Had my first visit with the family. All of us done the check-up and clean. First time gap free special was very good. Dr Branav was very nice and patient. He was not only professional and good at what he is doing, but also explained in detail about the result of the check-up and make suggestion for each of us. Some dentists don't tell too much about what is going on. Here I can ask my questions. The clinic is quite clean (I think it is important) and the reception was also very nice in working with us for future appointments and explained how the cost and claim work. The overall experience was 5 stars. they deserve this rating and I highly recommend them. Thanks

I would be wary if you are a holder of private health insurance and go to Smiles. We had gotten charged for a clean and x-ray for $500 on our health insurance. We scheduled an appointment for a routine teeth cleaning, which was conducted good. It wasn’t until we saw the line items being billed that significantly inflated the overall cost of the visit. To our dismay when asking the receptionist why they would charge more line-items than other similar cleans, they were dissent and defiant on the situation, making us raise questions on the integrity. It’s unfortunate now that I’ll be looking at other clinics in the west.

Highly recommended! The staff are all highly professionals , welcoming and genuinely friendly! Dr Branav is extremely competent, meticulous and skilled in dentistry. He delivers a level of care and expertise that seldom coexist. He answers all my concerns patiently and go through with every details of the procedure so That i am aware of what’s happening.He explains the pros and cons of the treatment and allows his client to get involved to create the best possible treatment plan. I have been attending this clinic for a while and boy do I have a lot of good things to say! The receptionist who I usually encounter to be Dr Maldani is amazing and very amicable. Dr Kanaga who I usually consult with always manages to deliver wonderful experiences and is always very patient and delivers answers to all of my questions. Very well managed and kudos to all the dentists who work there and the dental assistants :)

I had a far better experience at smile Dental than I've had anywhere .Dr Harmon was very kind and an advocate for my teeth ! I wanted 2 back molars OUT because they had jagged edges no cavities. Great practice and friendly team. Both dentists are very friendly and welcoming and kept me at ease as I am quite a nervous patient.
