Lets just set the scene. I am petrified of the dentist. Full blown anxious and the drilling noises and feeling makes my skin crawl. BUT.. I actually look forward to my appointments here. The moment I walk in I am greeted by the FRIENDLIEST front of house staff ever. I am made to feel like I am being welcomed home each time. Especially by Sophie! She has the most AMAZING energy! My dentist Dr Scott is great! So good at what he does and is very calming. His dental nurse Dimmi (hope I spelt that correctly) is just the BEST! constantly reassuring me I will be ok, hand on my shoulder and commending me on basically laying there, but it is a huge deal because in my mind thats the hardest bit. Her presence and reassurance makes the experience a pleasant one and I literally get greeted with a smile and half hug. I am now a frequent flyer here and know I am in the best care with anyone at this clinic. I have been a patient here now for over a year and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and yes I am even booked in for my next clean and check up. If you are an anxious person like me or you're looking for a great place for your family to go and get their dental work done then look no further. The staff at SmileWorks Dental are lovely! Polark the dental heigenist, makes you feel nothing but comfortable, so lovely, and definitely does not try to get extra money out of you by doing unnecessary work. Highly recommended! Ashley, assistant nurse, remembers what myself and my kids were upto at our last appointment 6 months ago and asks how things have been since then!! Unbelievable!! Shows she really cares and chats to the kids the whole way through making them feel as comfortable as possible! Plus her suction skills are brilliant, especially for such a young lady! Keep up the great work ladies and the surgery as a whole! For reasons like these my family has been attending this practice for over 10 years! Wouldn't go any where else! As for Trang, who is back and forth between other surgeries and this one... is the best you can get!!! My kids have never been scared going to this dentist from toddlers till now, thanks to this caring and dedicated team! Definitely, go to this dental surgery with your family before any where else! Words alone are not enough to express the amazing experiences I have had at SmileWorks! Every time my kids and myself go there we are greeted by the warm welcome of the reception girls Sophie, Leigh and Dani who always have a smile, cheery attitude and who will help you in any way they can. Then you see the dentists and hygienists who go above and beyond in your treatment. Always checking that you are okay and thoroughly explaining everything they need to do at the time and what future work may be required. Best of all the decision at the end of the day is all yours, no pressure is put upon you in what you want to or don't want to do! They are also amazing with kids. My eldest had a large fear of dentists due to an unpleasant experience at another clinic and his fear factor was through the roof. After just one visit here he is no longer terrified and even has a smile on his face when I tell him it is time for his next visit. All the staff are amazing but a special shout out to Palak, Annesley, Suleka, Ash and Christine for taking care of me and my family. You are our family clinic for life. I highly recommend SmileWorks to everyone!

I attended this practise a few times now and each time the service I have experienced are just wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed, with spa music playing in the background, the staff members are all very welcoming. Dr Ayesha, along with her assistants Dimi and Beni provided such a great care, simple things such as applying paw paw cream prior to the beginning of the appointment is just a small touch but very considerate. Having gone to multiple dentist practises and couldn’t get an answer to my reoccurring problem, I find the way SmileWorks operate is very thorough. They started with creating a baseline information so they can use that to review the progress of my dental health. Dr Ayesha also found my problem and created a plan to temporarily create relief while reviewing what we need to do next. I find their approach very holistic and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Definitely a dental service for anyone who is looking for continuity of care.

I rang up last week on behalf of my 87 year old mother in law who had been in pain for several days and not told anyone. I was hoping that she would be seen by at least the end of the week..........I spoke with Sharon and she suggested that we couldn't have an 87 year old in all that pain and excused herself to go and speak to one of the dentists. She came back moments later and said that they would see her that afternoon at 2.00. The extraction process was literally painless and I very much appreciate the care and attention afforded to my mother in law. The next morning I recieved a phone call from Sharon asking how my mother in law had recovered. In this day and age of complacency dealing with Sharon and her team was just so refreshing. I highly recommend this great practice. Once again Sharon thank you so much and Happy Holidays.

Never have I been so happy with a dental clinic. From the staff at reception to every one of the dental team that myself and four other immediate family members have encountered! It’s warm; reassuring and as stress free as a dentist trip can be. Palak & Caitlin are my kids choices of dentists and they never leave unhappy. From teeth being pulled out; cleaning manually because of sensitivities to the tools they always go above and beyond making sure everyone is comfortable. We have also gotten the kids Invisalign’s through this clinic and couldn’t be happier. Dr Shammi and Som are incredible! Patient; gentle; kind. Everything you value in a dentist! I don’t feel like I’m being made to spend money either. Thank you to the whole team!!!

He came after clean and so motivated to brush teeth and put a tick on the graph. You approached him with a mind of a child and totally got him. Well done! I first came to SmileWorks Dental for the regular clean before Xmas 2022 and was very satisfied with the overall experience there. The work was well done and I was professionally advised on next steps (given some complexity in my situation) as well as some simple changes in my cleaning habit (which really work so far). In addition, the staffs there are super supportive and friendly. As a result, I decided to make another appointment for my 5yo for his first ever dentist visit a few days later. It went smoothly and he was already looking forward to the next one! My review is a bit late but I know I owe them one :) Can't wait for our next visits and highly recommended.

I honestly never write reviews, and I certainly didn't think I would write one about going to the dentist. I have been putting off going for years and had some tooth pain, I went in for an extraction feeling incredibly anxious and nervous. From the very first interaction with Sophie on the front desk (amazing and super friendly customer service) I was put at ease. Dr Anneseley was incredible when I went in to get a double wisdom tooth extraction. He explained everything carefully and answered any questions. He made me feel extremely comfortable and safe during the procedure. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. 5 star treatment.

This was the warmest and most genuinely helpful dental practice I’ve ever been to. My appointment was handled so well with receptionist Sophie; I felt welcome immediately, unlike some other dental practices that feel cold and harsh when you enter. My appointment with hygienist Palak was informative and fast, and as a specialist in gums, Palak helped me understand so much more about my oral health than any other cleaning I’ve ever had. I’m normally avoidant of staying on top of my regular dental checks, but this session made me want to go back regularly. It was also relatively affordable too! Thanks again!

My husband Ben recently visited SmileWorks after both our children and I had previously visited for consults. He was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail shown by all. As someone with a history of soft enamel, he was thoroughly impressed by the documentation of his teeth’s condition and the friendly staff. His hygienist was Palak and her assistant Som were incredibly warm and excellent to deal with. He can’t remember the name of his dentist but he is looking forward to his 4 fillings with her later this week. He can’t recommend the team at SmileWorks enough.

I had a teeth clean from Ms Simon today and I would like to say she was amazing! Not only did she explain everything to me she really made me feel like I was the only patient in the clinic. I can not thank her enough for spending the time to educate me about my teeth. I also want to add Dr Ayesha picked up that my partner has a sleep apnea issue and we can not thank her enough for all of he recommendations to help correct this issue. The ladies at reception were great when there was a slight issue with my health insurance card, they were so lovely to deal. Great Team !

I can't thank Dr Scott, nurse Dimi and the lovely team behind reception enough. I needed an emergency appointment after a horrible fall that did severe damage to my teeth. The team did everything they could to get me in and Doctor Scott and Dimi went above and beyond to work through my injuries. I have a very big fear with Denitists but felt at ease knowing I had such an amazing and caring team looking after me. I will be forever grateful to Dr Scott and the team! Couldn’t be happier with this dental practice. Staff are really friendly, skilled and provide a lot of information about the health of your teeth. I came in and told them I haven’t been to a dentist for over 5 years and they surprisingly never made me feel awkward or bad about it, they just focused on helping. I was there for about 2 hours as they thoroughly cleaned out all the built up tartar in my mouth and provided excellent advice and brushing tips etc. definitely would recommend to anyone who cares about their teeth. 10/10!!!

The service here is amazing. I have a fear of dentist visits and the team have made me feel so calm. I don't dread coming to the dentist anymore. The team guide mindful exercises to redirect from the discomfort, they advocate for analgesia or numbing agents if you feel it is needed. I came to the clinic for an incentental emergency. The team have made me feel safe, and have provided ongoing exquisite care. A special mention to Dr Areej and nurse Christine. They are faultless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The team was so patient with me during my checkup and clean! I get really stressed up about getting in the dental chair and Yusra and Sara were so understanding and helped to put me at ease with a stress ball and numbing gel. I also learned a lot about gum health from Yusra. My kids have been seeing Palak for a couple of years now too. Every experience has been positive for them. The ladies at the reception were also lovely. This is by far the best experience I've had with a dental clinic!

I've had two appointments at Smileworks Doreen and I have been truly blown away by the level of care, friendliness and professionalism I've experienced. I was nervous about getting work done after having experienced acute discomfort with my previous dentist, but it's been a very different experience. I went to SmileWorks Dental with my 2 young daughters. They were both quite apprehensive as they had never been to the dentist and had a lot of plaque build up that needed to be removed. From the moment we walked into the dental practice, everyone was lovely and made them feel so at ease. Smile works Dental were amazing! As being a new patient who had no appointment but Sharon who took my call. She could I was in so much pain and struggling arrange an appointment for the next day. But when I called again they ask me to come straight away cause of the pain . So the doctor can have alook and prescribe some meds. Dr Ayesha was awesome. She took every good care of me.Was very gentle with the procedure.

After 8 years having not been to the dentist and being petrified of them I sucked it up and gave these guys a visit for a consult and a clean. Dentists and nurses were excellent. They explained everything, gave my teeth a thorough clean and were very gentle. My memories of the dentist were nothing like what I experienced here. I need to go back for more work but dont feel anywhere near as anxious about it.

So impressed as soon as I walked through the door. Starting with the receptionists, everyone was so friendly and lovely which made us feel very comfortable. Our dentist, Palak, was very kind and understanding, happily answering all questions as well as her assistant, Ashley, who was so wonderful with my daughter and helped calm her. My whole family attend the Smile Works clinic. Sam has been a fantastic help from scheduling all our bookings to being there to comfort and talk to my children whilst they’ve had their teeth checked and even helped when we had an issue with my sons plate and getting an appointment asap. The dentists are also so gentle and my children aren’t scared to see them. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Went to smileworks to get my usual checkup. The team was so efficient and approachable. I saw Simran for my usual checkup and clean, was such a pleasant experience. My OHT Palak is so great, I see her every six months and we always pick up from where we left off- I don’t feel like just another patient at another dental clinic.

Great service, great dentists and receptionists. I’ve been there 3 times in 2 weeks and have felt very welcome each time. They’ve made me feel at ease and comfortable with each procedure. They were extremely great with my kids also which is definitely a bonus!!! I would recommend them 100 times over. It will now become my regular dentist!

Ayesha has been my dentist for 10 years. I was her first HCF customer. Ayesha is smart and always super friendly and that’s why I always go back. Now my daughter goes and she loves chatting with the staff. Ayesha does a great job on crowns and explains it all to me. New this time was the 3D scans which were fantastic!

My second visit today and once again fantastic. I have a rare genetic disorder and I was so impressed at the thoroughness with which Dr. Ayesha researched options suitable for me. SmileWorks Dental should be famous for their check ups. The hygienist are always so thorough and friendly. The dentists are always gentle and honest. I used to avoid going to the dentist but now I get my teeth checked twice a year and haven’t had a cavity since. Thanks SWD!
