ABSOLUT RIP OFF UNPROFFESIONAL AND WRONG ADVISE. WE HAVE APPROACHED THIS PRACTICE CENTRE AFTER OUR PREVIOUS DENTIST WHICH WE USED TO SEE FOR THE LAST TWENTY YEARS RETIRED AND WHAT A MISTAKE WE MADE AS DENTISTS IN THIS CENTRE ARE EITHER UNPROFESSIONAL OR THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY FROM YOU SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A PRIVATE HEALTH SO TO CUT THE STORY SHORT TWO YEARS AGO I WENT DOWN THERE FOR A GENERAL CHECK UP AND WAS TOLD BY THEN DENTIST DR PATRICIA THAT ALL MY OLD FILLINGS ABOUT 8 TOOTH NEEDS REPLACING OK THEN WENT BACK TO SEE HER AGAIN AND START THE PROCESS I WAS TOLD SHE HAS LEFT THE PRACTICE CENTRE SO I MET THE OTHER DENTIST CALLED NISHU AND WAS TOLD ALL MY OLD FILLINGS NEEDS TO BE CROWNED AND ONE OF THEM MUST BE DONE ASAP WHICH OK I DID BUT FOLLOWING THE CROWN BEEN PLACED ON I WAS GETTING CONSTANT SENSITIVITY FOR THE MONTHS AFTER EVEN WAS TOLD IT SHOULD SETTLE DOWN. ANY WAY AFTER PAIN AND SUFFERING WENT BACK AND SAW THE OWNER DENTIST DR MANU AND WAS TOLD THE TOOTH REQUIRES A ROOT CANAL AND HAS TO DRILL THROUGH THE ALREADY PLACED NEW CROWN WHICH WAS PUT ON A FEW MONTHS AGO. TO DO THE JOB I WAS CHARGED NEARLY $2200 FOR THE CROWN WHICH WAS NOT NECESSARY AND THIS TIME WAS TOLD I WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ROOT CANAL WHICH WOULD BE EXTRA $1200 SHE STARTED THE PROCESS AND GOT THE FIRST AND SECOND STAGE DONE BUT REFUSED TO FINISH THE FINAL STAGE DEMANDING THE FULL FEE MOST BE PAID.AND THE OTHER FACTOR IS DENTISTS IN THIS CENTRE WHO CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS BUSSINESS ARE IN THEIR MID TO LAT E 30s IF, AND GOD KNOWS WHERE THEY GOT THEIR QUALIFICATIONS FROM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE AT ALL. PLEASE BE WARE.

Any fears you have ever had about going to the dentist will be allayed as soon as you experience A Supa Smile. Dr. Sue’s professionalism and experience is only outweighed by her gentle manner. She helped my son overcome a childhood traumatic dentist experience with her continual kindness and understanding so that he now has no hesitation about getting his teeth cleaned and checked, and he commented that the worst part of a recent tooth capping was the taste- he didn’t even feel the needle! The above shows their motto, “Gentle, quality dentistry is our aim”, is true, delivering each and every time since my son came over from America, when he had a traumatic experience. Our family cannot recommend her highly enough. Even if you have a regular dentist, try Dr Sue once and you will see what you have been missing out on all these years!

Do not go here. Worst dentist I’ve been to Stuffing me around so much, don’t have texts to go out to remind you of appointments, changing your appointments by themselves to days I can’t come on, I payed $3000 dollars for something that another lady has taken on my case which I don’t want and hasn’t told me anything for weeks on end. $3000 is not something I’m throwing away for nothing they should be better than this! Had my appointment set up for feb came in telling me I don’t have one when this appliance had to have a follow up, so unprofessional! Save you the time and don’t come here please. It’s left me with bad anxiety now I’m nearly 25 and have to start braces soon I’m taking my teeth very seriously they don’t care. Being 25 this is not a joke when getting braces.

I was very impressed with the service provided by A SupaSmile. I am someone who does not like dentists but I found Sue was willing to take the time to make me feel comfortable and not like 'just another customer'. She also did a fantastic job with my teeth, discussing options when available. This great, personal customer service really makes A SupaSmile stand out from other places I have been to. Sue is now my whole families dentist and I will not be looking anywhere else any time soon. I would recommend A SupaSmile every time.

Dentists are like mechanics, once you have a good one, you don't want to change. Sue has done all the dental work for my kids and based on that, I had decided to change from my dentist to her. I had been anxious about this big batch of dental work for some time but Sue Patel was reassuring, calm and provided an excellent outcome. I drove straight to show my wife as I was so pleased with the immediate impact. I continue to be really pleased with her work.

I visited Sue after I had a complication with wisdom teeth surgery at another establishment. She looked after me and eased my stresses straight away. She booked me in first thing in the morning when I rang up. She found out what was wrong and put a plan into action. She was so caring and thoughtful, which really eased my mind giving the trauma I had just gone through. By far the best dentist I have ever seen. Recommend her to anyone !

The Dr was very friendly and thoughtful a nice lady .feel bad coz I forgot her name. I did fix a hole which cost $140 not sure if it's above or below the avg cost. Also I did cleaning whole teeth. By my experience from last time hurts me like hell. But the lady took care well.feel nothing at this time so I'm greatful btw its $150 I think this is the place I'm gonna come back next time if necessary. Appreciated it

I've never heard anyone say "I love going to the dentist" till they met Dr Sue. She is amazing! I'm the biggest sook but I've never been so relaxed in a dentist chair, I've even been able to listen to my iPod when I had to get a filling! I haven't lived in Melbourne for a few years now but Dr Sue is the ONLY dentist I will see, no one is as gentle and caring as her.

Made me wait while she took a private phone call for 15 minutes then was rude and abrupt. Went in with a toothache and she was quite rough. She was annoyed that l hadn't kept my previous appointment for teeth cleaning and took her annoyance out on me.Not professional at all. Would not recommend this dentist who is moody and nasty. Will not be going back to her.

Love coming here with my children. They are gentle, caring and understanding. My 8yo son is autistic and has sensory issues, he has never been afraid to go, in fact really looks forward to it. They offer helpful and practical suggestions and solutions to get my kids looking after their oral hygiene. Would recommend.

I have the best dentist experience ever with Smile Crew. I had my wisdom tooth removed with minimal pain and new crowns with veneers which has given me a new and beautiful smile. Went there 3 times in 2 years, all disastrous. The first filling broke and fell out, had to go back. The next time was a tooth extraction which did not all come out and was left to get infected. After that I went somewhere else to pay more to get the full tooth out. Never again.

That clinic gave me the best experience I ever had in a dental chair. I was given every opportunity to feel comfortable, respected and have my needs met. Not pushy, no marketing just all about building a real relationship with those being cared for. Highly recommended.

I have been attending this clinic for about 14 years, and my mum has been going there for over 20. My husband and daughters are also going there. Dr Patel is wonderfully gentle, and I totally trust her decisions and treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
