Rarely do I leave negative comments on businesses but unfortunately, 3rd time is the charm for me on Smile 4 U. TLDR: I have left this review at 2 stars because I feel Dr. Lee is probably a good DMD and a great businesswomen. She is likely just overbooked and her receptionist continues to allow things to fall through the cracks which inevitably falls on the customer and negates the customer service they strive to achieve. Additionally, both my wife and I have needed to return to have fillings fixed after they were completed. Unfortunately my journey took the long road and is still not settled. (edited down to 1 star for still failing to receive any sort of follow up) ----- To start, upon my first visit, I found myself waiting around 45min between my cleaning and when Dr. Lee finally came into the room. While Dr. Lee was pleasant and worked diligently, she never actually explained any of my cavities or dental work needed after her inspection and simply stated that a plan would be emailed, that they would recommend a periodontist and that a prescription for a toothpaste would be given. No plan was ever sent. No periodontist was ever recommended. And to my mistake (or was it? because I was never actually informed) the toothpaste was not an actual prescription but something I needed to purchase at the front desk. (I later found out throughout my accumulated hours of being in this office that this “prescription toothpaste” seems to be more of an upsell to all clients than a necessity). Think of it like taking your car for an oil change and the mechanic telling you you’ll need to have your engine flushed. Nevertheless, after calling I finally received an emailed plan (still no periodontist recommendation). There was no explanation on the plan nor any description to the line items and foreseeable charges. I had to call to ask what I was looking at and why none of this was mentioned to me. I left it there. Still trying to trust the raving reviews, I decided to go through with Phase 1 of the plan. 3 cavities. When I arrived, I was sat down in a separate room and told that one of those cavities actually needed to be a crown. A crown that was not listed “due to a mistake” and that it would cost an additional $600 after insurance. A crown that I was never informed about. Not with Dr. Lee. Not on my plan. Not until the moment before my appointment. I denied the addition. The fillings went fine. I did feel that Dr. Lee probably stepped away for a bit too long after my novocaine shot (about 30min) but whatever. The last odd point of this visit was the receptionist checking me out. It was not until after she swiped my card that she then mentioned, “Oh, btw Dr. Lee ended up having to do a bit more work than expected on your tooth so dont be surprised if you see a little addition from the insurance”. Odd. Why not address that prior to payment? 10seconds prior? A week passes and my teeth ache. They never ached before the fillings. Finally, I decided to call and see what could be done. The receptionist stated my fillings “likely needed to be adjusted”? and wondered if I was available to pop on in at 3:30. Sure. Let’s get it done. (Interestingly enough, my wife who also visits Dr. Lee has had to return to get a filling adjusted. This has never happened in either of our dental history before). I arrive at 3:25. I’m sat in the reception area after checking in and 35min later find myself still waiting. No, “Hey, Dr. Lee is running a bit behind, I’m sorry” or “Hey, we actually got jammed up today, any chance you’re able to come back?”. I decided it was time to leave. I politely told the receptionist that they could call me when they have availability, that it was not me that asked for 3:30 and that I would be leaving. The response was, “Ok". At the very least, from the track record of Dr. Lee’s costumer service, I would have expected a call. A text. An apology. Yet knowing that even if I was called in right after I left, I would likely still have a handful of waiting to do, I feel I made the right decision.

After being vaccinated, I felt safe going to the dentist again. I had put off having a cleaning for several years. But I made a mistake going to Smiles 4 Grant Park and I am writing this review as a warning to others. Despite its sterling reviews, I was wildly overcharged. There were a lot of red flags on my first visit. I got x-rays and a very thorough examination, but no cleaning, which had to be scheduled for another appointment. The dentist said that after a deep cleaning, my cavities might no longer warrant fillings. That seemed odd, but I'm not a dentist. This appointment was a few hundred dollars and my insurance paid for it. My wife said she didn't think I should go back because there were so many things I related that seemed iffy. But I did and when I arrived, the receptionist told me that a deep cleaning would be $1578 (see attached bill) and that I would have to pay that day and wait to have approximately $1141 reimbursed by my insurance company. Before that, I was asked if I wanted to have just my upper teeth cleaned and schedule another appointment for my bottom teeth, which seemed ridiculous. Then she told me how much it would cost. I guess I could have left and found another dentist at that point, but I didn't. The deep cleaning took less than an hour. They wanted me to schedule another appointment immediately for I don't remember what and I declined. The hygienists were excellent, but I felt the reason they wanted me to come back repeatedly was largely capitalistic and if you are charging $1578 for a deep cleaning that takes less than an hour, you are ripping off both insurance company and customer and part of the problem with healthcare in this country isn't just greedy insurance companies, but greedy providers and I believe that's the case with Smiles 4 Grant Park, so I will find another dentist and whomever I choose, it will cost less.

I’ve inherited a phobia of dentists from my mother. However, after my experience at Smiles 4 Grant, I have a whole new outlook on dentistry, ease about getting my teeth cleaned, and passion for maintaining my dental hygiene. Firstly, Smiles 4 Grant Park has a beautiful modern and stylish office space right off of Memorial Drive. The office is very easy to find and offers free parking in the back of the building. Secondly, all of the office staff are genuinely kind and friendly people. They clearly love their jobs and operate in a productive yet satisfying work environment. Thirdly, all of the dentist professionals are extremely educated in their field and are able to explain matters of the teeth with expertise and encouragement. Dr. Abbie Lee was super kind and patient with me. She made me feel comfortable yet knowledgeable about by mouth’s condition. Lastly, the office encourages a comfortable and relaxing experience, starting with tea and coffee in the reception, then providing noise canceling headphones and a warm fuzzy warm blanket during cleanings/procedures, and lastly, a hot face towel for cleaning in the end! Words cannot express how pleased I am with my experience at Smiles 4 Grant Park. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Professionalism and excellence is what you'll find at Smiles 4 Grant Park. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want them to get too busy! Rosalind is a boss! She works with you and genuinely cares about how you are feeling about everything, dental or otherwise. I enjoy talking with her both on the phone and in person. I was seen by two different hygienists who were both very kind. They took the time to explain what they were about to do before doing it and made you feel like you were the only patient they had. Finally, Dr. Lee is exactly the kind of dentist you want. She's knowledgeable, skilled and has great "bed side manner", but what sets her apart is her ability to see the "big picture." She understands that dental health and general health are intertwined. I mentioned I had frequent headaches and she helped me understand how this can come from tension in the jaw and explained how these muscle groups work and interact with your mouth. Since she made me aware of this, I've noticed a massive reduction in headaches as I've carried less tension in these areas. Overall, Dental offices are not typically the most welcoming or comfortable places, but Smiles 4 Grant Park seems to have that all figured out.

I have terrible Dental anxiety but I felt like every member of the Smiles 4 Grant Park Staff was unbelievably kind, informative, and patient. I came about 10 minutes early and was welcomed by the front desk staff and offered hand sanitizer and a temperature check. I was seen IMMIDATELY by the hygienist with no wait time. I was able to choose to listen to music, watch Netflix or Hulu during my cleaning. I was even given a warm lavender scented towel for my face after the cleaning. I felt like my exam was very thorough and they were extremely transparent with pricing, the dental hygienist even asked the front desk about my insurance coverage during my cleaning. I felt so comfortable and this was my first ever positive dental experience despite having my first cavity. Dr. Lee and Dhvani (the dental hygienist) took the time to ease my anxiety and educate me about the overall health of my mouth. I would recommend Smiles 4 Grant Park to ANYONE looking for a dentist. 20/10 experience- I could not be happier to find such an amazing dentist!

My dental hygienist, Dhvani was very thorough and did a great job at explaining what she was doing throughout my visit. Based upon the findings, she helped me set up a plan of care to address my individual needs. When Dr. Lee came in to perform her examination and discuss the findings of my hygienist, I immediately felt comfortable and assured that I was in great hands. Dr. Lee broke everything down into terms that were easy to understand and took the time to address any questions I had. Smiles 4 Grant Park is a fantastic dentistry. If you’re like me it’s hard to find and pick a new dentist. But I’m glad I found smiles 4 grant park it relieved a lot of stress! I am a new patient and was able to file out my forms online and submit them ahead of my appointment making it a smooth process from signing up as a new patient all the way to being there for my first appointment. The staff is very friendly and space is bright and clean. They had good protocols in place for ensuring that patients and staff were taking precautions for COVID. Jill and Dr. Lee were both helpful, thorough and informative throughout my appointment. They asked me what mattered to me about my dental care and I’m confident no dentist has ever asked me that. I appreciated it and thought what a great dentist! Who would’ve thought to ask that. I was just thrilled that I found Smiles 4 Grant Park, I’m actually excited for my next appointment!

This Dental office is a rare find. You don't feel pressured by time and their techs take their time to 'do it right'. Everyone from the Office Manager to the Dentist was super friendly. Darlene (my Dental Assistant) explained things to me that other dentists have glossed over and really took the time to educate me on my particular issue and backed it up with some great pics of my x-rays to illustrate what she was explaining. Clear as day what my problem was and I was able to much better evaluate the treatments presented to me. This practice is staffed with the latest equipment and they seem to REALLY care about fixing your issues. Dr. Lee is top notch dentist who seems to truly want fix my teeth and gums and not just maximize the revenue of the practice by rushing the max # of people through. If you want the best in the industry - I think I have found it. Definitely worth the trek to Grant Park.

8/11/22 were my first visit. I stated on my form I filled out I was coming in for TEETH CLEANING. By it being my first time. They had to take x-ray. After the x-ray. The Hygienist started cleaning my teeth. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. This Hygienist didn't do anything different from the other Hygienists that clean my teeth in the past.Ms Dorender did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Everything was good until I received a bill from the dentist office stating i owe a balance of $76. They billed my insurance for a Periodontal service which not cover under my plan instead of TEETH CLEANING. When I called about the bill the receptionist lied said I had gum disease. Remind you Dr Lee never said anything about gum disease. Her receptionist need to stay in her lane checking clients in. Just read everything before signing. Insurance fraud going on there

I am a 60+ year old male terrified of dentists. Until...I met Dr. Lee and her team. Nikki is fabulous. Danielle, in the front office, is a delight. Everyone at the practice is wonderful, thorough, and totally centered on customer care, satisfaction, and feedback. I am a small business owner in Atlanta. Competition is fierce. Knowledge and authentic service excellence is really what sets any business or service apart. Dr. Lee, and her team, exceeded my every expectation. I highly recommend Abbey Lee and her dental staff. It was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had in a dentist's office. I am actually looking forward to returning. Update: 1/7/2019. I love my dentist more then ever. If I had to dream up a perfect dentist Smiles 4 Grant Park would be exactly it. From Roslyn who handled new patient intake and reception with a smile and the best attitude, to the PRISTINE office and Covid protocol that make you feel super safe and clean, to the awesome hygienist who was so thorough, informative and gentle and super aware of any concerns and finally the incredible Dr. Lee who was so sweet and knowledgeable and doesn't talk down to you but rather clearly explains everything she sees and makes recommendations (not demands) based on her expertise and your comfort level. I'm so grateful I have found this dental practice and genuinely left happy and feeling taken care of, not traumatized like past dental experiences. Dr Abbey Lee is an awesome dentist. You can tell she enjoys her profession and her staff is also very caring and friendly. This was my first visit and I am happy to have found such a wonderful dentist. Dr. Lee explained everything she was doing and frequently asked if I had any questions. She made recommendations about what additional care I might need in the future and explained why. The office is beautifully decorated and offers blankets to keep you warm during your visit. During my procedure I was offered head phones which allowed me to listen to the music of my choice. These are just a few of the things that distinguishes this office from others. Also there is plenty of parking on the side and behind the office building.

An awesome experience from the first impression over the phone with Practice Manager, Rosalind, to my cleaning with dental hygienist, Dhvani, and exam with Dr. Lee. They are organized, provide great patient care, are friendly and gave thorough explanations to all my questions asked. I had some anxiety going in as I didn't want to be pressured to do anything, but it all melted away once I interacted with the team and discussed my position. I was offered a treatment plan and the why behind each thing listed on it and felt supported and understood when discussing how and when I could complete it. I visited Smiles 4 Grant Park for the first time today and will definitely be making the permanent move to Dr. Lee’s practice! The staff was friendly and the office was stylish and clean. They were taking every precaution in light of COVID-19, and I really appreciated their clear dedication to making their practice safe for their patients. I was treated with genuine kindness and loved their education and advisement style in regards to my personal dental plan. Plus, the energy of the office and its staff was pure positivity and transparency, if that’s an element that’s also important to you (it is to me!) From the moment I set foot inside for my first appt, my experience was like no other dental experience I’ve had. Rosalind was very efficient in getting me seen and once back, Dhvani took time to make sure I understood everything she was doing and answered any questions I had. She even offered me Netflix, music, and a blanket while she cleaned my teeth. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years so was hesitant to make a dentist appointment in general. Dr. Lee and her staff were incredibly friendly and understanding - my nerves went away as the consultation progressed. It is a very comfortable environment. I had a follow up procedure this morning and once again, was thoroughly impressed by my experience. Long story short - this dental practice is very professional, modern and welcoming. Definitely a top-notch doctor's office and I would recommend them to anyone who is hesitant to make the dentist appointment they know they need to make or anyone looking for a dentist who cares on a personal level.

Great dental experience! Rosalyn was very helpful and got me scheduled again soon after I had to cancel my initial appointment due to a pet emergency last minute. She also helped me with my insurance to make sure the visit was 100% covered. Dhvani was an excellent and thorough hygienist who explained everything I needed to address without being too lecture-y, and Dr. Lee was kind, thoughtful, and clearly very knowledgeable. I will definitely return and plan on having Dr. Lee as my dentist for the future! The music and offer of a blanket and water were wonderful too. Overall nice facilities, great staff, and highly recommendable dental experience.

I needed to find a dentist who would see me due to an emergency issue that I was experiencing. My primary dentist office was unavailable to assist me due to the pandemic. S4GP scheduled me an appointment with no hesitation. The first phone conversation was pleasant. The actual visit was phenomenal. Everyone, from the front to the back was amazing and remarkable. The compassion displayed was genuine, authentic, and sincere. This place is a goldmine. Although I have established a relationship with my current dentist and been under her care for years, I will still choose S4GP as a go to office. Awesome service ladies...

I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, thanks in large part to having really bad teeth. I spent years trying to find a new dentist in Atlanta with whom I felt comfortable. Dr. Lee and her staff are so wonderful, the office is clean and modern, and they do a wonderful job making a nervous patient feel comfortable. They have headphones you can listen to, and even watch TV while they’re cleaning. The are kind, patient, answer all your questions, suggest extra items/services w/o being too pushy. The receptionist deserves a shout, too: she helped me understand my insurance coverage for work I was debating having done.

Really great experience and the office worked miracles getting me in on a cancellation appointment so I could get seen faster. Ms. Dorinda was amazing and the cleaning was thorough and gentle - a rare combination. I’ve also never spoken with a dentist who actually talked to me more than a quick two sentences and out the door before. Dr. Lee was so nice, explained everything and gave me some great tips for an upcoming long-term trip where I’m worried about the dental care situation. Really pleased and I’ll be a patient here as long as I’m in Atlanta- already recommended this office to three different coworkers!

My fiancé and I moved to Atlanta from out of state this year and a close friend recommended Dr. Lee's office. I also worked in a dental office for 7 years up until this year and knew what to look for. The office is very clean, smells great, has adorable decor inside, and they are literally taking every COVID precaution they can. Both of our cleanings were excellant and the front desk was very helpful. Dr. Lee was also incredibly nice, straight forward, and easy to talk to. We are both definitely going to be recommending this office to our friends here and were very impressed with the entire experience!

I had a great first-time experience at Smiles 4 Grant Park. Everyone took care to explain what was happening with my teeth as well as how the billing would work to pay for it. I really appreciate when dentists lead with transparency, it makes me more comfortable (something I value as I’m not the best patient when it comes to my teeth!). The office is super modern, with TVs and noise cancelling headphones available for folks that might want a more relaxed experience. I enjoyed watching Netflix during my procedure - a welcomed distraction. There’s also free parking behind the building!

I love Dr. Lee! She is simply amazing, and I am so glad to have found her. Everything about my 1st appointment was above and beyond previous dental experiences. For sure, the best cleaning of my entire life, and she uses the latest technologies that showed what's happening with my teeth at levels I had yet to ever see. She and her assistant, Megan, work so well together; it was a delight to be in their presence; they made me laugh a lot - totally unexpected and truly generous, just by being who they are. I recently moved and was looking for a new dentist. The decision to visit Smiles 4 Grant Park turned out to be a great decision. The process of making the appointment and signing in was easy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are top notch. Dr. Lee is amazing. She is knowledgeable, thorough and respectful of your time. In addition, she doesn’t try to get you to spend unnecessary money on things you don’t need. First time patient and everyone was incredible. It started with my initial conversation with Rosalind, Practice Manager, who took the time to explain my insurance and flexible with my schedule to get me in quickly. I saw JaNahn, Dental Hygienist, who was phenomenal and walked me through my progress on each step, reducing my anxiety and we discussed a potential treatment plan. Dr. Abbey came to see me and was more thorough than any other dentist I’ve seen. She helped me finalize a plan and timeline. Happy we found our new dentist!

I truly recommend Smiles 4 Grant Park. From the moment I walked thru the doors to departure, I was greeted with a warmth and I could tell they were smiling behind the masks. They are taking safety precautions to the upmost. Dr Abbey Lee took her time with me to explain everything. I never felt rushed or that I was just another patient to push thru. Taylor & Jill who did my X-rays and cleaning were calming I was very anxious because it had been awhile since I had a cleaning. Referring this office to other friends and family.

Best experience I've *ever* had visiting the dentist! The customer experience was top-notch from beginning to end: everyone on the staff was friendly and personable. The office was clean and modern. Super-short wait time. Most importantly: Dr. Abbey Lee was empathetic, really took the time to listen to my concerns & questions, and did a phenomenal job. I never once felt like I was being over-sold, or urged to get procedures / products I didn't actually need. My only regret is not finding Dr. Lee and her team years ago.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Abbey Lee. She was very personable and explained everything in a very informative manner. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. The office is clean and they use state of the art equipment to do a very thorough exam. They made me very comfortable during my procedure. All of her staff and assistants were great. Her office manager was very patient and helpful in making sure that I had all of the information I needed concerning my insurance and copays.

Really friendly and professional staff who were lovely to chat with. I would highly recommend this office for a cleaning because I felt like they did really a thorough job. It didn’t feel like a rush job at all, and I appreciate that. I also felt like they were actually paying attention to the health of my teeth and gums rather than just trying to sell me stuff or get me out of the chair. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at the dentist in my life. You should definitely go here!

A great place to get your dental appointments done! Had the most thorough dental exam of my life! Thank you for your kind and extremely accommodating personalities! Before they did anything they checked in with me, discussed the charges, the reasoning behind them and next steps. Since i recently moved to the area, I couldn't be more grateful to have found them and will continue to go to them for any and all future dental appointments. Definitely recommend a %!

Honestly, it was the best dental experience that I’ve had in 30 years. Dr Lee and her team were thorough but extremely gentle. I have a small mouth and have been somewhat manhandled in the past, but everyone at this practice was very understanding and thoughtful of my comfort. Dr Lee talked to me about MY dental goals, and there was absolutely no pushing for additional procedures of doubtful necessity (which I’ve experienced at most other dentists).

Quite honestly the most pleasant dentist visit I’ve ever had. Everyone was so helpful. The front office additionally went the extra mile to call my insurance and ensure they were going to cover my fees. The doctor was professional and kind while the hygienist was incredibly thorough in not just my cleaning but making sure I was comfortable through the entire process. 12/10 experience. Also the office is SUPER cute and the location is a prime spot.

Office is clean and inviting. Safety measures for patients and staff due to COVID were in place. Erin, the dental hygienist did an amazing job and Dr. Lee was an absolute pleasure. Dr. Lee did an excellent job explaining their findings and recommendations. Both Erin and Dr. Lee answered my questions and eased my concerns. I have not had the best luck with dentists but yet my overall experience here was the BEST that I have had in a long time.

Everyone is so nice and professional without being uptight. I am a very nervous dental patient from having had traumatic dental procedures as a child but I left Smiles so calm, relieved and confident in their great work on my teeth and gums! Incredibly kind and caring dentist. I had a last-minute dental emergency that needed attention. Her team was able to fit me in as a new patient on short notice. They were also able to successfully address the issue without having any prior knowledge of my dental history. Netflix is an added bonus, especially during a longer procedure. Nobody likes to visit the dentist and I won't be the first to say that I do. That being said, this is a great place. Dr. Lee and her staff are so very pleasant and proficient. The place is clean and shiny, the chairs and tools are comfortable and the pain is quick and kept to a minimum. These ladies have always treated me well and kept me looking my best. Go see them the next time your chompers need some work.

Had a lovely experience with my hygienist, Taylor (I think -- sorry if I got that wrong), and Dr. Lee. I hadn't been for a cleaning in quite a while and they put me at ease! The facility itself was clean and featured really nice, up-to-date equipment. The staff from the front desk to Dr. Lee herself were very pleasant and transparent. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm looking forward to my next cleaning!

The experience here at Smile 4 Grant Park was simply amazing. It was clean, organized, and professional with the way they went about cleaning your teeth. They go through multiple processes to ensure you know all the things they notice about your teeth and how you should go about managing them. Had my first appointment here today and the reviews don't lie. Easily the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. It is exhausting going to a place and trying to fend off Dentists and Doctors like they are used car salesmen. Smiles 4 Grant Park is the opposite of that. I was comfortable the entire time and they let me watch Seinfeld (or any Netflix show you prefer) during my cleaning! It was awesome.

I'm new to Atlanta and I needed to find a dentist in my new home. I went to visit Dr. Abbey Lee and her team and left feeling valued and well taken care of. The facility is well kept, the staff and hygienist are kind and Dr. Lee went above and beyond! Dr. Lee even helped me with an emergency visit one night which proved her dedication to her patients and her work. I'm so happy I found Smiles 4 Grant Park!

Amazing experience every time I go here. I think like most people, I always have some general discomfort with getting my teeth worked on. But the staff here is so delicate and the tools and flavors (polish, for instance) are chosen with their clients’ comfort in mind. I walk out of here with my mouth feeling perfectly clean as opposed to like I have just done a few boxing rounds with previous dentists.

My office visit today was so great! I went in from a coworkers suggestion and met with the doctor, a hygienist and the Rosaline at the front desk. Each of them were so professional and kind AND INFORMATIVE. They all were sure to fully keep me informed of how to maintain a healthy mouth and explained in each step why they were doing and what they were doing. For sure going back, they were incredible.

I was very impressed with the relaxing service from the blankets to the hot towel! It’s a very clean office and they’ve invested in up to date equipment. Dr Lee is very good at putting you at ease. She is also a good listener when it comes to your priorities. Nobody likes gum probing but she does it in such a way where it’s quick and not traumatic. I’m really looking forward to my next appointment!

Never thought I would take the time to write a 5 star review for a dental office. From offering headphones to watch Netflix or listen to music, to providing a blanket for comfort, this was easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They also really take the time to explain what’s happening with your oral health and ways to improve. I live close but even if I didn’t, I would still come here.

I continue to LOVE Dr. Lee's entire practice. I was stuck in traffic due to an accident on I-20 today and when I let them know I was running late, they just said to be sure I was safe and not to worry! The hygienists and Dr. Lee are all so thorough, answer any and all questions, and the entire office genuinely care about how you are on a personal level. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

As a kid going to the dentist was never something I enjoyed but I knew it had to be done, but after coming here I will have to say I CANNOT WAIT until my next visit! The staff was so knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. The warm lavender scented towels are definitely a great touch as well. The entire staff was wonderful! It had been over 5 years since I had a dental cleaning, and I was terrified to have someone clean my teeth. My fears were put to rest quite quickly after sitting down. My hygienist, whose name I didn’t get due to her mask, was unbelievable! You will never understand how bad your dentist is until you come to Smiles 4 Grant Park.

The team at Smiles4GrantPark is wonderful. Everyone is very kind and I appreciated how thorough my exam was. Dr. Lee really cares about her patients. She asked how I like to receive information and kept that in mind as she was explaining my treatment plan. One of the best dentists I have been too. Staff are very friendly. Their reminders via text, phone, email are personable. They allow you to listen to music on headphone and have a blanket to make sure that you are comfortable and less anxious during the appointment. The location is very clean, looks fairly new, and appointments are always on time.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. State of the art equipment and lovely decor. Dr. Lee was very caring and explained concerns in a way that was easy to follow. I have never experienced a doctor asking my permission verbally before touching and working with me. That was unexpected and appreciated and I felt respected and valued.

Worst dentist ever! Please read the negative reviews. She was very harsh when explaining my plan. As The reviews stated they were so quick to refer to a periodontist, because they didn't think I could pay for a regular cleaning. Front desk lady is okay but a little rude. Best caring dentist I've ever seen, very patient and kept asking me if I was ok or if I needed a break, thoroughly explained what procedure I was having and showed diagrams.
