First off let me start by saying I'm the type of person that has nothing but respect for police officers, and all emergency response person's. So it really saddens me to write a negative review. I've lived all over our country, and never have I seen such a horrible, unresponsive, unhelpful emergency response organization as I have in Seattle (Southwest) as it is here. Most the time they are MIA during the most critical times (peak hours) and always have a lame excuse why they aren't there. Then like tonight when you try to report (not even peak hours/day) they don't even pick up the phone. Glad it's just noise complaint I was trying to make. I really believe they need to get some serious training help for response, and action taken. Seriously I've lived in other major cities, and it's night and day difference. It's sad,it's like they are just hiding or something. If it's lack of support I've spoken to several people in near by blocks, and we all find it a shame. We want to support you SW police department, but we can't hold your hand (support) if you're not willing to show up and try. We support you, and respect you! But you're losing that daily by not even trying.

They told me today they won’t send an officer to retrieve my stolen AirPods. I have to go get them back myself. They can park a couple blocks away on standby but they CANNOT retrieve my stolen property even though they have tracking and I can tell them exactly where they are. What’s the point of having a police department??? The average salary for a seattle police officer is 100,000 a year. I wish I got paid that much to be useless

This is the second time now that someone(my brother)has used my information after getting caught shoplifting. You would think that technology nowadays would benefit to properly identify someone rather than take their word for it. I mean cmon now really? Now i have to go through all these hoops just to get my name cleared and still the charges remain on my record. What a messed up system we have. Its embarrassing

Southwest Precinct - Seattle Police Department is awesome the Seattle police are way cool . I helped get this place started working here when it started doing the underground utility's & ground breaking now looking at it when it's done it makes me very happy to have worked there . I called the police while I was at work and a woman was being belligerent and threatening to break my windows, pounding on the glass and yelling threats. The police NEVER came! I waited 30 minutes and finally had to flee!

When headed to jail This is the precinct to go through. The holding tanks are clean and the officers friendly, level headed and dutiful.

Impossible to get anyone to come out unless you call 911.
