I had nightmarish experience with Singh Movers, I had confirmed booking on 30th November 2021, where I had paid them $100 in advance for the confirmation. They were supposed to come between 8-9 am that day, but no one showed up. I waited and eventually called Singh Movers (Mr Amardeep Lamba) phone. He appeared oblivious and confused about the booking. I asked him when is the truck gonna show up , he didn't have any answer. He said that his driver is not picking up the phone. I asked , don't you have any stand-by drivers? He didn't have any. It brought panic in me, as I had to vacate the property tomorrow. He said he will call me back and he hung up on me. He didn't call me back, I called again, and he didn't have any answer again. And eventually he stopped answering my call. He didn't even tell me if no one is going to come. As I needed to make other arrangements. I was in full panic mode and I drove my car to their office. Which is on Blackburn road. THERE IS NO OFFICE. No one from Singh movers was there. Its fake. I was told that they only meet by appointments. BEWARE !!!. I immediately messaged Mr Amardeep Lamba to refund me the money. He replied saying he will refund. Its such a shame, they he left me in this situation. I had to go ahead with other mover company , and I had to pay them extra for working late hours. They helped me move. Mr Amardeep Lamba didn't pay me refund for two days. I then called my Bank and told them about the situation, I told them that I am victim of fraud. Bank went ahead and enforced the refund to me. I eventually got my $100 back. But what a shame dealing with them. I hope no one else have to go through what I did. Cheers.

The price and ease of booking was convenient, but that's where the experience ends. The appointment was for Sunday, but the admin asked for it to be moved to Saturday, which we accommodated. The key reasons for the low rating are: 1. Staff did the moving in the afternoon, and they appeared super tired and were generally very slow. 2. We had a 2 hour duration booked given the move was within neighbouring suburbs and we pre-packed everything. They abruptly stopped working at 2 hour mark, saying they won't continue until payment is made. Their contract says additional time is billable and I was prepared for that. Friends who were helping with move found it really rude and rather strange that they stopped working the way they did. 3. I was okay to pay for the extra money and they asked me to pay in cash and REFUSED to take Pay ID transfer!! Despite originally saying they can only take Pay ID. 4. My new property walls were scratched at many places despite moving only a handful of stuff into the house. I asked them to leave much of the contents in the garage itself as I was concious the staff looked quite tired. Would not recommend the business and would rather look for something more professional!

Let me just start off by saying that I would normally never write a negative review. However, our experience with this extremely unprofessional company was one that we wouldn’t want anyone else going through. Things started off well with our interstate move. The quote was competitive, the reviews were overwhelmingly positive and they even confirmed that they were capable of transporting large house plants. The two men arrived on time to pick up our things from Melbourne on Friday morning for our backloading removal. They were quick and efficient to pack up the truck. Unfortunately our experience was all downhill from here. When we called to confirm when the truck would arrive in Sydney, we were given an answer of “two days”. Two days turned into a full week, with the items finally arriving the following Saturday. Most items were deeply scratched, dented or completely broken - there was even a rip in one of my large canvas artworks that took months to paint. The remedy? A series of back and forth emails that resulted in a $100 refund. Please save yourself the headache and choose another company for your move!

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Made our moving experience an absolute nightmare. We moved from one apartment building to another which means specific times need to be set for the move with each building. We booked them from 12-2 to be moved into the new apartment by 4 which is their cut off time. We had to chase them up multiple times after 12 and they kept saying "just another 20 minutes" until 2 o'clock when they said "just another 30 minutes". With their extensions we could no longer go ahead with the move as our time was up meaning our furniture would be stuck in an apartment with an expired lease. Now we face penalties with our new building as we had to move our furniture with a rental van (ourselves) outside of moving hours. They were so unbelievably unprofessional in dealing with the situation and didn't seem to care about their punctuality. I question whether half the reviews on their page are real because they couldn't possibly know how to deliver good service. I would never ever recommend this company.

Worst removalist experience ever!! Clue - 8 out of the 47 5 reviews share the surname Singh!! Dude rocks up in a rented Budget van one and a half hours after booking time. He did not help with lifting or carrying. I rode with him in the van to pick up a bed frame and matress from a secondary location. BUT he knows Melbourne better than his GPS and my Google Maps so we get to there 40mins after my gf. Late again. This guy smelled like my second least favourite curry and a male locker room on a hot day. I travelled with my gf from there to our destination and then we waited. And we waited some more. 3 hours later he arrives. He wanted to charge us from 11:30 to 5:30pm - the whole operation should have been 2 -3 hours max!! Oh and our furniture was damaded because who ties things down with ropes or straps. Do not be fooled by these ratings. These people are the worst and management refused to accept any complaints or liability or responsibility but as long as their family and friends keep giving them 5 stars....

Booked Removalists for a local move. Absolutely shocking service. I paid a booking fee with a promise of a date and time. However, this did NOT happen. Book was for 8am booked well in advance. I was told the night before anyway from 10am-11am. Very annoyed!! When moving, time is essential. Not got enough!!! This was a morning move and was confirmed with a 8am move via email. At the end of the move Garry. Whoever... that is.. called me with a payment. Was incorrectly charging me. He forgot to include the $50 booking fee. Doesn’t even know the bsb and account number. Had to confirm several times. Please don’t book these guys. Very unprofessional. Previous to that I had a booking, last year for a move as well. The Removalists were 4 hours!!!! Late. Delayed everyone. Will never book for this company. Everrrrrr again. If anyone books them. Please make sure you call several times both by email and calls. Cause who knows the time may change!!! Beware guysss!

Given the current circumstances, I was relieved that Amandeep and Bunny arrived and on time (with a phone call and text 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to confirm). They were pretty easy to deal with. They promptly assured me that all furniture and appliances will be loaded and delivered in pristine condition. And it was :) I moved out solo and had contents of a full apartment, therefore I was a bit anxious about the how.... but both of them were professional and quick with their work. They were not fussed about where to park, how to carry things, etc. The elevator at my new place was not high enough to fit my refrigerator. So they had to carry the fridge 2 floors via stairs, much to my dismay. However, they didn't complain and did the job with a smile. I am extremely happy with their service and woud recommend them to anyone.

Was referred to SINGH MOVERS by Vishal MEHTA who previously used their serivces. On the day of my move I was met by Bunny and Aman who arrived earlier than expected. These two took a walk around the house and got straight to work. They knew exactly how to place items in the truck so it was safe with minimal movement on the way. Absolute machines these two were. Swift effecient and safe. All my personal effects were transported safely with ZERO damage. They made my move from house to house as smooth as possible. The only time they took a break was a fifteen minute break on the way to my new home. I would highly recommend SINGH MOVERS to people stuck in the confusion of who to choose for moving your house. We had booked them for moving, a few months ago from Doncaster to Wyndham vale. packed everything and was waiting for them from the morning. I have given them a call 30 minutes later from the time they supposed to come. No answer for first few calls, later someone happened to pick up the call and says, we’re unable to come today because our truck drivers got pulled over by cops for driving a defective truck. No courtesy to call and inform us about what happened. Even when we called them, so rude and arrogant stating this is ur problem and deal with it. Finally my husband had to get a truck and we moved our goods with the help of friends, all the way to the west. Please never ever book them, extremely unprofessional

Very happy with the service Aman and Bunny provided couple of weeks ago. The booking was bit messed up as bigger 8T truck was originally booked but had to make do with 6T and two trips. Luckily the distance was not too far. Both of these guys were very helpful and did the work professionally. No time wasting or delay. Took care and helped disassembly assembly of beds etc. all stuff was moved without damage. We had left some furniture and stuff behind and needed to move that today. Again we were lucky to get help of Aman and Bunny. Happy to refer to my friends. Moving is stressful and knowing it will go well is really comfortable. thank you Singh Movers. I don’t know about other guys but these two were really good.

Awesome service for a very good price. These guys have done two complete home moves for us now. We didn't hesitate to use them a second time because they did such a great job the first time. They were everything you want from home movers. They were on time, they were really careful with everything - they got an amazing amount of stuff into their van - saving us extra $$$ on van size, they worked quickly without rest - giving us real value for their hourly rate. Nothing was too much trouble. No hidden extras and really nice guys as well. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend them to anyone considering using them. Deceptive, Negligent and Untrustworthy. BEWARE! Worst dealings in customer service my husband and I have ever come across. Singh Movers did not deliver our belongings to our address as their truck was 'too big' . Instead of reorganizing a delivery or at least a refund we were forced to have our belonging dropped off at a friends house and had to use a different company to complete the job . Singh Movers refused to respond and have not even acknowledged us They have taken our money and provided an incomplete service that left us further out of pocket. This is fraudulent and I have applied for our case to be investigated.

I cant stress this enough. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM. They bailed on us last minute. The time they gave us was 12-2 pm. And the person finally came at 3:15 PM and refused to start loading the truck because the stuff was apparently too much. Not to mention I have a 5 month old who I had dropped at a friend's because everything in the house was packed and ready to go! We literally had nowhere to go and all they did was apologise. Please, hire anyone but not them! I read all the amazing reviews about them and hired them but I now understand they may have been paid reviews. Because they were just too unprofessional!!!

Singh movers have exceeded my expectations in their punctuality, service, patience and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving to hire their services. The whole experience was so smooth and stress free. They were on time on the day of moving with a reminder call the previous day and a message on the moving day. On a Sunday evening at 630 PM, my family and I were deeply stressed out after having been stood up by another moving company. We searched on Google Maps and found Singh Movers. Singh Movers accepted our request at very short notice even though it was a Sunday and out of hours and sent two skilled, kind and professional men by 845 PM and we finished the move by 1145 PM. We did pay 100 dollars extra and the total was 400 dollars but it was worth it because we managed to finish the move and not lose the day. Will definitely recommend their services and will do business with them again.

Just look at the multiple detail reviews it's clear all these positive feedback are fake accounts and relatives. Plenty of bad experiences noted , just call dept fair trading and you'll see the qty of complaints. Our issue was they brang a half full truck and were unable to remove a third of our equipment. I had to hire a truck the next day, ask for help from the neighbour, load and unload and pay for the travel you Melbourne. Nightmare . Not a good way to start our move. Don't trust these guys , pay a bit more and use a pro. Dyor

I have used this company to move twice. On the first occasion I found their service to be acceptable. However during our last move I must say that the workers sent were absolutely abysmal. They were late (as always with this company), I basically had to force them to put more items in the truck because they decided that it couldnt fit anymore (it was maybe 60% full) and they refused to take glass and made no prior mention of this. So be warned, they are slightly cheaper than the competition but you get exactly what you pay for!

Overall, I was really happy with my move. Initially it was difficult to gain a quote, with me trying to contact them via 3 different methods (phone, email, website chat) for a quote but once the move was booked, everything ran smoothly. They arrived on time and communicated well throughout the day. One thing they failed to mention was that they don’t use the tolls which in turn added an extra 30 minutes to the total moving time. Nevertheless, I would still use this company again and would recommend to others. Thanks guys!

Highly satisfied with the service that was offered to us. Guys were quiet patient in handling our stuff and they made sure all fragile items were safe. They really made our life easy as we were finding very tough to transfer the stuff from Carnegie to Wyndham Vale. Kudos to the team as we really find them cost effective and best in market. Keep challenging folks and will share your number with one of my friend as well who is going to move soon. One thing which can be improved is punctuality as I had to wait for 30 min.

These guys are unprofessional charlatans. I don't know how these guys got an above 4 start rating. Two weeks ago I booked them to move the content of my house. The night before the called to renegotiate the truck size. The day I was to move they never showed up and rescheduled for two days later. They still didn't show up and all they could offer was cancel my booking all together. Don't know why I should give them one star even? Don't like writing bad reviews but moving is hard enough without experiences like this

We used them for 2 moves as part of the recent shift and the experience was excellent on both occasions. The 2 folks who came (Bunny and Aman) were very pleasant to deal with and went about their work in prompt and professional manner. We were actually done with both the shifts in lesser time than was originally estimated. Maybe the service quality depends a lot on the movers you get on the day but for us the overall experience was just great and we will definitely book with them again in the future.

Second time using Singh Movers and I cannot state how great their service is! I was a bit anxious about moving oversized furnitures but Navjeet and his friend were reassuring and did not waste any time in getting to work. They were fast, gentle, careful, and knew exactly how to manoeuvre big items. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys! (Also, shout out to Amandeep and Gurpreet who helped me move in 2018 and did an outstanding job!)

We are very thankful for the services from Singh Movers. The communication was a little poor around time as they called us to say they could come earlier than planned but in the end came closer to the original plan… but once they arrived they did a very professional and efficient job. Pricing was very reasonable. They also provided service to assemble our queen bed which was very appreciated. I would recommend them, just keep an open mind about exact timing.

Professional service. We booked morning move out from cbd to wyndhamvale. They were 30 min late due to traffic may be. But after that it was completely Professional service starting from moving items from apartment to loading zone and from loading zone to destination address. I booked a removal service from them to move my stuff from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast. Singh Movers are very efficient and have Very good customer service. They kept me informed during the whole process. They used blankets to cover all my furnitures. There is no any scratches or damage to my goods. No any drama from them. Used Singh movers a couple of times, the second time being terrible. Movers were students and were not taught the basics of lifting heavy furniture all whilst the ‘boss’ sat in the truck playing on his phone. They had little regard for protecting items during the moving, dragging items through muddy puddles. The truck provided was also too small, even though a large truck was requested. Steer clear from this company.

Hired Singh movers for 2 jobs, had to move our furniture from the living dining areas for re varnishing of our floors so extra care had to be taken on the return visit as the floors had just been completed. The guys were very careful with our possessions, very helpful with placement and did a great job. Cannot rate them more highly, sent sms when they were on their way with a time of arrival. Great job all round!

These guys did a really stellar job. I unfortunately didn't get the names of the 2 men who helped us move (on the 16th Jan, from Caulfield south to Brunswick) but they were both extremely helpful and managed to pack everything we had in the truck. Firstly i can assure you im not related to these guys and just got there details online via searching local removalists. I gave them one weeks notice and they where priced fairly. They completed the move of a 3 bedroom townhouse quickly and efficiently including reassembling all our furniture pieces unscathed. Couldn't ask for more.

Even though guys were late by 1 hrs or more, but once they arrived they were very good. 2 boys were quick and helpful, they completed job in 1.5 hrs where as 2 years back I had to paid for more than 2 hrs with same stuff and less traveling distance. Would definitely recommend Singh Movers.

The removalists were really late arriving to my job but once there they were extremely quick, a pleasure to work with, had all their tools on hand and had the know how to easily assemble and disassemble my IKEA bed. I was looked after. Best removalists I've had yet.

We had a very good experience with Sigh movers. They were punctual, quick and very proffessional. We had a lot of heavy stuff, and machinnery as well, but nothing was damaged. I would recomend them any time.
