Worst experience felt ever! The lady at counter don't know how to deal with customer and very rude. today i went there to exchange a shoes of size 4 for 3, which i bought last week at Parramatta store in an offer. where i clearly told i want size 3 and they told me they'll get me in one week, as said i went today n they are still sort of that size so they told me to go to Burwood n called to that store to keep that size for me. But when i reached i was shocked because the lady at Burwood told me u need to add $30 for size as there is not any offer today. i tried to explain her but she just don't care at all. How can a customer know about one week back offer when the staff themselves are unaware about it?

If you ask for help you will be asked to leave specially if you belong to a non English background which is pretty disrespectful…take your money elsewhere

Weird that a huge flux of people on the same day had a lot negative to say about the customer service, because I've never had a problem! Everyone is super polite, keeps the store looking very neat and professional, and I've been very comfortable from the shoes I own from this outlet. I'm not usually a local, but always stop in here when visiting my Sydney pals for the awesome service and value for money they provide.

Never visit this store, they are the biggest racist in Australia. If the company really cares for their reputation they should see the store video 2:50pm 15th july. both the people in the store were contantly laughing and behaving rude and we were asked to leave just because they started commenting on us and we asked why is that. Company should take an action if they really care for their customers

I dont even want to give even 1 star . The lady at service today was very rude . I even searched for manager to complain about her . We said excuse me and she Rudely said us that u are so rude . Excuse me girl ! You are the most rudest customer service girl ever met . Even I work in same field. Learn about your work and how to deal customers . And yes I even said sorry which wasnt even worth.

No even bothered to help us out in finding the sizes and the duo was having their own friendly conversations. This brand really needs to get their staff trained. They needs to understand they are representing a brand.

The staff here are attentive , caring and ever so friendly! They made my family feel good about which shoes that we were getting would be the right ones and boy were they right! The store manager swayn went above and beyond to deck out the whole family! Thank you thank you thank you. Highly recommend going here for shoes for any occasion!

Friendly Indian lady staff, I got the shoes that I want in 20mins. Firstly, showed the staff for the shoes picture that I am looking for, tried the shoes to make sure the size is ok. Then. I placed the order online to get 30% off for black Friday discount, click and collect in 10mins after the payment.

Good customer service and pleasant staff, helped me find runners that don't squeeze or hurt my feet. dunno who tf the one star folks talked to but they seem like bots or sock puppet accounts
