Today my daughter whom is 15 lost her miki and was trying to get a replacement. This old man at the window was serving us was extremely rude and arrogant!!! Aussie appearance. Told us to wait , for 5 mins before serving us! He was very unpleasant when he finally serving us. He didn’t turn his speaker on while he was speaking to us. He could not hear my 15 yrs old talking to him , so I help to speak on her behalf, he rudely told me to zip. I told him we can’t hear him!!! Again and again!!! Accusing me of yelling. I was not, only I tried to speak louder so he can here!!! As he kept asking the same Questions!! Frustrating really!! Then he asked my daughter if she has her student ID WITH HER . She couldn’t hear him as the speaker was still off. My 15 yrs old has an anxiety disorder, she was scared and nervously to speak up, so I tried to help get words out on her behalf. But this MEAN guy wouldn’t allow me. He kept asking the same question again and again! It’s so frustrating as he won’t listen to me that I need to help daughter with her speech. This incident happened today 23/3/22 at 11:53 am. I wish to report on this person so he will not treat others THE SAME WAY HE TREATED with my daughterS problem this way. My daughter now will not stop crying with the was anxiety. This experience today has Made a big impact on my daughter .

Springvale.... Little Chinese town.... When you cane out from train station...or from your car first thing first cut your attention is population are 75% more asian and sing of shops write in Chinese,Vietnamese,or some of them maybe Malaysian or bermis .... In some shop's even you can't communicate with English untill they call someone know English to be translator... You can find good asian restaurant best Buble tea in Victoria must serve in Springville.... It's got one of the biggest temples is Australia's but it's burnt in very suspicious matter. But even particularly burnt temple is amazing and picture worthy. Have 3 more temple ... The Chinese town enterance sing is something you must have a picture there... If i don't mention illegal activities in the unfamiliar place normally visitors or tourist not gonna go there is no other flow... Reaching biggest brant and shops accessible by freeway and tollway... Totally visiting Springvale is positive

Springvale is a city with a train station. There are many shops to the south and a few to the north. All kinds of shops from bakeries to Chinese restraints, from pharmacies to massages and convenience stores. Its somewhere I wish I could afford to live.

This train station was upgraded a few years back and now includes a premium station, level crossing removal and it was above ground, but now it is slightly below ground. I enjoy waiting for a variety of trains here as there are trains that

Wish the police would do something about the idiot who is constantly stopping traffic and walking in front of cars at this intersection harassing drivers and begging for money with an empty 7-eleven coffee cup

It’s a really good station safe and always controlled by train offices but the bathrooms do not have lots of work and I don’t feel safe going to the bathroom there and somtimes I really need to go

It’s a train station with plenty of protection from the elements, and overall a nice place. It does everything it should. Can be a bit dirty at times and rubbish on the ground.

Very convenient. Springvale Station is one of the stations I stop at most to go shopping and to the city. There's also a bus stop which has all the important bus routes.

UPDATE 24/01/2023........ DISGUSTING When are PTV going to do something about the toilets at this station? They are truly DISRACEFUL, and actually extremely DANGEROUS!

Great and clean underground station with officers guarding at the front of the entrance. Very modern station and great place for trainspotting Metro and V/Line trains!

Extremely rude asian chinese-look staff at the counter. Not helpful at all and kept saying I dont know when asked him about myki card problem. Very rude man!

The station is not too bad, though you will most often find a wild puke on the ground somewhere on weekends. The toilets are horrible. Please clean them...

The station lady in night shift is very rude to everyone. She does not have any work other than interfering in other's people.
