Ideal is a great local pet shop and general store with friendly service and affordable prices. Some pet stores just have dog and cat items, but ideal has inventory for all types of household animals. Besides dog products, I get all my lizard stuff there too. Interestingly they have a great assortment of grocery and sundry items for humans too -- I usually try to pick up a couple items when I come through like milk, butter, paper towels, natural cleaning products, etc. since they're the same price as they are at big chain grocery stores. And I hear they may be getting their liquor license too! Please support this great local business!

Best pet grocery store I have been to Ever! From the fabulous service to the friendly smiles from the staff to the more than ample options of pet food and supplies this woman owned small business is the best shopping experience I have had with my dog. The owner and her staff are attentive and care about their clients. I recommend this place to any pet owners. If I could I would have given this store a 10 out of 5 starts! Very neat local shop. Great variety on pet supplies. Even a few groceries, which can come in very handy. When I went in the man at the register was very uninterested that a customer came in, and then while I was checking out he made me feel like I was stealing something. He was very RUDE. I am glad the store is there and hope it does well. It will be awhile before I go if I go again. I don't want to be treated like a criminal at a store while I spend money there.

This locally owned pet store is a fixture in the neighborhood and represents all that we should be doing to build community! The owner will accommodate special orders and try their best to please our fur babies I urge people to take the time to stop in and look around! The more we support the small businesses the better chance they have to survive and thrive. Support local!!

I absolutely LOVE this neighborhood pet store. C regularly stocks everything I need for my menagerie, rabbits, dogs, reptiles--or will order if needed. I'm there three times a week at least and never leave wanting. Service is friendly, even when busy, and I love the community atmosphere.

Love this local pet store! They just expanded their space indoors and bringing in more products. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and there's always a dog welcoming you whenever you come in. They have everything I need for my birds, dogs, fish and hamster.

Nice people; but equipment/supplies such as light fixtures, bulbs, hides, calcium/vitamins and fake plants ETC is best buaght online nowadays. Stores sell everything at like 30-40% more then you would find it online at websites such as Amazon and ebay.

Kind knowledgable salespeople, a wide assortment of pet foods, bird feeder refills, pet accessories of all kinds and reasonable prices. Tey are a neighborhood store as well and stock some basic necessities that have saved me more than a few times.

This is a quaint store with obviously more inventory than space but they seem to have a little of everything you need as far as pets go and the prices were surprisingly good comparatively. The staff was helpful But not pushy. I like this store

This pet shop is the best for every pet need. Knowledgeable staff and a vast variety of products for my cats, dog and tarantulas. Pets are welcome and prices are more than reasonable.

They were great a few years ago then they changed their entire staff and started selling Monsanto's Round Up so I decided to support somewhere more animal and environmentally friendly

The owner or a worker were not wearing a mask when I went it I had my one year old son with me who can not be vaccinated walk right out. Will not shop there ever again

Great prices, free parking, warm and helpful staff. Always a quick in and out even though only one cash register. Best price on diet restricted dog food hands down.

She is very helpful and reasonably priced...I found that some of the 'gourmet' organic/local products to be even less expensivs than in the big-box super centers.

Showed up 15 minutes before their posted closing time and they had already locked the doors. What is the point of listing your hours if you don’t stick to them?

Very friendly owners and they have a wide range of products, including more Boujee and more cheap (my cat likes the cheaper treats) so it's awesome for me.
