Bought a small manual lawn mower for R350 that is completely blunt and it does not cut the lawn. The owner said that there is no returns, so I practically threw my money away! The owner was adamant " No return" which indicates that he knew that the lawn mower does not work. It's not an electrical machine but solely metal and some mechanism so I don't see why it cannot be returned. So buying from his shop is the same as buying from any other stranger online. The lawn mower is so blunt that it's useless to use, it doesn't even cut long grass. The least you could have done is try the lawn mower on a public grass and see if it works instead of selling defective products to consumers to start with. It would be another thing if it worked once purchased then it breaks or it gets blunt after a few weeks but from the beginning it did not work!
