Rip off gass station with unprofessional and disrespectful workers. Pump had $0.6 on it when I pulled up. Lady pumping gas dident even start pumping gass by time I went inside to pay and came back. Before she started to pump gass I told her about the incorrect starting number. She had some kid run in to get the pump reset. THEN when they said rit was done, I was $0.4 short. The lady was gone so I asked the kid about it. He instantly was very rude and disregaurded me without even listening to me at all. He claimed I already got $0.2 extra caz I had $0.6 before the bump was rest. At this point I just dident want to deal with his horrible attitude and lack of professional communication skills so I just got in my car and left. NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN SHORTED HERE. GASS, CHANGE, PRICE CHANGES ON RECEIPT VS. PRICES DISPLAYED/TOLD. These people are pinching money off anyone who dosent pay attention and even if you do. Save yourself the frustration, go everywhere and anywhere BUT HERE!!

Love supporting the local businesses and this is one that just really helped me with a lot of grace and kindness. Cliff was wonderful to work with and while we were looking for bagged ice a gentleman named Greg came around the corner and offered his hand to assist the two of us with the request. I broke my collarbone this afternoon and they assisted me when I needed it the most. Thank you for your support, grace and kindness. My biracial non-binary partner was asked to leave their backpack at the door when they came into the store. We've been in there multiple times and this has never been something that has been asked of us. Sounds like they assumed my partner was planning on stealing something. I DIDN'T KNOW IT'S A CRIME TO USE YOUR OWN BAG TO CARRY ITEMS IN. If the stout, dark bearded WHITE guy wearing a yellow vest who was stocking items at around 4/5pm on 8/24 is concerned about people stealing, maybe he should wait on customers and be courteous rather than assume marginalized people are going to steal.

It felt terrible today while I waited in line as I watched the cashier treat a customer worse than trash. The customers card was being declined (for a chip malfunction) and we've all been through it but the way the cashier belittled this lady in front of all of us waiting was shocking. The cashier snapped up her items and said it's being declined you can't have these, "next"!!! Then she paid another way. I blame poor management and leadership at this place to allow people to treat another this way.

Rude staff, guy literally asked me if that was all and when I advised yes proceeded to take 2 mins placing a trash bag into the trash can. There was a lady that yelled as soon as we entered store that if we was going to buy something that it was going to take a while as she had to fill ice in their fountain machine. And the fact that this place is crawling with homeless people that try bumming things from you every time you try to shop here....

I will NEVER go there again!!! I have run gas stations myself, and have never seen such poor customer service. I also have never run into a station that requires anyone... let alone disabled people go inside to pay a set amount like $20 where no change would be needed. The people inside were no better. And to top it off you have to pay more for this abuse because they know there aren't many other stations near by. Get it together people!!!

Servicio malo por parte del despachador de gasolina. Pedí $60.00 Programó la bomba, se fue a atender a otros clientes, olvidando por completo mi orden. La bomba marcó los $60.00 y el despachador seguía platicando con otros clientes. Total, que tuve que esperar unos minutos para ver si regresaba y no lo hizo. Tuve que quitar la despachadora de mano yo solo y el empleado nunca se dió cuenta a qué hora me retire de ahí. Increíble ver eso

Terrible service. Gas attendant was glued to his phone the whole time. He put my card info in, and put the pump in my gas tank. A few minutes later he takes the pump out and sets it in the cradle. He puts the gas cap on, and I leave. Lo and behold, I look at my gas gauge, and it’s still on empty. I checked my bank account and no gas charge. This guy has one simple job, and he can’t even do that.

If the gas station attendant was any less competent we'd be in Idiocracy. I wouldn't ask them for anything specific and if you need anything I would go inside where they are a little more competent. I'm so tired of them not paying attention and then holding money like everybody's got a million dollars in the bank. Some of us like to eat, and we have to get gas on the way. I wouldn't stop here..

Not understaffed or over worked at the moment, but very rude staff. A gentleman came in and asked for the restroom key with no answer and after asking a second time was told "I heard you the first time"... after paying for my items I said thank you, with just a blank stare as a response, wow. Thonga or what ever his name is needs a class on customer service at the least.

4228 SE Woodstock Blvd Portland, OR 97206 United States This gas station refused to accommodate my request for a bathroom because I “wasn’t a customer”. It’s unacceptable. I said I would be a customer if they let me use the bathroom because I needed it. They didn’t care.

I've gone in there a few times to grab some stuff on my way to work and the sales associates were nothing but friendly and helpful, the stores always clean, and the shelves are always stocked, plus they have air conditioning which on a hot Portland day is a relief.

Decent price for being downtown but some times it takes a while to get fuel. Although there are a lot of homeless that hang around there the staff handles them well and help customers feel comfortable even though some of the homeless are pretty edgy.

Convenient place to stop when going north/south in Portland. The staff has always been friendly, and there's rarely much of a wait to get them to come to your car. Oh, how I wish we could pump our own gas, but this is not their doing.

This is the worst gas station in town if you ask me. Completely understaffed, and you wait long even though their prices are expensive. Waiting 10 minutes to get gas while they chat it up with transients is really not good.

Don't stop here if you're handicapped. They refused to let my handicapped mother use the restroom telling her it was closed despite the fact that I had watched someone else return the restroom key moments before.

Won't let people use the restroom that are diabetic. Constany tell people the restrooms are out of service. Have for the last 12 months. Only if they like you, will they let you use the bathroom.

Lots of homless hanging around which made me feel a little uneasy when I had to run inside to pay cash for my gas. Other than that it was clean and is in a convenient location.

Used the bathroom and bought something I can't remember but it was a beverage oh and thank God no more car bound for multiples of years now just me and the bus trimer!

Takes so long for the attendant to come out i pumped my own gas. Finally came out to help someone else after about 25 gallons pumped. Not a stop for quick service.

Higher gas prices than places nearby, but I've had to stop here a few times. Convenient location, lots of room in the lot, particularly friendly pump attendants.

Nice staff, but often horribly understaffed for the volume of traffic that comes through. Might take you longer than anticipated to get gas.

It is a very clean gas station with courteous gas attendants that let me do my own thing when I pulled up on my motorcycle.

Very convenient access on MLK and Grand, quick service, and very open and easy to drive through.
