefer a ground level locker if given a choice.

A great affordable storage unit. With many different options and support available. The staff, Carlos and Bajort were very helpful and attentive to customers needs. They seemed as if they really cared about their job and cared about making sure customers valuables were safe. Incredible to find storage with so many options in Vancouver. Other places we had checked only had a few units open of larger sizes.

We are very pleased with Carlos. He showed us the two storage units and worked with us to fill out all the required documents. He also gave us a good deal on the weekly payment. We don't need the storage units until 6 weeks later. Carlos managed to talk to his manager to reserve the units for us without extra charge. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage.

I chose this service after contacting several storage providers, and Sentinel storage had been the first to respond and provide me with good options. I do not regret choosing them. Affordable student options. The customer service has been very helpful and on-time! Much appreciated! If I ever need storage in the future, I will know where to go!

Location is wonderful especially as a UBC student as I was looking for shorter term storage over the summer, something not far from campus and also close enough to the airport that I could drop stuff off as I was travelling in and out of Vancouver All the staff are super nice, welcoming, helpful and friendly and this was a great experience

Our local Sentinel Storage location is very convenient and has great loading and unloading options. The manager and staff are very professional and responsive and ready to answer any questions or requests. Only downside is it is a bit pricey, but so is most Vancouver storage. They did offer various sign up discounts.

Easy to navigate the website and I like that the rates are posted without my having to provide my contact information and have someone call me. As soon as I signed up I was contacted and informed of the steps and everything was seamless. I was given a tour and the facility is clean and well-lit.

Great storage place, always clean and easy access to the unit. The manager also went out of his way to assist in a lock issue. I had a unit for two years and not one complaint about the place or the staff. I likely won't even look at another company if I find myself in need of a unit again.

Sentinel storage has been a refreshing experience, one that comes few and far between lately... I'm quite positive that is solely due to Carlos Cordoba. He has been extremely helpful and has gone out of his way completely to meet my specific needs for storage..

First contact with sales called me back asap and was not interested because I saw a cheaper price. They found a different location of Sentinel and got me the space for a cheaper budget than I was looking at. Also, check in was quick with good customer service.

This is my first time using storage service outside. My experience with Sentinel from the first telephone contact to the respective store's front line staff were clear, smooth and timely.

According to my work I have been to many storage facilities around BC. Sentinel storage in Laurel street has the best customer service, ample of parking and well planned units out of all!

Very good communication from Sentinel and good set up for getting to and from the storage unit. The building and unit were both clean and well-maintained, would happily store here again.
