Well I think my tooth be cut a bit short after filling can feel a gap. But it's much better than last dental clinic Which keep calling you back. So three stars. Better than last one cos last clinic the filling fell off at night. How hilarious haha. The missing stars is THE PRICE. cos the Price is not transparent at all. Reception told me 10 percent off for pensioner concession card and dentist told me cost 255, So it should be 255-25.5 But after dentist talked to receptionist in their own language, it comes they still charged me 255 and told me that's after discount. Also reception said from 130 dollar for filling. Dentist told me cost 60 dollar for checking although I have told her I just need fill the second last one and have checked by other dentist brought my x ray. I am on pensioner card try to find somewhere affordable. Then that's should be 190 dollar. I don't know where the extra 65 comes from. In addition, I had fixed the worst decay tooth in other clinic before Which is not hurt at all but this one is very hurt, the pain last for couple days. I cannot give professional advice about this clinic but from customers view, I will probably continue to try a new clinic. I hope my comment is useful for others.

Very poor dental clinic I would definitely not recommend I was booked in for an appointment they had then changed the appointment time 3 times, I arrived and I did not fill out a pre-admission form ( never have attended this clinic before) I was called in and dentist began to fix my tooth then gave me a temporary filling, she did not show me the results as dentist usually would, I then got the car had a look at it and was not happy as she had overlapped my filling with another tooth. I then went back in and I then was asked to fill out a pre- admission form, she then told me it was my own fault my teeth are broken and damaged and she said that what she has done is normal, then proceeded to blame me for the whole issue. She then refilled the filling and I left. Two days later my filling has cracked and is broken waste of $600- have now attended another dentist to get this fixed and will be proceeding to take this further.

I have now attended this clinic a number of times and will continue to travel there to see Dr Divya. Two wisdom teeth extracted perfectly and with much care and support. An amazing and extremely thorough clean, and today an investigation and advice around another issue. Cannot rate this service highly enough. I feel safe, welcomed and well cared for. Thanks again. Updated to now include a gold crown on my molar. This clinic, with weekend availability and thorough aftercare follow ups is seriously the only dentist in Australia that I have ever been confident in recommending to others and not avoiding to return to. Great tech equipment meant my crown was expertly made and easily fitted. Two weeks from preparation of tooth to fitting of the crown. Calm, kind and exceptionally professional staff. So grateful.

Dr. Swati has been kind and professional right from day one. Her skills technique and professionalism has been excellent as she uses the most modern methods in treating you as a dentist. I had two tooth extraction and it was done with absolute no pain. Also the pricing was very reasonable and not like other dentist that make a hole in your pocket. Likewise Dr. Swati's team are also very friendly and polite either personally or on the phone. I would recommend anyone wanting to do their Dental surgery in Melbourne to go to Dr. Swati, even if you have to drive a distance. You would never regret it. I attended Springvale Dental Clinic as it was highly recommended to me, first by my sister and then by my husband. I wasn’t so keen at first as I’ve got my own regular Dentist but they were too busy to take me on when I really needed them and so I decided to try Springvale Dental Clinic and I’ve been most impressed! The staff are very professional and friendly. They always call me to check up on how I’m doing after my procedures. The Dentists have been so thorough, informative and caring. I’ve felt completely comfortable in their most capable hands. I have decided to attend here regularly and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I attended the Springvale clinic when I visited Australia. The dentist who examined me and performed minor procedures was courteous, professional and took time to explain the clinical findings. She showed me multiple photos and gave me sound advice to look after my teeth. The best advice was to use mouthwash after brushing and I have followed this advice religiously. The clinic was furnished to a high standard and all staff, including the receptionist, were excellent. The parking was convenient and the waiting time was minimal. The fees were quite reasonable compared to the fees charged by dentists in the area.

Cannot recommend Dr. Twinkle enough! Just had my first dentist appointment in years and have now found a new confidence in going to the dentist thanks to her. Receptionist was very friendly and thorough with the new patient process as well as her phone manner. Dr. Twinkle made the experience so stressfree and relaxing. She always made sure to test and check all procedures thoroughly whilst talking me through everything before going in with her tools. I felt like I was actually being taken care of and not being ripped off or being sold more treatments than I was looking for.

I highly recommend the team at Springvale Dental and in particular Dr Divia Selva. I am a nervous patient who avoids the dentist at all costs, due to the outstanding care provided by Dr Selva i feel at ease when attending! The clinic is reasonably priced in comparison to some of the other clinics i have attended and the hours are super convenient given they are open on a Sunday. The only area of improvement is that they need to move the clinic closer to my home to save the 40 minute drive! ( it’s worth the drive though !!)

I went to Springvale Dentist for the first time, the welcoming and the service was brilliant right from the front desk staff, more so Dr Upasna was amazing. Her quality of work was outstanding, the procedure was well explained and I was quite comfortable from day one. I have no doubt to recommend this clinic to anybody for proper dental care. My right down wisdom teeth was removed from here. Thanks the doctors' and nurses' helping. Even though I was really really afraid of doing this, they did their best to help me calm down and relax, for example: kept encouraging me and played the music for me. It was still painful bit it was a good experience anyway. Highly recommended! I did the cleaning for around $150 and tough wisdom teeth removal for $450.(no Madicare) You can do the afterpay or other payment here. Thanks again.

I had pain in my teeth and gums so I decided to find a Dentist near me to get a check up and very glad I picked this one! first time here and staff were very friendly and accommodating. I get anxious visiting dental clinics but Dr. Upasna and the receptionist Hannah made the whole experience very comfortable for me, they were both super helpful with the process and explained everything I needed to know during and after my examination. Would def recommend Springvale Dental Clinic. Dr Swati and her team are very professional and accommodating. They managed to give me emergency surgical wisdom tooth extraction appointment for my severe pain. Was anxious re process but Dr Swati and nurse walked me through entire process. Recovery was pain free, no swelling or complications. Really happy with the service. Also, Hannah the receptionist very helpful and friendly, replies to email immediately.

My dentist Dr Twinkle did a wonderful job straightening my teeth with Invisalign. She is knowledgeable, gentle and took her time to explain the process and what to expect. The experience from the start was amazing and straightforward. The staff in this clinic are very helpful and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for someone to look after their dental health. Thanks again!

Wow, just amazing! I had Dr Swati, I’m so sorry if I spelt it wrong but what an amazing dentist! She was so helpful and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. She talked me through the whole procedure (removing wisdom tooth) and made sure to make me feel safe. I highly recommend this place as they’re so helpful and know what they’re doing! It was my first time here as well ❤️☺️

I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years plus for the reason of feeling very uncomfortable and didn’t enjoy the procedures, Dr Patel was so amazing in explain the process of what I was going to go through and really made my dentist experience very comfortable! I got a root canal and some filling as well as a clean! Every one there is so nice and welcoming!

I had done my horizontal wisdom teeth removal with Dr Swati yesterday, and she does it very excellent. Incredible experience. I was anxious about a sensitive procedure and Dr. Swati was patient, explained everything fully and made sure I felt comfortable all throughout it. Dental treatments can get quite expensive, but the staff were very approachable, considerate and helpful!
