"Getting in and out of the center really sucks, one way in one way out so if you are in a rush don't come here, unless you have a lot of patience But the good part is that this center has a lot of variety of stores 1 bank of America and 2 credit unions, cold stone, Sally beauty supply, Vons, Walmart, home Depot Starbucks taco shop smoke shop, IHOP, CVS, Big 5,pet supply store , postal annex, there are more I just can't remember all of them"
"It’s a place of convenience where I do my food shopping at Vons, and Walmart but this Walmart is very limited as to what our has to offer"

"I had to get some things at Home Depot so I stopped by and noticed plenty of close-by free parking"
I love that they have a Vons Supermarket in this place!!! They just added a Wal-Mart too which is a perfect addition. Home depot next door and its a perfect ansammble. CVS adds to this as well as good old burger place B.Weivels. Recycling place in the middle is neat and I like the kids that work there and with Starbucks it just makes for a perfect ending to your day of errands. ( Lots of Border Patrol and Sheriff for some reason. I'm a U.S citizen but it creeps me out to see all them! Lol)
Getting in and out of the center really sucks, one way in one way out so if you are in a rush don't come here, unless you have a lot of patience But the good part is that this center has a lot of variety of stores 1 bank of America and 2 credit unions, cold stone, Sally beauty supply, Vons, Walmart, home Depot Starbucks taco shop smoke shop, IHOP, CVS, Big 5,pet supply store , postal annex, there are more I just can't remember all of them
It’s a place of convenience where I do my food shopping at Vons, and Walmart but this Walmart is very limited as to what our has to offer. I also do my banking there at Naval Credit Union and US Bank. Coffee at Starbucks Home Depot for Home Depot needs. Pancakes at IHOP and hair color at Sally’s Beauty Supply. There are more stores to check out but all and all it’s an average shopping center experience.
Crowded the parking lot is small and they are repaving it is a mess. Walmart and Hone Depot are on one side and they gets lots of traffic. One the other side is Vons and Starbuck's. There is also a Boll Weevil's and other restaurants like IHOP. Best to enter this place going all the way down to the last driveway and leaving the same way or you might find yourself in line to leave for 15 mins.
I had to get some things at Home Depot so I stopped by and noticed plenty of close-by free parking. Home Depot was not that busy and I quickly found some quick drying cement at some great prices - $4.50 for 60 lbs. And $6 for 90 lbs.! This is a good sized and safe mall that has a Walmart and a Vons and a CVS. It is right off the 5 freeway and a convenient place to shop for about anything.
I really like the shopping center because there are many great places there to shop and eat. But the location and the traffic design here is absolutely horrible. I wish they could redesign the traffic so that they could put an exit road between Walmart and Home Depot so you had another exit to Saturn behind Home Depot. Aside from that, it's a really convenient and great place to shop.
This center is casual, whether it's the Home Depot, Vons, or the Walmart you're going to. But what annoys me the most is the traffic. Usually, it can get crowded, especially during the weekends. That, coupled with limited parking, can be a a real headache. So, there's not much you can do here. And the Coinstar at the Walmart has been gone for two years now. Why? Why did it have to go?
This place is pretty convenient and has almost everything for everyone. Banks,(3 different popular ones), a few places to eat , and Starbucks! The restaurants are pretty good too! Not to mention a Wal-Mart and a Home Depot!! What more can you ask for??? A U-Haul or Postal Annex? They have that too. A great place to find almost everything you need, go see for yourself....you'll see.
After getting run over and in a wheelchair for almost three years this mall still makes me scared to walk from my car especially walmart. Those damn people who witnessed should have come forward. I remember laying on the pavement with people stepping over me without a care. Is this the way human beings treat one another. I would and will help anyone in the same situation or worse.
Southland Plaza is a great place to hang out if you want to check out all the camel toe there, I've never seen so many pair of yoga pants in a shopping center like that, from 13 year olds to 70 year olds they're all wearing yoga pants some of them are just overly too tight where it looks like they're wearing nothing. But the view is terrific I love going there seeing all the toe
The stores here may be a destination for you but be very careful of the homeless or individuals affected by drugs or alcohol. They have a tendency to gather near the doorways and can be very aggressive. They were kind to my wife and daughter and told them to be careful?!? One lady was actually grabbed by the arm but was not followed into CVS. Sad but where else can we/they go?
Great open parking. Several stores and banks. Gas station, Walmart, postal annex, vons and a few food places. I go here when I have to hit several places at a time. Quick and convenient. The down side is getting back out on to the street when leaving. Lacking options to go any direction when leaving. Not the plazas fault but still an issue.
Not a small area. Plenty of parking. Not easily navigated by foot. Pedestrians don't always have the right away in this shopping center like most others. It's really a Vons/Wal-Mart/Home Depot and three different banks. Navy Federal, Bank of America, and Mission Fed credit Union. I only really go here for my bank and Home Depot.
A very busy shopping center where you can find everything you need for you and the family. Big box stores like: Wal Mart and Home Depot. You can do banking here and or visit the Starbucks and grab a hot cafe late. A cool pet store too filled with cute kittens, finch and lizards! IHOP and Boll Weevil is here too for a quick bite.
So here's my opinion. Since Walmart in home Depot are smaller than normal they fall short of having everything I need. The CVS is massive and awesome and lot of fun to shopping. All the stores there do very well in customer service. The big 5 is the best of any big 5 anywhere. Security is good, with roving security guard.
One stop please Home Depot Walmart, you can rent Penske, U-Hauls.. every Bank.. ( Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Navy Federal Bank) place to cut your hair do your nails. My wife likes Sally's and Cold Stone ice cream the whole night yards place to stop and grab everything. And the best part lots of parking
It's a good Restaurant, hear in Chula Vista very good Mexican,American food they have a good Breakfast, lunches, and good food they have a very nice Atmosphere parking lot for Disabily people nice music Very Clean Place nice people Near to the bus stop, Moss and 3rd Ave,Chula Vista Ca ......!!
Visited home depot to try and buy some fake grass. But man .100 dollars for a small roll. Thats almost as bad as when i went to auto zone and asked if they could make a copy of my car key. The guy said because ut had a small chip it would be 98.99 dollars..thats bad. Just like the grass.
Stopped really quick cause I had to relieve myself and because the few places I requested the use of facilities said, "no" I ended up having to pee in a bush...in front of God and everybody. Don't mind God seeing because He sees everytime, oh and everything! But da peepulz...
Traffic all over the parking lot. Feels like you are driving in Tijuana m exico. no one stops at stop signs. Speed through speed bumps and most drivers are uninsured coming to shop from south of the border. If you get into a fender bender most likely it will be a hit and run.
Always getting what I need when I need it at Home Depot! Service is always great. If you need anything find anyone wearing orange! Or be like Instagram and go to lumber and ask one of the men there they will point you in the right direction... Just kidding …
This shopping center is very close to home, which makes it very convenient! I believe there are 4 banks there. A CVS, Walmart, Vons, Home Depot, Payless shoes, etc. A few restaurants, Cold Stone ice cream. Plenty of parking. It's right off the Palm exit off of freeway 5.
Many different businesses in this industrial park that has a large variety of different types of stories from concrete to rocks. Several different grocery stores and discount storage. You can get anything you want at this industrial park or very close to your location.
A great place to shop. Has several major bank facilities within this Shopping District. Numerous stores to shop at. With a vast number od eateries in case you get hungry after a day of shopping. Plenty of parking available even during the major holiday buying days.
Nothing but trouble. They took over My home loan , They dont help , They would rather foreclose on you. For about 3 years I was struggling months in 2014 to 2016 so in October sold my house because , I didnt trust Wells Fargo. Sad because I wanted to keep it .
Awsome place clean and well kept always super respectful employees mainly empty during mid day and mid morning but afternoon gets crazy expect to do around 10 min of waiting in you're car hust to leave the plaza its located at. The traffic sucks their !!
The place was well kept the main place we visited wad giant king pizza which was amazing and the meiho sushi which was some of the freshest sushi i have tasted. If i lived near here i would definitely visit the whole shopping center nive variety of shops
Nothing too special but does have aloy of clutch stores like home Depot, Walmart, big 5 sports, grocery, cvs, plus banks and smaller shops.. there is a place by grocery store and smoke shop that has excellent PHO and I especially like the pork sandwich.
Excellent shopping center that has a bit of everything. My doctor's office is located at the shopping center so it's great that when I'm finished I can go to Walmart or pop into starbucks for a coffee afterwards. CVS is also in the plaza and Home Depot.
Very typical plaza. Parking is usually available. Getting out of the plaza is another story. Super long lights snd few lanes leading back to the main roads. Small Walmart, very pleasent Well Fargo, very unpleasant Vons grocery, and great Home Depot.
Nice shopping center with the name brand stores like Home Depot, Walmart, Starbucks and Vons. There’s enough parking but there is a line of cars in and out. Everyone was courteous while I was there, letting you in line and stopping for pedestrians.
This is a small but satisfying little shopping center. It has all the stores one needs to get all your shopping done as well. The traffic can get a little irritating at times but nothing any better or worse than anywhere else in San Diego County.
Only having one side for entrance & exit is not ideal. In an emergency, it would be chaos to exit quickly. During busy times, it takes a long time to exit the parking lot. I do like the fact that there are several banks, stores & places to eat.
This a great shooping center there's a walamart. Homedepot.vons .bank of america . wells fargo . cold stone. Game stop . cvs . starbucks. They only issue is when you try getting off the shoping center its only 2 exits and alot of traffic
Definitely a fun place clean atmosphere up to date with the covid-19 situation and certain machines are not home others are of course it's because of the social distancing issue that other than that have a great time there all the time
Meh, just a shopping center, not that great. I don't know if it's because it's IB or what but I was not that impressed, it was normal, not great. I guess if I want great I needed to go to OC where the make are made of money though.
This plaza has a variety of establishments like Starbucks, a well stocked Vons, a small Walmart, a few banks, Homedepot, a nail salon, IHOP, pet supply store, etc Parking is manageable and the freeway is parallel to the plaza
Great pho restaurant inside, a cold stone, walmart, home depot, vons, etc. It has a little bit of everything. The street is always busy, with very long stoplights, but if you have a specific shopping need, this is a good appt
Always crowded no matter the time, day, or night. It's best to park away from all vehicles. People always park close to other vehicles. If you can simply avoid the area, it gets congested. It's not worth the headache.
Great location near Mexican border for quick shopping trip. Has most of your favorite stores nearby, as well as Banks, mechanics, restaurants, etc. Perfect for dashing across the border for shopping in the U.S.
This is not a mall, its a shopping center with a Home Depot, Wallmart, CVS, VONS, 2 banks, a Credit Union, an IB Hair Lounge (barber & beauty shop) several restaurants (Vietnam, iHop, etc.) & plenty of parking.
Home Depot, CVS, Vons and Walmart conveniently located. Youve also got a Bank of America, Wells Fargo and a Mission Federal Credit Union. Starbucks is always busy and theres usually a bum or two hanging around.
Walmart ,home Depot ,Vons, bank of America financial center. Pet market ,Big 5 sporting goods.all in one humongous parking structure/enclosure .one traffic light off the south I -5 freeway exit palm Ave. .
Not A lot going on in this Plaza. They have a CVS , Wal-Mart, Home depot, Starbucks, Sally beauty, Big5, Taco shop BofA , and I think some kind of IHOP or something like that.... And some other shops
It's convenient, with four banks, Vons, Walmart, CVS, Starbucks, and Home Depot, as well as indy little businesses like a Vietnamese restaurant and a pet supply shop. It's just not very attractive.
When I went I only went to the bank so I didn't go into any of the stores along with the fact it was late when I went but the whole area was nice and there was plenty of lighting so it felt safe.
I buy me brew there all the time serg and the staff are really nice if you dont find what you looking for the will order it , but they have a big selection of beers and hard liquor love that spot
Pretty much everything a petson would need in a plaza. Hope depot, walmart, cvs, gamestop, coldstone, at least 3 places to eat and a starbucks. Not much more you can ask for in a shopping plaza
Okay so as you can see from the picture, I burnt a hole in my do-rag while waiting in the parking lot. Not cool. I will consider visiting again but not with any sort of fashionable headwear.
Have a Walmart, Home Depot, a place to get my nails done, a Starbucks, BofA, Sally Beauty Supply, a pet store and, they're across the street from a 99 Cents store! What more is there???
Right of I-5. Has a Home Depot, Walmart, Vons, several banks and you pass a 99 Cent Only Store at the corner. For me this is a one stop shop for most of my needs. Parking is plentiful.
Great Plaza, plenty of parking, large retailers such as Home Depot, Walmart, Von's, CVS, Ihop, Starbucks, Big 5, including other retailers and restaurants providing goods and services.
Traffic is awful in this area, but it's the nearest Vons, Big 5, Mission Fed and Home Depot. The Walmart closes early. BofA has two drive-thru ATMs and is open till 2 pm on Saturday.
I don't really like going here, I go if I have to, they have a good variety of stores but I hate it gets very difficult to get parking. There's always traffic inside the parking lot.
The security at wells fargo is so nice and friendly such a nice wonderful lady ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ the staff in wells fargo are not store or bank friendly. They are always moody and rude
Go to for everything essential in IB. You got the two main grocery stores in the town (grocery outlet does not count). Walmart and Vons, with a CVS and plenty of places to eat.
You can usually find what you need, I mainly visit for the bank and Walmart, Gamestop has great service here, all in all this shopping center has a bit of everything essential.
Parking was busy but plentiful at 12:45pm. Not an in-and-out-quick situation but there's a lot of shops here so it's a one stop. One star off for ease of exit and navigation.
The intersection getting in and out of here is terrible. It's a busy shopping center. Navy federal at this location is the busiest in San Diego I think always long lines.
I visited the laundry mat and frequently visited Pancho Villas Mercado. The parking lot can be hectic but there's plenty of parking space. I will be visiting again soon.
Got it ALL here,...bank, Home Depot, Walmart, Vons and plenty of smaller businesses. 99Cent Store just across the street also. One stop shopping for typical needs …
We were first to arrive but not first to be served. Waited for our food - party of three! Asked for bacon on the side. Was given a plate with 2 pieces, nothing else.
I like the mini shopping complex with groceries, banks, physical therapy, STARBUCKS, CVS, HOME DEPOT, Dry Cleaner, et al. Deserving for me to rate 5+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ …
Good selection of stores and plenty of parking available. Get into the location is a pain. If you don't go early you'll have to deal with all the afternoon traffic.
I am impressed by the staff that cleans up the parking lot/trash early in the morning. These guys work hard and it shows that this place is pretty clean! Keep it up
I have never had a bad experience at any of the home depot places. I have been shopping at the home depot for at least 35 years. Always reliable and great prices
It has some good anchor stores....Vons, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Postal Annex, and a good variety of other food and non food stores. Good location off the 5 south
Easy to find. Traffic can be rough depending on what time of day. And exiting can be difficult at peak times. Over all excellent layout and plenty of parking.
Nice just lots of homeless ppl asking for food and money also very busy traffic but overall I’ve been coming here for my whole life to shop so ofc I love it
Only one traffic artery into the shopping center. Parking lot traffic is atrocious. Good selection of stores from groceries to self improvement and Walmart.
The shopping center has all the stores that I like, the only thing is getting in and out of the parking lot midday. I suggest early morning or late evening
The Wal-Mart there is super tiny...but I gotta say that the people working there were probably the nicest Walmart workers I've ever experienced …
Decent shopping center--Von's, Home Depot, Walmart, CVS, banks, Big 5. Good pho place too. There's always parking, and a quick walk to the trolley.
They need to fix their lanes coming in and out. Always a mess. There is a good selection of stores. Walmart, Vons, Big 5, CVS, Starbucks, etc.
Bank of America friendly security man, Walmart, Von's and Sally's. Everyone is always welcoming with a friendly smile. Great service. Maribel
Poor selection, horrible traffic control(potential traffic/safety hazard), Health Hazzard. Food vendors not practicing safety food handling.
Great. There are several banks including a navy fed which is perfect for me. A Walmart, vons, home depot and lots of restaurants and shops.
They need to make driving access easier, there is only two driveways in, and there's almost always traffic getting in and out as a result.
It was pretty good the only bad thing was there is NO produce. Unless I'm thinking of a different one. I'll say at least 3.5 stars …
Great plaza everything you need in one area From Walmart to home depot 3 bank branches ice cream place starbucks and Ihop restaurant.
This place has a lot of good stuff and banks too. Home depot, Walmart, Grocery store, IHOP (the bad service one I spoke of earlier)
Very good plaza very good prices to my opinion the best prices in San Diego county there about 50 brand store from nike to livis
It is a place with a lot of history, unfortunately it looks very abandoned, but the stores that it has still make people go
The parking lot is always a mess here so many people with little to no patients...... Just drive slow it will be fine....
Decent area with different banks, a Walmart, Home Depot, a Big 5, and a few other places to check on if the need arises.
Boll Weevil burgers still have Great food. Service not so great. We still would go for their Cheeseburger and fries
What can I say? It is McDonald's. Over priced hamburger. Great fries automated service kiosks with minimal staff.
Bought new sneakers at Big Five. Employee was very nice to me. I will continue buying my sneakers at this store.
Has a number of stores as well as ample parking. This shopping center also has like 5 different banking atms.
I went for See's Candy. It is crowded when some holiday approaches, but normally is not so bad. Same still.
Not much here. Pho is good. Walmart is a necessity theses days. Last boll weevil I know of in South bay.
Good for watching people. Or going to grab something closer to home but not absolutely out of the way.
Wells fargo worst customers service HORRIBLE dont know how people stand it. I close my account there
This is a very convenient place. There's a Walmart, a Best buy, bank and Subway and Chinese food.
Just a lot of homeless bugging people. Cops should take more control there. A lot of shoplifting
It is ok Walmart and Home Depot few other store go every now and then when I am close by .
I like this story very convenient they have good chicken meals customer service is great..
Good center... It would be nice to have a bench to sit in while waiting for my ride.
I've been buying tires for a long time, and this people always do a great job …
Always pleased. Plants tools accesories for homes. I find all the needs for my home
