Went to use the automatic car wash on the weekend of 04/10/20 and the machine didn't work. I called the business number immediately and left several voicemails with my name, number, and what happened and never got a response or a refund. The answering machine is the owner insisting he won't refund money, just send "tokens" back to people but I didn't use the token machines, and he never sent me anything anyways. Just to be clear, I'm a registered nurse and was on my way home from a long day of work in the middle of the COVID pandemic and this guy stole money from me that afternoon. An unprofessional scam artist and I have told everyone I know to never use his business again, and I encourage you all to do the same. Update: Over a year later and this business finally responds to this message saying they are not a scam and want me to come back to their business. Ok, one you are a scam if you still have not refunded my money after all this time. The entire point of my review you obviously didn't read was that I never used your proprietary coin system which itself is already a scam, I mean why not just use quarters. That lets you know your business is fishy. But I didn't even use those, I used a credit card. I called you and left multiple messages. You have still not refunded me and are still, in fact, a scam. Public of Nashville, do not trust this business. Now more than ever you can't afford to lose $10 that may get refunded in "tokens" 13 months later.

I just wasted $30 here trying to wash my car. The first $5 went to washing without issue although the equipment and soap is subpar, so I bought another $5 in tokens to finish washing. Halfway through, the water stopped working. I figured it was the bay I was using so I stuck a couple quarters in the next one over but that one wasn't working either. So I had soap all over my car at this point and decided to try to use the auto wash to at least get the soap off of my car. I stuck a $20 bill in the machine and literally nothing happened. I tried calling the number they provide to find out they only refund in tokens. Great! because I wanted to spend $20 to get some worthless metal coins to come back to a place that I had a frustrating experience at. Don't take the risk, there were several other frustrated people who lost money there today and the owner hides behides an answering machine and worthless refunds. Enjoy my money dude.

Trash.... in comparison to other auto washes out there today this one ranks pretty low. Prices are too high for the outdated wash. I spent 9 bucks and still needed to clean my truck off myself and I keep this truck pretty clean. Can't use change at the self wash but if you get change for the vacuum then go to wash your vehicle you have to use more cash or run your card. I pulled into 3 bays and none would read my card. Other then value for money it is a car wash and you can get that done here. Just if you spend a few extra minutes looking there are several other choices that best this place out hand down.

Super clean car wash. Its traditional with the brush, power spray and floor mat clips. The pay area for self service is functional, all knobs work and LCD screen works! You can use dollars and a card at the self service area. The touchless wash is card, cash and coins. The touchless wash can fit my truck. I have a 8 5" lift on my crew cab titan on 35 inch tires. The width of your wheels can't be more than 10" Super happy with the set up of this place.. super stoked about the card readers! Who pays with coins and dollars anymore ha ha! Listen to music while you wash!! ☆☆☆☆☆

After attempting to use the cash receptor several times I was able to get 7 bucks to go in. I then used my Cashapp card to pay the remaining amount but was overcharged. I called the customer service line leaving a message however no one returned my call. I gave this car wash another chance and visited again only to realize I was once again overcharged. Instead of fixing the problem they pulled 2 extra dollars from my account overnight. This place is sneaky with overcharging your card and will take advantage of you. I won’t be back.

Great Carwash & Customer Service!!! I come by weekly to wash and vacuum my car. Today I went through one of the bays that ended up having some problems with its rinse before drying. Not only did the owner take care of the problem but refunded me the wash! overall i’ve been going here for years and haven’t had any issues its always clean and the employees are always kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Went through the automated carwash and a hydraulic line busted. Sprayed down my passenger side. Can't get the film off my windows or paint . Waiting to be contacted. Update: spoke with one of the owners via phone. Should be getting a refund on the wash and an overseer of the carwash washed my car in a regular bay and then the touchless carwash no charge. My Car looks decent again and I'm satisfied.

This place sucks. The car wash didn't get the car clean at all. It also didn't dry it. The vacuums are not included. Could have done a better job myself by just spraying the car with a hose. This place feels like it was abandoned a few years ago, and somehow still works. It was like the zombie apocalypse had occurred, and I was trying to wash my car.

It's close to my house and if you manually wash your car it's fine. However, the automatic car wash leaves little to be desired especially for the price. In my experience it's safe day or night but use your own judgement. They do have lots of cameras so that's a plus. The vacuums are pretty good and they offer the scent sprayer which I like.

The car was nice and clean but they only take dollar bill or a credit card... It does not take quearters. So i swiped my car the sign said the cost was 10.00 well a few days later i checl my account the have charged me 15 dollar.. they add a 5 tip on to my. And i dont know why they feel like they should get a tip. Hell i washed my own car!

I hope you like KLOVE Christian radio, because they play it at volume 11 all over the property. There's also tracts & free Bibles you can take for your coffee table when your in-laws visit. Otherwise great prices & their equipment is maintained, unlike a lot of other carwashes on Gallatin Ave corridor.

I like the ability to vacuum my car 247 but they only take cards the change machine has not worked any time I came there kinda annoying an once u start the self wash u can't add more money to keep going u have to let it shut off an re pay for it to start for the initial cost

They had a equipment glitch which resulted in a partial wash, these things happen. Not only did I receive my money back I received a coupon for a free wash in the mail. They stepped up when alot of business would have just forgot about the situation. I recommend this company

Awesome place I take my Ol School every Sunday, Change machines never run out of quarters no matter the time I go to shine up the Chevy & vacuum “Nessie” for a Sunday 15mph ride, there's no graffiti on the inside or outside the car stalls. Perfect

I just had a wrap put on my car and was instructed to use o nl y touchless car washes. This was my 2nd experience at Sonshine and I feel so much relief now after knowing that I made it through the car wash without any damage to the wrap

Good job at a fair price ($7 for the ultimate). I used the touch less automatic and the machine did a good job. The credit card machine is older so you have to patient. My only complain was no blower at the end or courtesy towel.

They have changed the way you pay to get your car washed you can't use change anymore to have to have dollar bills and you have to pay the minimum $3 to even get started to wash your car I wish they would have just left it alone

Didn't really feel safe. Dollar changer only gives tokens and being its 1.50 to start the was your probably better off going through automatic wash. Very disappointed because this used to be a great place for a car wash

No signs to warn you that automatic wash gets smaller than the pay line. Scratched my new rims and stressed my new tire! Just bought these tires and rims refund button isn’t working and I got stuck in the wash.

Throw 8$ in the trash and your car will be just as clean. These pictures show how clean your car will get AFTER driving through the touchless wash. I did not try the vacuums, but they probably suck.

This carwash is always clean and we'll stocked. The equipment is fully functional including the change machines. I highly recommend this facility since I have yet to be disappointed here.

The coin machine took my 5$ and didn't give it back not give me change/tokens. I called the number twice and no one ever answered!!! Also the trash cans were full and it was disgusting.

This drive through car wash is great in a pinch! Although it is overpriced since the most expensive wash still has you going behind the machine to wipe away dirt, residue and water.

It's a car wash. The only thing I don't like is you can only pay for the wash with bills or credit cards. I still have a bunch of old tokens that can only be used at the vacuums.

I love this place. The automatics work great and are fairly priced. When my car needs to be hand washed, the do it yourself prices are really cheap and give you a lot of time.

Go somewhere else!! I tried to use the automatic carwash, and the machine took my money, but didn't work!! Ripped off!! No out of order sign! No number to call for refund!!

Went thru the automatic car wash paid, and it did nothing. Called to report and no response. Then I went thru the other one, and it didn't wash the back of our car at all.

If you really want to clean you vehicle the soap products, what ever brand they are work very well. You also can you a card which makes it easy..... no change

$7 car wash and it there was still dirt and scum on the outside of my car. There is nothing to scrub the car clean, only soap and water. No dryer either.

Sad. The wand seemed to be destroyed. The machine ate all the money and never turned on. Christian music blaring and poor service. I don’t get it.

Always clean and stocked. This is easily my favorite car wash, whether I'm using the touch free automatic or taking my time in the DIY bays.

I've been to this car wash twice. Both times, the equipment was either broken or the machine just ate my money.

Only used the vacuums but they worked well. However one of the machines didn’t work and ate my coins at first.

I always come here it seems safe, since I normally wash my car by myself. Don't want no one walking up on me
