I try not to leave negative reviews but this was different. The lady initially showed me some shoes to look at while she was serving another customer. Other customers were dealt with and the store only had me in it, the sales lady behind the counter looked up at me then walked out the back for what seemed like a couple of minutes. I had been waiting about 10min maybe more. I figured my money wasn't wanted so I walked down to Rebel Sports and bought a pair of shoes from there for $200 instead. Wait time in Rebel was about 3 minutes and they were busy as. While I may not have been dressed very well I had just come from the Gym. I hope they hadn't judged a book by it's cover

Very disappointed!!! Went in to get some sneakers. Picked up a pair that had a "sale " tag on it and very rudely had them taken out my hand by the sales assistant who said, they are no longer on sale as we just got told the sale is now over that's why in am cutting off all tags. Trust me NEVER EVER going back to sketchers at Elizabeth!!!!! Wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating if I didn't have to

Absolutely rudest manager. Shoes have fault and never been told there is 1 month warranty. I have owned a customer service business and went out my way for customers. This manager was rude and no exchange because I purchased 3 months ago. Will NEVER go back to that store. The price you pay for these shoes you would expect better service. Maybe the manager needs to get some manners!!!

Came into the store on Sunday afternoon (today) needing some advice for work shoes and had the best experience! I was helped out by Steven and he went above and beyond to help me find the right shoes! He was very knowledgeable and picked out heaps of different options for me. Such friendly staff and great service all round, will definitely be back when I need another pair! :)

the two wonderful girls that worked there on wednesday that helped me order hard to get shoes i thank you so much for turning my disappointing experience at the ttp store in a positve one at elizabeth city centre store you to girls were so busy trying to please others but you took the time to help me .. employees of the week right there : )

Went in for new working shoes and the girls working were amazing! They helped me find the best shoe for me and even work socks! Jess and Shannon went above and beyond with their customer service. Highly recommended.

Never experienced in last 9 years in adelaide. The worst and rude customer service both girls. I love sketchers thats why i bought two pair of shoes. Never ever again in elizabeth sketcher shop. Disgusting

Love this store a little pricey but great quality and comfort I live in my new skechers extra comfy and great support as I have a bad back, hips and knees and I can walk without getting pain now.

I only went in with the missus so she could get a pair of shoes, time will tell if the shoe's are any good but she reckons there very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The young man was very helpful and appeared interested to assist our 5yo daughter to get the right pair of new sketchers.. she has had at least 10 or so pairs by now. thanks.
