Horrible place regardless of being a paying customer your treated as trash. They treated me like im a nobody but i bought merchandise..so i dont underatand why i was still treateded as an oustider. . JC the manager was Horrible even to me as a paying customers. I will never recommend anyone buy there. They only want your money .. and kick you out.. made me so angry I wish I never spent a dime there.. well..never again to be treated like trash even as a paying customer.

I just want to say that this particular shoe palace location is phenomenal! Not only was the store newly built, the decor and how the the set up is, was refreshing! As I walked in the store it was easy to pick out the shoe and clothes I wanted! The staff is extra friendly and welcoming especially the manger! I highly recommend this location as I will definitely be shopping here again! Thanks to the whole shoe palace staff at the Buckner location!

The big wide ghetto woman with the blond Bob that was working the door yesterday was so ghetto and rude! This is why I shop in the suburbs instead!! The shoe palace in Frisco at stonebrior mall is so peaceful and helpful! I asked the girl a question and she said I was complaining. My fiancé quickly corrected her and said no we just asked a question. Just sad!

Dezz the only one I know to talk too ! She is legit always making sure I know what’s on sale . The moment I walked in , she said size 71/2 - I got you ! Then took my daughter straight to her style ! Yeah that’s my girl

Really great customer service hugo helped me with all the shoes I needed and when he wasn’t around Aron came and helped out to im a regular and they treat me wit the same respect everytime I come in
