My wife and I play bocce ball there and the HOA closed the park down for safety reasons. I inspected it this morning and the basketball court appears open. I couldn't find any safety problems. Why the HOA taped it off in the first place I have no idea. Hard to hurt yourself on a bocce ball court.
This is a Silverstone Ranch HOA owned/managed recreational facility for use by Silverstone residents. But, since access is open to the general public there are people there who don't belong because they don't contribute to its upkeep.
