I drove from Arlington to Dallas just to check out this store because the one closest to me in Grand Prairie doesn't have a lot of good selections. I wear a size 12 and can't find any cute shoes since the location in Arlington closed down a few years ago . I actually found 4 pairs of shoes today ! They were all on sale; I paid a little less than $40 total. I'm the type of shopper that wants to be left alone unless I ask for help. The workers here never approached me, which I love!, but they did talk to me when I engaged in conversation. I'm going to find out when they get shipment so I can check back. I don't mind the drive if I have a great chance of finding shoes that actually fit me!

Only 4 stars because they never seem to have what's priced online in the store and on Mondays. I usually find a good deal though. Although today I went in and spent more than what I really wanted to, I know I still be satisfied. Perhaps they can have a method to order the shoes online to be shipped to the store or to your address to help the demanding customers. It also, generally takes a while for an associate to speak to me while I'm searching for the right product. To sum up: need better sales and better customer service.

I bought some tennis shoes 2 days ago. Since I no longer needed them, when I came to return them, there was zero hospitality. Cashier had an attitude and when I asked for my receipt back, she said she couldn't give it back. I was okay up until that point, but when I asked if I could just take a picture of it, she firmly held on to it as if I was stealing something. I like to keep my original receipt in case, but with that attitude I have no desire to return.

So earlier today I had called and asked specifically if they had any dress shoes for boys. The lady told me there isn’t a wide variety of dress shoes, I replied with as long as you have black in size 2. She responded with we should have some and when I get there after working there is none in that size. So if you don’t have time to look around don’t bother going to this store all there going to do is say yes and not even check for you.

Very very messy store. Employees just standing around gossiping. Boxes of shoes everywhere. Instead of them just standing around they need TO CLEAN THAT STORE AND PUT UP ALL THOSE SHOE BOXES UP!!!! I used to always go in there to shop but not anymore. It doesn’t even deserve the one star more like zero stars!!

Terrible experience. Went yesterday 10/25/2023. MULTIPLE empty boxes, boxes with just 1 shoe or mix match sizes. I asked the employee for a size and color and had no help at all. Just told me what they have out is it. Will not be going back. Insanely messy store

Employees did not know what they were doing. Could not find shoes I had to look for them myself and I would ask for help and they would just stand there or say yes and go do something else when the store was completely empty

If you’re African American, be prepared for the employees to follow you around like you’re going to steal.However, there’s a large selection of shoes at a good prices! I will not be returning because I dislike racists!

Very disappointed that 2 days ago I bought a pair of shoes that honestly I love but my daughter didn't so went to return them and this lady said I can't except then cuz they have been used witch they were not

I've been coming here for about 2 or more years for shoes. The staff's patience with me is highly appreciated considering that I have wide feet and try on many different pairs. 5 stars.

An okay place to get shoes. You have to look for bargains; There some prices are a steal others are overpriced. I got winter boots for twenty-two dollars!
