I booked the car via another portal and not Simba Car hire, and it’s the first time I was hiring in Australia, the service has been supreme since the time I booked , one of the representatives called me to inform about the change in location and sent me a list of things that would make pick up easier. And the pickup was indeed smooth, I hired an Outlander 7 seater. Drove about 300kms in 2 days and it was really smooth. The car quality was top notch. Would not blink an eye to hire from them again. The drop off instructions were pretty clear as well and the deposit amount was returned after a brief check by one of the representatives. They are very professional and clear in their instructions. Overall a good experience.

We hired a Outlander to have a family road trip from ADL to MEL. The vehicle is super cool for road trip which is safe and comfortable. The picking and returning procedures are simple and smooth. The staff is nice and the price is fair enough !! Highly recommend !!

The customer service at Simba is excellent and I highly recommend them for car hire in Adelaide. The free airport shuttle service is fantastic, and the staff loaded my luggage in and out of the shuttle bus. The car was near new and in excellent condition!
