I have shopped at the S.E. Jackson's for over ten years and have ALWAYS receive GREAT service when I shop or recycle. I don't know if your station is owned by the same people, but I wasn't pleased at all with my treatment this morning. It was a nice morning so I decided to walk my recycling to your store. When I arrived I asked your GAS ATTENDANT is you did recycling, he said, 'Yes.' I ask where I should go and he told me on the other side of the building. I walked around the building twice and didn't find it. Then a female employee came outside and I asked her about recycling. She IGNORED ME and began talking on her PHONE! I asked again, same result!! So I wenT into the store and ask a young male employee if you did recycling. He said, 'Yes.', but couldn't help me just then. He then bought some lottery tickets and chatted with your Cashier. I just want to say that he was POLITE, didn't MISLEAD ME, and could have been on his BREAK, so he's O.K. by me. Finally I got to the Cashier. 'Do you do recycling?' SHE ROLLS HER EYE"S AT ME!! 'Yes.', she GROANED. 'How do we do that?' You would have thought I asked her to pull out her FINGER NAILS with a pair of PLIERS!! She made a BIG PRODUCTION out of putting on gloves until I couldn't take it anymore. 'Forget it. I'll never come here again!' Every once in a while you'll deal with an employee that's in a bad mood, I get it, I worked in retail for years... BUT, this is the first time in my entire life (I'm 50) that an entire staff treated me so poorly. I want an apology from management, and what will be done. I didn't discribe your staff, you know who was working on Friday, August 4th, 2017 @ 8:15am.

The people who work at this gas station are completely untrustworthy and literally steal from their customers. Went here to get gas tonight and the attendant took my card and tried to steal from my account- attempting multiple charges for $135 and $85. Then the cashier inside charged me $30 and only allowed $3 of gas to pump, pretending that he had misunderstood and charged me $3 when he had actually charged $30. And it didn’t end there because the attendant didn’t put my gas cap back on and I had to go back for it. Didn’t think I could have such a bad experience just trying to get gas. F this place.

While I appreciate that it sometimes does make sense to have customers pump their own gas, as an Oregonian it’s something I’ve learned not to expect—you can get yelled at/etc for trying at other places. Here, however, apparently that is the expectation. It would be helpful to have a sign indicating customers can pump their own gas, so I don’t waste time sitting in my car waiting during my morning commute.

Used to go here all the time since it was the closest place to my house. Now they're putting big holds on cards and not telling you about it. I'm fuming. There's zero reason for them to do that. What are they doing with that money in the meantime? I never agreed to make them any interest free loan.

Very poor customer service. 4 cars pulled away before I went in to get someone to pump gas. For them to tell me there are only two of them there so they are not pumping gas. In the city limits of Portland a gas station is not self service. It’s actually a fine to the driver of the auto mobile.

Ok this Jacksons maybe equally as bad as the Jacksons off grand in SE. The clientele you have to step over to get in to the store to pay for gas or buy some snacks. The employees are not the most customer service oriented. This station has twice as many customers on foot as they do in a car.

Be aware that one of the gas attendants refuses to wear his COVID mask over his nose when outside. When I lowered my car window to tell him how much gas I needed, he poked his head in within 2 feet of mine. I asked about his mask, and he said he only puts it over his nose indoors.

Came to he shall to get some air in my tire and realized the tire was completely torn and the guy helped us out with a tire iron and was super helpful and the guys inside were super cool. I appreciate you all, thank you

NOT open 24 hours. They close from midnight to 4am now but are too inconsiderate to update their hours online. Don't head here if you really need gas in the middle of the night. You'll end up stranded until 4am

Blonde female gas station attendant is on a power trip. Bitc*y and rude. This place's prices suck for the quality of fuel they are selling and their employees apparently hate their lives.

Not open 24 hours, open sign and all other signs on. Sitting here stranded after work because they won't open and I don't have enough gas to get home.

Here all the time on my motorcycle. Nice and friendly attendants who never try to tell me I'm not allowed to pump my own gas.

Left because there was no one to pump gas. Wouldn't even let us pump it ourselves.
