Take your prescriptions elsewhere unless you want to be blamed for their mistakes. I moved recently and wanted to switch my prescriptions to this location. It took two tries, two different employees and a total of two weeks after all was said and done for them to just retrieve my prescriptions. Then I wanted to fill one. They said it was a special order and that it would be in on a specific day. I received the text that my prescription was ready that day, went to pick it up, and found that they'd filled a completely different prescription. Not a similar name, not a similar product, no reason for a mix-up. They apologized, said they'd order the correct prescription, and again gave a day that it would be in. The day came and went, no text, so I went a day later to see what was going on. Apparently their supplier shorted them back on the day when they ordered it and they didn't bother to a) try another supplier or b)inform me that anything was wrong. At this point it's been a month since initially trying to switch over and fill my prescription. So they apologized again, said they would re-order it, and that it would for sure be in on a specific day, they've double checked and they guarantee it. I said I'd be out of town but I'd pick it up a couple days after that. Once I was back in town (I hadn't received a text saying it was ready) I stopped in to pick it up and they said that it had indeed arrived on the correct day but that they'd given it to someone else because I didn't call to claim it!!? They said it was my fault for not calling to fill it once their order arrived. Am I crazy or is that not their job?? I'd already been in in person multiple times at this point to FILL MY PRESCRIPTION and they said the reason they gave it away was because I didn't call to fill it after it arrived. My responsibility ends after requesting a refill. Special order or no, in what world does it make sense for them to not fill the requested prescriptions once the order comes in?? Why on earth would I have to call and claim it as mine?? I requested a refill, they had to order it in, so the next logical step, and one that every other pharmacy I've ever been to has followed, is to FILL THE REQUESTED PRESCRIPTION, not put it on the shelf for whatever next customer to take. So now we're 7 weeks into the ordeal, I've talked to probably every employee that works in the pharmacy, and recieved zero prescriptions. Thank god it's not life saving medication. Absolute clownery. 0 stars, run hard and run far. Switching my prescriptions elsewhere immediately.
This is pharmacy is going downhill and fast! Late December they switched one of my prescriptions to a generic brand (my doctor had even written on the original prescription no subs) they did not inform us of the prescription, as a result I only found out as I started to have a bad reaction to the generic form. Strong drug with powerful side effects ended up ruining my family time around the holidays. A few weeks ago I went in at 9 a.m. on a Saturday, they had only ONE pharmacist working the back. The individual was trying their best but you could see they were absolutely overwhelmed and they were making mistakes EVERYWHERE. Said pharmacist did not have an understanding of the medical equipment they sell, told me that the blood glucose reader was ONLY a reader and wouldn't take a blood reading using strips and tried to sell me a whole different meter (I just was asking for the strips that would work for my reader) When finally getting my materials together, same pharmacist gave another lady a different prescription and the customer said "what is this? this isn't mine I only came for a puffer" and the pharmacists response was, "that's what's on your prescription" Yesterday I called (only too 20 minutes for the phone to ring for them to pickup my call) to refill my prescriptions and they went on to say they can't fill my order as they don't have any "refills" These are medications I consistently take and I was NEVER notified that I would need to get a refill notice otherwise I would have taken the time to connect with my doctor and got the refills. A simple "this is the last refill on this prescription if you want more you will need to talk to your doctor" is just a level of care I would expect. I understand that they give you a small slip that should show you the number of refills, I just can't remember the last time I read that slip and could retain that info for more than a nanosecond. I suppose my issue here is that this pharmacy looks like it's shorting staff, and simply reads what is on the screen, not taking any time to get to know or best care for their customers. Ohh and I have called and left messages to address my issues and not once were my phone calls or messages returned. To me that speaks volumes of the management at this location. If you are looking for a pharmacy that has great hours. This is the place. If you are looking for a pharmacy that will look out for you and care for your needs, I suggest looking elsewhere. I certainly will be taking my business elsewhere.
Okay so I never give bad reviews to anyone being from a customer service background myself but this experience was extremely distressing. I requested to fill a prescription eight days ago. This prescription helps me to function - without it I struggle immensely to complete day to day tasks. I received confirmation that the prescription had been sent to my doctor for renewal and then got a text from the pharmacy that it was ready for pickup. I sent my partner to get the prescription - no record of it. So, I proceeded to spend the next two hours trying to call them. No answer, placed on hold only for the call to cut out, etc. I called my doctor’s office, shoppers customer care line, even another pharmacy. Finally I just went to the pharmacy to try and figure out the situation in person. I learned that although the prescription had been sent to my doctor over a week ago, it hadn’t gone through. They noted that it said on their system the fax had failed. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have made another attempt to renew the prescription at that point, but what was upsetting was the lack of understanding from the pharmacy team. I was told I should have called the doctor to double check they’d received the renewal - is that not what the pharmacists are supposed to do? I had received confirmation that my prescription was ready for pickup, so why would I have called my doctor? The pharmacist basically blamed me for their system error. They were able to give me a week’s worth of my prescription after I explained that I would get sick without it, and changed me almost $20 for just those (nearly as much as I normally pay for a full month). Super upsetting experience all around.
Poor communication. And not organized. Recently moved my prescriptions here because I moved to St Vital. I've been sticking to shoppers pharmacies and have had good experiences at 2 others on Grant and one on Pembina...but after this one I switched to sobeys. Had my prescription transferred, requested refills over the phone, and was told they'd be ready the next day. When I came in person they said it had no refills, so it was only requested from my doctor after I came in person. Another time I came to pick up a bunch of requested refills, and then they only told me in person that they were early. So they hadn't even prepared them and didn't tell me sooner. One of my meds they had refilled but I didn't want to pay for it right then because I knew it had an EDS approval and so I told them I would show them the form the next day. My husband went a few days later and so they told him they had to refill that one...just days before they literally handed it to me but I didn't want to pay out of pocket so I left it there. It was ready and all... the pattern I'm noticing is that over the phone they'll say it will be ready but I am never informed if they need a new prescription or if the refill is for some reason not prepped. I show up, and then I'm told they need a new prescription or that I didn't request the meds. I even went back to my previous pharmacy one time because this one told me the prescription had no refills. The one on Pembina and point filled it within a few hours. I feel bad being so negative nut I just got so frustrated with having to return three times for some of the same requests and I just never get what I asked for.
This is, without any doubt, the worst pharmacy in the city! My last experience really highlighted the incompetence and complete lack of customer care that I have experienced repeatedly at this location! I have my prescription on auto-refill and got a notification that it was ready for pickup. On Saturday, I drove to pick it up. Upon arrival I am told it's not there and that it will take one hour to fill. I communicated that I am unable to wait and requested that it be delivered the next day in the evening (Sunday). They said that was no problem. I had enough of my prescription left for one more day, so a Sunday delivery would have been perfect. The thing is...the prescription was never delivered on Sunday. When I called this morning to ask why it wasn't delivered, the person on the phone said, "Oh, we don't deliver on Sundays." That would have been so helpful to know BEFORE being assured that it will be delivered the next day, which in this case was SUNDAY, the day they DON'T offer deliveries!!! Looking through the reviews I now realize that my experiences are not isolated incidents. The pharmacy would probably be run better by a group of teenagers. This is not the only issue I have had with them. They repeatedly claim that a prescription is ready for pickup, either over the phone or through the monstrosity that is their app, however when I go to pick it up, they say it's not filled yet. If you want to save yourself a whole lot of frustration, move your prescriptions to another pharmacy. Literally any other pharmacy. This is what I will be doing!
July 20, 2022 My husband and I took two passport photo copies at Dakota shoppers. When I realized I needed two mores after that. I came to shoppers again on the July 28th and wanted two more photos copies. But the staff at the counter said they can't make copies. I told her I got the photo there on July 20th. She has been emphasizing that photos cannot be printed in the store, what a joke, The front desk staff said that UPS can make copies, I went to ups and they can't copy passport photos. so I went to shoppers again on Saturday (July 30). A stuff told me that they could help with the copy but need i come to the store at Aug 1. But on August 1st, I came to shoppers again. The old lady told me that on August 2nd at 10 o'clock. I came to shoppers again today at 10:30 and indeed told me again that it was flat at 3:30. Wasting my time again and again, no one cared about the service I needed, I asked to see their manager, the old lady said the manager wasn't there but another gentleman said I was the owner, I told him what I suffered Unfair treatment and bad service and the owner keeps repeating the sentence that I can give you two photos you want for free without even a single sorry, how arrogant and impolite as if I came for free lunch.I've reported this store, it's so bad.
Attended March 9/20. I have to say that I have never seen such poor customer service ever!! A lady by the name of Sheny was trying to show the workers how to prioritize and she was NOT being listened to. A lady by the name of Poojah, stared at the computer screen for 20 minutes and did not know what she was doing and totally snubbed this a Sheny lady. Another Asian lady (did not get her name) at counter totally ignored customers in line as she was doing data entry and complaining she had to leave because she has worked past her allotted scheduled time and said she does not get overtime. Staff were having “words” loudly while many customers stood there in amazement. I asked them to kindly serve your customers and discuss your differences later. Wow, 2 hours later, I finally get my prescription filled. I checked my bags and yes, of course, a prescription was missed. What a terrible workforce over there!! The only person who seemed to know what they were doing was the lady by the name of Sheny!! Thank you Sheny for your professionalism Do NOT apologize to me Shoppers Drug Mart at this location as, I will NOT accept it NOR EVER be back there, EVER!!
This pharmacy is garbage. They never have my meds, excuse being that they are expensive, and don't keep them in stock. Not my problem! I submit the prescription, how much I want, and you fill it. End of story. Well, apparently not... I refilled a prescription and explained that I will have to pay out of pocket until my deductible is reached, so I need a certain amount. Was told over the phone it is "store policy" to order as needed and sell this medication by the box only (50 capsules). I've been taking this medication for a decade and only 10 grueling months of that time from this pharmacy and have never heard such a thing. After the lengthy phone call (which I spent half my lunch hour waiting on) I agree to take the box. I go to pick it up in the evening, pay (and yes, they are expensive, no need to tell me that), and come home later to discover there are only 36 capsules in the box!!! Are you serious? What is going on with this location? This is just the most recent incident of many at this location including forgotten or lost prescriptions, rude, unknowledgable staff, missing meds, and just plain poor customer service.
This is the WORST drug store & chain. Needed a prescription filled to travel out of province for cancer treatment. Was told prescriptions must be filled in MB to bring for treatment. Shopper’s charged for full prescription but only provided partial prescription. NO heads up at pick up. Thank goodness I counted!!! I went back they showed me it on the bottle where they ‘owe’ #of pills. WOW,, so negligent! It will be ready in a week. Went back again,, it will be ready next week. They just don’t care about their customers. I guess they figure I will reschedule cancer treatment and flight to suite their schedule. 2021 Review: Constantly forgetting to enter my refills, now delaying the refill by having to do twice the work by sending a request to the doctor. Work harder not smarter. 2020 Review: Mother’s bubble packs issued wrong 3 months in a row. Providing a weeks notice then again 2 days notice of when bubble packs will be picked up and still they are not ready. I’m getting very tired of wasting my breath on this pharmacy.
I agree with the many others. Since the ownership change the Pharmacy has progressively become more disorganized. There is an opportunity for them to focus on accuracy and customer service skills, both are critically in need of improvement. We’ve experienced them filling prescriptions that weren’t ours to fill, forgetting to fill the prescription, not following up on the requests and no call backs or text alerts to say they are ready. I have always been kind and polite when addressing the staff. When I don’t get the same in return on a consistent basis (we all have off days) then I need to take my business elsewhere. I tried to call the customer service line but the waits are extensive so the reply you provide need not include it. I also started to email but the characters allowed don’t allow for a shared concern. That leaves me with leaving a negative review which I don’t give unless all other options have been taken from me. Fix this store or don’t. I won’t be back.
I am a regular customer at this Shoppers Drug Mart and have been for over 3 decades. I made an appointment online for my 4th CoVid shot. I was on a waiting list for a few days and was then given an appointment for 10 am today, and I arrived at 9:45 to fill out my paperwork. After I did and handed it to one of the pharmacists behind the counter (there were 3). They said nothing to me- just left me standing there while they waited on customers coming up for prescriptions, inquiries, etc. I finally made my way to a chair. I was ignored until 10:33 even though I was the only one waiting for a shot. The next person arrived at 10:30 and I guess that made them decide to do mine. That’s a long time to wait for a short bit of time -seconds-with a pharmacist. They were able to give someone without an appointment antigen tests while I waited. I think if they are going to make you wait they long they should at least apologize.
To be honest the day before yesterday I give them a call so I can go get my fileing passport stuff and the woman on the phone she told me yes we have them you can come by I called at 12 pm in the afternoonthen I walked from far way my stomach was in lots of pain, and i just lots my best friend,to just go and get them and I show up there and she was like we don't have them I was like what it, so I had to go back all the way home, and so I have called her supervisor to explain about it andi was like this Bach get me all the way here and she told me we don't have them ,she told me we have it at first on the phone then now she just told me we don't have them and he said you know I can call you names to Like the same names you are calling her and he did nothing about it he took her side in the end ♀️and in put of that the lady was so rude and didn't even let me say anything
Inhumane service!! I hardly give reviews online but today was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I booked flu shots online for my kids and I. We showed up before our scheduled time and my son who is on the autism spectrum needed a moment to prepare himself for the shot and the pharmacist attending to us was visibly frustrated and impatient with him. She treated us like cows and herded us through, and had the audacity to say she had other patients waiting, after they kept us waiting for 20 minutes before getting our shots! The pharmacist showed a complete lack of compassion towards my child and we ended up leaving without my son getting his flu shot. This is no way to treat people especially children! Never going to this location again! The entire staff needs some serious training on customer service and basic human decency.
Shoppers sent me a text to renew my prescription and I replied to fill it. They said it would be ready in three days. They also billed my insurance company the day I replied to refill !!! I went to pick it up and they told me it was not ready and wouldn’t be ready for an additional five days !!! They did not order the product and really dropped the ball. I am on a tight schedule for my med and it was due. I also called them and was on hold for twenty minutes at home. I then drove there while still on hold and went to them and asked why I was on hold as there was no line up !!! They took me off hold with no apparent reason to be on hold! What kind of place are they running? Very poorly organized, and the employees I have dealt with are not concerned about me as a customer !!! Don’t use that pharmacy !!!
I’ve never had ANY issues with them. Of course on the pharmacy side you usually end up waiting at least 10-15 minutes, but they’re USUALLY on top of things. The store is ALWAYS clean and staff are always helpful. Yeah it’s sometimes a pain to get your prescription but a lot of the time it’s out of their hands and they’ll fax/ call the doctor. I’m a type 1 diabetic, they would allow me to just buy it outright but that would be $80 (this is on a Sunday) so kinda my fault, but anyways GREAT store, friendly staff, they know what they’re doing, if you’re unsure you can call the pharmacist and they’ll recommend they’ll recommend the best course of action. Anyways great, friendly service. 5/5. Shopper is always a little expensive but if it’s on sale you WON’T find it cheaper anywhere else.
Date: 07-14-18. Time: 10:00:00 PM . Just had a horrible experience with Cosmetic section Girl. Me and my friend were checking the perfume bottle that was already open. Girl came at us and started saying rudely that one can only use the bottles that are outside of the package. We both literally said we are sorry and told her that the package was already open. Even though she acknowledged that it was open, yet she kept on saying very rudely that you can't use this bottle, if you open it would become useless, she kept on saying other mean things to us trying to explain that we are not welcome at the store anymore. we were awestruck by that. I had to told her that this was the rudest experience I have ever had at a store and had to leave the store right away without buying anything.
This shoppers pharmacy is absolutely horrible! Every single time I go in for a prescription even after being told it would be ready they tell be it's going to be at least a half hour wait! Staff are rude and unfriendly and you can be standing at the counter for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged! I used to use the one on Henderson and it was wonderful none of these things happened there, makes me almost want to go across the city just to get my medication from that pharmacy! After reading the other reviews I can see I am not the only one who can agree on this. Note to shoppers dakota: if you can see constant negative reviews about your customer service maybe it's time for a change. Do you not care about your customers
Pharmacy department: Came in to claim my prescription from my family doctor. I came in the evening, the pharmacy counter explained to me they were having enormous orders at that time, which required me to pick up the next day morning (I saw the pharmacist was busy too), so. I said "ok", and come back the next day around agreed time, waited for an 1 hour but she keep updating to me while waiting. Found out, one out of 2 medicine has to be pick up at other location (I can choose which other shoppers location to pick up the other one) and she apologized for it. Is NOT wonderful and efficient operation, BUT the pharmacy clerk is trying her best and professional. Can be improved (y)
So typically the staff is nice! But my experience today was not good. The pharmacy staff had told me that they had received my fax for my presciption and that it was filled however when I got there Cheryl said they probably hadn’t received a response back and did NOT bother to look at the computer or help me in any way. They brushed it off as being too busy when I was the only one there (I get they have other duties but it was rude). Poor customer service on the behalf on the staff and obviously miscommunication OR forgetfulness to fill my prescription and thus making excuses. This was a terrible experience and not like my typical experience.
1.5 stars rounded down. There was not a soul in sight to help. The self serve cash was turned up to a volume that was ear bleeding. And to top it all off, two of the self serve checkouts did not have bags. Maybe this problem would have been avoided if they had someone watching the front! Also they were claiming that their regular cash which again had no one at it, was “cash only”. Personally I have my doubts. Likely a scheme to get people to use the bagless self check outs that scream at you about their useless PC sub-optimum program. Prices were also high.
will be switching pharmacy’s, every time i’ve gone to pick up a prescription i’ve had to wait 10+ minutes without even being acknowledged and it’s not until a line up forms does a clerk help you. i’ve attempted to call several times for questions about this medication because when picking up they do not ask if i’ve had the medication before so now i’m left unclear and cannot get answers but they either do not answer or i am put on hold without a person ever answering. save yourself the grief and just go somewhere else
Was there Thursday Mar 21st at 12:50 p.m. and girl working the cosmetic counter came while I was shopping and took two lip liners right out of my hand as if I were trying to steal them. I'm 64 years old with a heart condition and just had procedure done on my right wrist. I said excuse me what are you doing ,I'm still shopping..I told her they fall through the cart. And why am I explaining this to her. Never in my life has this ever happened to me. Will never go to that shoppers again.. Unacceptable!!!!!
I’d give zero stars if I could. Don’t go here for your prescriptions, there are much better options nearby. The staff at the prescription counter are rude, ignore you for a few minutes before they even acknowledge your presence, and mess up prescriptions and insurance info every time I’ve gotten a prescription from here. Each time I’ve gone, what should be a quick pick up turns out to be a minimum 45 minute ordeal. I don’t know how they keep this place running with such poor customer service.
More than an hour waiting and the new pharmacist dont know how to process the payment through insurance. I was up whole night and they dont even care about patients time and waiting difficulties. The doctors and pharmacists should know that everybody’s time is important. After an hour phamacist made a call to helpline, where is IQ level ? He should have done that way earlier. Its just getting worst day by day. Canada is about fast pace environment but here everything is vague
I have business account with Canada post and mostly i go to this location and old big lady working at Postal Outlet is very rude, incompetent, lake of customer relation, bad behavior and non professional. he always refuse me to put a pouch for my shipping label . The pouch is Canada Post property and we pay for that in shipping. Then what is her problem. I told her i will be come again to this locations and she said that's ok. Management should take serious action.
I’ve been trying to get my son’s prescription filled now for 9 days. Told me it was backordered only for the doctor to call me and tell me they are NOT CARRYING IT. So I’ve been lied to for multiple days while my poor child is struggling and having withdraws from not having it. We had to change the dose so they could fill it and that was THREE DAYS ago and I still don’t have it. I have never seen such a poorly run pharmacy in my life.
This place is super disorganized and they definitely have a problem with their fax system. I had to call my doctor 3 times to send them my prescription and everytime I called them they kept saying that it’s not there and they haven’t received anything. I read the reviews and decided to try sending it to another pharmacy and was able to go pick up my meds in 10 mins. Their tone is also very rude and condescending. Never again.
How to ask a customer for his country of origin to apply an adjustment? ! My wife noticed a price error between the one displayed and the one scanned, she asks to apply the displayed price and the employee refuses this even though it is applicable everywhere. I understand that this is a voluntary program here in Manitoba but asking a person their origin and then refusing their request sounds like discrimination.
Worst pharmacy ever! Automatic refill system looses your prescriptions all the time resulting in you needing to contact your doctor for more refills. System will show 1 refill then tell you it wasn’t filled when you show up. Spend more time going there on the phone with them to get it straightened out. Switched pharmacies and zero issues since. Get yourself sorted out shoppers!
The pharmacys phone is almost never answered. Extremely annoying when I need to get my refills for my prescription. One lady doesnt really seem like she wants to be working there, always seems annoyed dealing with customers and super rushed. Also the post office guy is rude and annoying to deal with. Glad I moved out of the area so I can deal with a different pharmacy.
Pharmacy has taken an absolute nose dive in the past few months. There are constant "errors" with my refills, they have now twice ordered a refill on a very expensive prescription that I did not request, and in the past three weeks I've called at least 10 times, sat on hold for 20+ minutes, just to be hung up on, or the line is simply busy forever.
Arrived just after 10 PM on a Saturday, “open to midnight” sign was lit up and multiple signs displayed on the window stated that the store was open until midnight. However, the door was locked, lights off, and store was closed. Google shows they were only open until 10, but they can’t even display this info on their own storefront. Unacceptable.
Used this pharmacy for years but am changing pharmacies now. This place has gone down the drain starting about a year ago and is getting worse. Don’t answer their phones, staff is clueless, rude and often their English is so poor I can’t understand them so wonder how they understand the customers. On line booking for vaccines is a joke.
I went there for a prescription and they said they would call me when it came in and they called me 6 months later when I needed it right away. I ended up going to a different pharmacy. I also went there to pick up a prescription for my kid and they couldn’t get it even though my dr faxed it multiple times. I won’t be going here anymore
I had a bad experience, but they made it right. Thank you Pharmacy team! I change my review to zero. Every single time I go there, they don’t have my medication. My meds are covered and they always mess it up too so I end up paying out of my own pocket bc of their error! Also! They’re very slow and never answer the phone.
Pharmacy is always a hassle, weather it’s supposed to be ready for pickup or weather your trying to contact them regarding prescription, very few pharmacists are on the ball , the others are in Lala land. if your ever in a rush to pick up a prescription after they say it’s ready bring your lawn chairs. terrible service
I came to I shoppers 3x looking for a specific product. When it was still sold out the 3rd time the sales lady was on the phone trying to find the product for me at another location when that didnt work she ordered it for me online and had it shipped to my home. She went above and beyond. Great service.
Vicky at Cosmetics always suggest the best products for each issue. She is very knowledgeable about the skincare products and any other cosmetic products such as perfumes etc. She is always polite and pleasant. The level of the service and the knowledge that this cosmetician demonstrates is unsurpassed
The lady we dealt with at the pharmacy for our prescription for our dog was one of the RUDEST people we have ever dealt with in the service industry. She had the audacity to blame US for HER error and was belittling to my wife. We will never have our prescriptions filled at a Shoppers again.
Took over a month to order an Rx medication for me that I needed. Didn't alert me when it arrived even though I was signed up for text alerts. Pharmacy staff was rude and unsympathetic when I inquired. Terrible pharmacy. Avoid it if you take any medications that are important to you.
This pharmacy does not know how to use a fax machine. They have been unable to refill my prescription for four weeks. I called my doctor and had the prescription sent to a different pharmacy and it was taken care of in a day and a half. Steer clear of this pharmacy.
Since the new ownership change. The pharmacy is terrible.. id avoid it all together after going there for 10 years it was great but now the pharmacy staff cant get anything right and and not very helpful. I have switched to the st annes one. Not impressed
Shyla was a huge help in cosmetics tonight!! She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I know nothing about foundations and she showed me what brushes to use and which foundation matches my skin tone the best. She made this a wonderful experience!
Terrible pharmacy customer service . Lazy staff unwilling to help with anything or find any product. Saying they don't have a product when I know for a fact they do, then I go and find it right in front of them and they don't even apologize
Been with the pharmacy for 12 years, call tonight for help and whoever answered was just unreal, wouldn’t help at all, have always gone to this one, never anyone else, always have had great help but now, tomorrow I will be looking elsewhere
Came for COVID vaccine shots. The pharmacists ignored us and basically did not want to deal with us at all. We kept having to ask if they were going to help us. Never come here for your COVID vaccines! The pharmacists are terrible.
Made appointment for flu shot 2 weeds ago online as they would not take walkins for them but when I got here the computers were down had to do manual forms and they did not have the senior flu shots. Not impressed.
Absolutely terrible service. Tried to purchase children's Tylenol and was swarmed by 4 employees like I was stealing. Literally grabbing things out of my hands and lectured. Do not recommend this store.
Refuse to do anything at the pharmacy unless you "go online." I'm not going home and coming back. I'll take my business to a pharmacy that wants to help the customer/patient in front of them.
I always take my prescriptions at this location. The owner and other people that works there are polite and very understanding with my needs. I always have had a great customer experience
Love going into Shoppers Drugs in Winnipeg. The prices are high but I watch for sales and enjoy my shopping experience! I want to support in person shopping as per the website shopping.
Came in last minute before close to buy some makeup products, and Dhrovita was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and kind and went out of her way to be helpful to me. Great service.
Extremely poor phone service. It is almost impossible to contact anyone in the pharmacy, put continuous hold, finally gave up. This happens almost every single time! Very frustrating!!
Went there to pick up something that was in the flyer... only to find out they never had any ... checked other stores as well.. nada there also... very poor very disappointed
Wonderful customer service polite and friendly! James at front cash was helpful with a order that got messed up ordering from shoppers photo online. Thank you James
This particular location is always incredibly slow for checking out items. What should be a quick in and out ends up being 10-15 min more than you would expect.
I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Pills getting mixed up and delivery issues. I’m going to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
DO NOT BRING PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Over 5 hrs and it’s STILL NOT READY. All the staff standing around laughing and doing nothing but “THEY’RE REALLY BUSY”!!
Worst customer service in Canada post office I ever seen before, I felt like she’s doing me a favour not like she’s doing her work that she got paid for.
Incompetent pharmacy staff. Poor experience. Lots of issues. And unwillingness to help me and my family members (customers) on different occasions.
Cashier was only nice and friendly to white people, no greeting or anything but the attitude was changed when the next person in line was white
They had mark down tags still on but they refused to give in that rate and responded very rudely specially Merchandise rep. Very bad experience
How can you trust a pharmacy that says open to midnight and closes at 10 PM. They should either change the signboard or be open till midnight.
The girl in cosmetics department was not at all helpful. She treats the customer as if she doesn’t even care about working at that place.
Building had big sign that says open till midnight showed up at 5 to 11 and its closed hours on the door say open to 11 what a joke
Worst customer service. “The senior lady with spectacles on” at the cash register needs to work upon her customer service skills.
One of the top "Garbage" store in Winnipeg. I got better customer service in Africa than so called this Canadian store..
Covid-19 vaccines and flu shots are always available in reasonable waiting time, given by extremely professional hands.
Absolutely awful customer service at Canada post. And it takes about 20 mins for 2 people to ship 1 parcel. Not ideal.
Probably the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. With so many options out there, I will not be returning.
Helpful staff no matter what time of day. Clean, well stocked and well lit. A good shopping experience.
Watch out for Priyanka, one of the most incompetent employees I have ever encountered anywhere.
Staff dont even know how to deal with customers. If you do not want to work just simply quit.
Very poor service today and for the past few days that I have been forced to deal wit them
Clean and efficient store. This was my go-to store until they opened the Southglen one.
Took them 30 minutes to get somebody in perfume section. Horrible customer service
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy and the woman working was very rude!!
Phoned in to get a measurement from Canada Post Office and he hung up on me.
Always have what i am looking for and staff always friendly and helpful.
Worst of the pharmacy. Changed my prescription and then was very rude.
They put me on hold for almost half an hour and then hang up the cll
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this Shoppers location!
Very poor selection, they don't carry all items on flyer.
Prescription renewal. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Great store to run in and grab what you need fast...
Never enough tills open, especially with big sales.
Easy to access. Good Post Office. Helpful staff.
I love the self check out..Saves time
Extremely unprofessional behavior
