It's alright if you're shoe size is somewhere between a 6 or a 9 womens; sometimes even size 10 has average stock. But only a limited amount styles and selections are available for size 11+ (and I dont think that the womens sizes even go past 11). There are even less choices for Men's shoes, and the bigger sizes tend to sell out really quickly too. Staff are polite and friendly though; always help if you are asking for a specific size or style of shoe.

I went many times to the shop at West Lakes , they have so bad customer service. no greeting, no asking for assistance, and they grumpy all the time. Last time I went there were a woman with her kids trying shoes, the sales women said to her colleague "some parents don't know how to raise kids". That was my last vist to their shop ever

Average range of footwear, limited range in the larger size for women's shoes. Staff are helpful, prices are cheap.
