I used to go regularly for eyebrow threading and tinting. They did a perfectly adequate job for a good price. I would no longer recommend this business, I have tried now on seperate occasions to get a quick thread/tint on my short lunch break during the week. The first time they told me there would be a 5 minute wait, i ended up having to wait 35 minutes as it turned out they were severely understaffed/other staff sat around but did not take client for some reason. The final time, no one was staffed during the lunch hours and they had a small sign at the desk saying no one would return until 2:15pm. This information was not on the website or available before I used my lunch break to come into the city. You cannot book a thread/tint service ahead of time so there is no way to plan for this. Unfortunately this service is no longer reliable and there are many places who do an exactly similar services in Hobart who will be available and reliable, and even cheaper.

My first review of anywhere ever! Feel I owe it to the public. I usually book in to escape beauty but walking past I decided to pop in for a Brazilian. Worst Brazilian I’ve ever had. The towel used to drape over myself had holes in it. Lady very inexperienced. Wax got stuck multiple times! Then she told me it was my hair. To which I told her I’ve had many Brazilians and I’ve never had any problems. I asked if I could leave 2 times during the wax to which she persisted she was nearly done. She blamed the pain that I was pregnant and more sensitive however I’ve had Brazilians before pregnant and it’s never been a problem. When I was leaving I thought surely I wouldn’t have to pay for this as there were still many patches left. Then I was charged more than what was on the price list as prices had increased. Would never return

I just came to this shop for eyebrow waxing. And the woman worked in this shop today. She is friendly but not professional and very rude. I had so many times for an eyebrow waxing before. And I am so happy about that. But not today. She first removed my make up but I just want only waxing my eyebrows why removed my eyes make up too? That's so horrible.and made my eyebrows too thin and even made my eyebrows one's high and the other side low! That's so disappointing for this experience! I don't know her name. But I will never come back any more.

I have been going there for month for eyebrow threading and tint. I have had a break for a while from getting them done. I went back to this same place today and had a completely different lady, she was young and very un educated on this topic of beauty, I’m very disappointed in the shape and colour and poor quality that was put into my eyebrows. I am not happy with them what so ever and having to pay full price. You need to teach your staff more skills because the women that did my eyebrows today did a horrible job and I want my money back

Asked for a lash lift + tint which I had to reiterate 4 times. I was then only given a tint. When asked if I was given a lift as well the employee said lied and said yes. Then only charged me $20. Clearly was only a tint. Not impressed at all. Would love a refund as I should not have paid for a service that was incomplete. Now if I am to get the lift, the tint will come off. Thanks so much.

I didn't like the service here. There was one lady in front of me and she had been waiting for a while. The staff member said it will be a 15 minute wait, then she & another staff member went into the back of the store, while there was only one customer in the chair. I didn't see any staff members for a while, so I left and took my business else where. I would not recommend this place.

don’t recommend, i asked for hybrid cat eye lash extensions and just got a fluffy mess, the lash tech dropped her tweezers on the floor and continued to use them on my eyes afterwards, when i went to open my eyes after the service my right eye was glued shut and burning, her way of fixing this was just to pull my eyelids forcefully until it opened. 1/10 will not go back

Had my brow done in this place. She did my eyebrows way to thin eventhough I say just a clean up multiple times. Also, she cut my skin with the thread, my skin was bleeding because of the actual cut, not because of fresh threading. Not hygiene, I could smell food frm her hands Used to be loyal customer but no more from now one

Today i got my second full leg wax here, as well as brow tinting (i’ve had this numerous times as well as threading & waxing) the lady was very lovely and fast, didn’t miss a spot of hair! Brow tint could be a bit tidier with not getting it on surrounding skin but still looked great. Overall definitely recommend

I go here every time I need threading and tinting and it’s always lovely. Rayia is always so helpful! I am not the best at knowing colour and shape and she is always so helpful! My brows always look so much better. Everyone is so nice and they try so hard to help everyone! Highly recommend.

How do you expect people to make appointments to get eyelash extensions done Prior to just walking in if you don’t ever answer your phone? I called over 10 time’s between 1 and 3pm to make an appointment and didn’t get an answer anytime I called

I used this shop all the time. However, lately they are rude and make you wait for over an hour “ you can’t even leave the shop”. I am surprised this business is still running. Vote with your feet and don’t return.

This place is always empty and no wonder why. The lady working there probably gets a pay per hour, so she doesn't worried about welcoming customer or giving a good service. Very disappointed.

One eye brow was different to the other. Way to dark. Price was speechless, $22 for tinting, normally is $10 - $15 Highly recommended not attending this store AT ALL
