I am giving them 2 stars because of the employees at the register. They are not friendly AT ALL and slightly argumentative. They do not tell you there is an upcharge if you use a credit card. They only point at the sign if you ask why the bill is higher. They have a loyalty program, but they do not suggest it or tell you to enter your phone number to get points for your transaction if you are already a member. There is a older lady that works there that is awesome. She is extremely helpful l the back of her hand. She is very engaging and always makes suggestions of items she thinks you might like based on her observation. She smiles all the time and will make you smile or laugh if you ever have contact with her. She greets every customer she sees. The rest of the employees are rude and only there to collect a paycheck. They need training on how to treat customers.

They have cute, up-to-date shoes for great prices! They mostly have heels but they also have boots/shoes/sandals and a small section of kids shoes. They have a good amount of mirrors and seating areas to try them on. When they check you out, they make sure the shoe sizes match and everything. Great store. The store itself could use a makeover though, it's pretty raggedy lol.

2 girls that worked on April 10, 2022 were rude. They were about to close in 10 mins they also turned off the lights on us. Its obvious that they were rushing us so we just left and never got to see all the shoes. I understand you’re about to close but there’s a way you tell someone. Just turned off the lights and never said anything.

Love it here they always have good prices on all types of heels, sandals, and boots but it's best for spring or summer heels! The one off 635 in North Dallas is a lot bigger but they still have most of all the same styles offered at this location, always check the discount wall for grate finds!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALLLLL!! I only got a “Hi” from one girl and the rest of the time they were on their phones. Have no music or anything in the background. Literally no noise at all. So awkward. The girls that worked on April 10, 2022

Cheap high priced for a deal of a store. The shu Deal off 635 has $6 shoes. But nah if u go to the hood Thay jus robbbbb people. And with our silly selfs we jus pay da price...nope Not on my watch …

Thankful for shoe deal! Got a pair of heels last minute on a Saturday evening. Sunday morning I was able to exchange them in less than 15 minutes, just in time before my event. Will he going back soon!

Don't think you're going to go in and get only one pair!!!!! Love this place!!! I get compliments on my shoes that people think are expensive!!! Not knowing I paid under $20 for them!!! ❤❤

This shoe place was okay but they are always out of stock on things... shoes that is not your size you could find, Be Careful walking in them you could fall because the Glue Comes unloose

Staff was rude (by just being short), there were no size 11’s (they basically stop at an 10) and shoes were a great knock down version of whatever brand they were mimicking. Good luck!

This location does not have a good selection, I suggest the location on 635 by Preston. This location maybe a last minute, I have no gas but need a pair of slides type of store smh

I'm a plus size model and I buy majority of my shoes from Shu Deal. I love the variety the store offers and lets not forget those unique shoes that grabs everyone's attention!

They've changed. I guess new management don't have a clue. And they're not courteous too customers unless you're Hispanic like them. So they no longer have my business.

Decent prices but some styles look like they thrown together n glued... But did find a pair dress sandles that kinda fit on the irregular side …

I go there quite often now make sure you have cash because shu deal is now charging your debit or credit card a convenience fee which I think is ridiculous

No friendly cusyomer service. Cashier dont even speak to you at checkout. Small talk or nothing and you wamt me to sprmd my money. Too many other stores.

Please don't go t to this nasty shoe garage sale.the shoes old as hell the staff is rude. Don't be surprised to bring home roaches in your shoe box

I like shu deal but hard to find large sizes for women. I guess they go extremely fast. Cute shoes though and very reasonably cheap.

Been my go to store for shoes for 5 years now, I LOVE this specific store. I never leave without a pair of shoes or sunglasses!!

Great prices on shoes however the workers are not as friendly and helpful as they should be. Overall it's a great place to shop.
