Extremely rude and unprofessional !!! Hung up the phone on my face while I tried to schedule a visit to a listing. Does not understand basic real estate terminology such as "Contigent Take backup". I left a 1 star review to due the rudeness and unprofessionalism I received when I called you today, 12/8/2022. The job of a realtor is to be informative and guide others through the transaction of a realty property. You are not being informative by hanging up the phone while someone is trying to converse with you. Not once you mentioned to me your seller not wanting people visiting the property. Also if you believe your property is going to close then mark it as PENDING, contingent take backups are when you are NOT sure that the offer will go through so you accept backup offers, in order to not have to start from the beginning if the offer falls through. I would not have left a review if you just did your job correctly. You calling me after my review and not after you hung up on my face just shows what kind of realtor you are. (Would have been less than 1 star if possible)
