We’ve shopped multiple times at Shoes & Sox and have always experienced great customer service until today. On the docket it says we were served by Taliah but only willingly as it was only another woman and her children + my Husband, kids, my Mother and I there. Having stood there for a while hoping to get sized for my daughter, we just picked out a pair of shoes hoping it will just do as Taliah didn’t acknowledge us nor make any form of eye contact knowing full well we were there. The other customer was talking a lot so therefore the attention was drawn to her and I was trying to be patient. Until we stood at the cashier for a good 10 minutes to still being ignored even when she stood right infront of us, she bothered to put through our purchase after having to get her attention. This was at least 20 minutes in. She looked bothered that she couldn’t serve more than 1 customer at a time and found her incredibly rude. The experience in this time was: • Snobbishly looked at us during the POS including not wanting to physically help us • Didn’t ask if we were a member when she put the sale through and huffed about it when my Mum spoke up • Didn’t even mention that she will be with us in a minute which we would have been more considerate of Overall a really bad customer experience. This needs to be addressed and actioned.

I have been buying all my kids shoes from shoes and sox but today I was not happy at all, the lady serving me seemed not bothered at all like it was a big task, her first response I can't find the other pair of shoes, then the next pair of shoes bought out the wrong pair, then as I was getting a pair for my daughter she just stsrted serving other customers. I walked out the store I found that so rude.

Served by Phoebe this morning when buying new trainers for my 2 daughters, she was so friendly and patient, very experienced in measuring their feet and making sure we had the right fit. After visiting many other shoe shops over the last week I wish we had started here!

We have purchased kids shoes from this store many times now & the staff are lovely & do an excellent job at fitting. We walked out within 15mins, both kids in great school shoes & one daughter wore them out of the store because they were so comfy.
