I'm a frequent customer n work at Jenny's beauty supply, and love to go see what's in stock at that store on my break. the gentleman helped when we needed assistance looking for particular shoes. while working the register by himself, he was so helpful we appreciate all the help he gave us. we we were looking for knee or thigh high boots but unfortunately being that I do have a large foot I wear 10/11 he told us they do sell fast. hopeful wishing they should order more in those sizes because I do hear that a lot. however, we did find boots and flats and even a pair for my daughter and I to match. the kicker is mine light up but my daughter's shoes don't.... that would have been perfect if they did tho. but we were still happy with our experience. thank you

The worst I've ever experienced in my life. PEOPLE, LADIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The customer service is HORRIBLE, UNDENIABLE THE WORST!!!!! VERY BAD ATTITUDE!!!! I Purchased some boots, got the wrong size. Had to excange them twice but was with another mngr. I explained tht I take care of my parents and that it's hard getting out to do errans. That did not matter, I was told to find the receipt. I took it back today to exchange them but was told tht I hd pick out another boot. (I sd it's summer time...I dnt want them now but was told repeatedly tht was all she could do. I feel so angry & violated because of the whole situation. I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the 4th time coming earlier in the day and they not open on time, it’s almost 11:00 am and they supposed to be open at 10:00. The open sign is on but the doors are locked and no one is inside. They need more reliable openers or something.

I called and asked to see if they were closing up early because of the holidays they said no we are open until 8pm and when I arrived at 6:00pm the woman signaled that they were closed before I could even get out of my car I'm very upset

Please do not go here!!!! This store is over priced for poor quality shoes. I always get curious just to see what shoes they have and everytime disappointed. It's like a store full of unbuyable shoes.

It was okay. I wish they had a bathroom and a place for you to sit if you are waiting on someone. I wish they would turn the air condition on. It gets very hot in this store. Be prepared to be hot.

Went there felt pressured the shoes were cute but the staff the guy was pressuring me to buy something so I left. Lady’s I would go to shu deal they are cheaper and better.

Why do all of the shoes have two prices on them and they charge you the higher price, then get they an attitude when you question it....

The so called manager Chris (young hispanic girl) was very rude today. I will take my money elsewhere and will be emailing the owner.

Their sandals are on sale for $9.99, so I couldn't resist and bought two beautiful pairs. Their shoes selection are awesome

Great selection but it seems they only focus on size 8 and under they hardly have other sizes not a good variety of sizes

Bad Customer service and I think there should be a sign saying all sales are final . NO RETURNS IN THE FRONT DOOR

Really cute trendy shoes, I have big wide feet and they have my size in most styles. The owner is also very nice.

In this particular store, all the heels were too high for comfortable daily wear, or even for a few hours.

Not to friendly and not everyone wants to wear stilettos and wedges. So folks are old and need flats

There is a large selection of ladies shoes to choose from and nice hand bags as well.
