I was there yesterday 7/28. The woman in charge was so rude. While I was paying with my card she turned her back to me. She wasn't helping another customer, just turned her back to me. She did say thank you but all I saw was the back of her head. Ladies' room was dirty. Just weird

Not so great...the prices are a bit high and the only way to get a break is to get their stores loyalty card ( called a Loop Rewards card) this card is given only after giving them your driver license info, birthday and address. They have an ok selection but 7-11 is wayyy cheaper.

There was an irresponsible Indian employee who locked up the entire store and refused me entry when he was supposed to be working. He said the store was closed, but I clearly saw it said open 24 hours on the door. I hope this irresponsible employee can be punished.

My favorite gas station on the south side. Car wash is average but works. Never to packed. The store is clean and well stocked with a good selection of drinks. Coffee is not to shabby but right next door is a Starbucks, the Starbucks is not great.

They sell gas at a higher than average price but they have Shells available in a lot of locations. Even in rural locations there will probably be a Shell gas station. There is 3 grades of gas. and diesel. Also they sell chips, sodas, candy.

I updated this review and dropped the rating by 2 stars. This place doesn't let you use the bathroom because of Covid-19 and that drives me crazy! I Dont doubt the virus, I know we have to be careful. But one of the reasons these facilities

One of the female employees is not very bright and does not know how to count. I attempted to buy an energy drink for about three dollars- something. I pay with a twenty dollar bill and she gives me just over a dollar change back. I point

High-volume place the employees are really not helpful and are quite rude I was really hoping for the convenience of getting my coffee and getting my gas but I guess I would rather get my gas somewhere else better than be treated rudely

Gas is high. I go for the car wash. I dont like how the starbuck line goes right in front of the exit of the car wash and sometimes they dont move to let you out. There should be a stop( sing) or a cone so they dont block the exit

This is a shell franchise store, which means it's fairly identical to every other one. You pay a little bit more for Shell gas but at least the shells are a little bit cleaner than the average gas station.

The car wash here sucks!!!!! Do not use, I paid 11$ for it not to wash anything. The soap didn't even come off with the wash. I had to take everything off with a towel. Terrible disappointed.

Just been here. Employee is not opening the door even though it says open 24h. He stood just next to me at the window and ignored me completely while I was knocking.

Never any receipt at the pump you have to go inside and wait for store customer to finish, your clerks are RUDE & the managers are Lazy . Fix it or Loose it !!

Nice new gas station. Lots of food and drinks inside, both hot and cold. Even has a fro yo machine. There is also a car wash which is pretty decent.

Very clean gas station and also great customer service given. It has public restrooms and easy to get too. Definitely returning for gas and snacks.

Gas is pricey, but that's normal for shell. What's great here is the ultimate car wash. Definitely recommend it. Worth the 13 bucks.
