My experience here was great. I went with my wife, initially we made an appointment at 230pm today, we were told that the same person would serve both of us during 1 ticket, didn’t know that we need one ticket for 1 task. We have total of 4 tasks and only 2 tickets. My wife proceed with the appointment and completed her 2 tasks. I then took another 2 new numbers and back to the waiting queue. Actually I do not really understand why she had had to send me back to the waiting queue. Just some missed communication, no biggie. Then I was attended by Jay. A brilliant and helpful personnel. Patiently processed my 2 tasks. One of the tasks, there was an error on the form, which was not filled by us but by the authority. He pointed it out and helped to correct the error as he afraid that I would not get a reply due to the error. He cares for the case, which I am very thankful. Not only I left a great review on my ticket on my way out. I am going to write this on google review and I think he truly deserved it.

This branch is cashless and only accepts EFTPOS. I emailed them before they officially opened to ask what backup they would have if the EFTPOS stopped working (e.g. Commbank & ANZ issues earlier this year) or if the internet went out (e.g. recent Optus debacle). They couldn’t really answer my question properly and told me that if customers wanted to use cash, to go to the Castle Hill or Parramatta branch instead. ‍♀️ Another review has mentioned being charged a card surcharge after they refused to take cash… wouldn’t recommend coming here until they change their cashless policy.

While we were the ones getting our problems solved. The server was helping another people who are standing next to us. He also got easily interrupted by other staff members which took us approximately 40minutes. The staff who is serving us have no idea whats going on, and left us alone sitting there for 3 minute. Very not responsible, I will never come to this sercice NSW ever again. New updates everyone, 53minutes

Terrible service. I have been twice for 2 seperate transactions. Both time had all the documents. It clear they are trying to find reasons to stop you from giving them money. The staff are not trained, they supervisors are not helpful. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.
