I tried this place out for the first time today. The lady who waxed me was extremely nice and friendly however the results were not good. I had hair left where it should not have been and tint on the surrounding skin of my eyebrows. I called reception as soon as I left and the therapist was happy to see to me again. I left looking not much better. I now have a burnt patch on my skin and still hairs where they should not be. I asked the therapist to tweeze them but was told they were too short to grab. I have successfully plucked them myself. I can't speak for other people but I would not return.

Had some eyelash ext refills. Was off work for a week with conjunctivitis. Wasn't my usual lovely lady. Speaking with other Beauticians we pretty sure the glue must have got onto eyelid. Went over to talk to girls and felt intimidated and uncomfortable.
