6/28/22-What a great, brand new shop. Excellent, quick and efficient service. Delicious drinks were served up as well as a tasty lemon cake. The shop takes Starbucks app pay and mobile orders, making it really convenient! Stop in if you’re at Mayo. Also, there is AMPLE seating! There’s so much room to get comfortable if you’d like to enjoy your order. My wife says she was really impressed by its size and cleanliness. Kudos! Thanks! I loved my sweat cream nitro, which oddly is hard to find nowadays. 6/28/22-UPDATE: what a difference one day makes! So, my wife and I had such a good experience, we came back for coffee the next morning about 7 a.m. after my 6:30 a.m. blood tests (ugh). They were overwhelmed and had a big line. So we thought we would be smart and make a “mobile order” big mistake. We waited about 12 minutes and I decided to get up and inquire what was going on. They LOST our order. I had to show it to them twice on my phone. And even as they stared at my phone, they were highly confused. The sad thing was ultimately our order was sitting there with the other stickers so they just didn’t bother to look at the mobile order machine. That’s really sad. So they clearly have a very busy morning crowd why can’t they get with the program? So this place is hit or miss depending on the day and how are you go. Keep that in mind if you have an appointment!

Went today and today, I had enough. I ordered a venti drink but the young lady decided she wanted to ring me up for what she wanted me to have! This happens so much and usually i just let it go but today I'm upset because how do you keep doing this! I clearly and loudly said venti. If you turn the music down then maybe staff will be able to hear. There wasnt anyone else in therr so it wasnt a rush. One of the ladies said she could ring me back up for the size i originally wanted and i said no because you should have gotten it right the first time instead if having to charge my card twice. I wish i wouldnt have left a tip. I threw the drink and food away because they ruined my whole appetite. I already have to order drinks that come with oatmilk because for the longest they kept giving me whole milk even though i requested oatmilk because whole milk has horrible side effects for me. But now we cant even get a simple size right on the order. Im going back to Ellianos because they are better anyway.

I have never encountered an establishment that just refuses to take responsibility. I have have to get my drink remade probably 7 out of 10 times when ordering from this specific location. Every time I have spoken with a manager the response is “it was a new person” “we’re training” it’s not an excuse! It is so simple to take the time to read the label you slapped on the side of my cup and follow directions. It is not this complicated if you just READ! My suggestion to anybody wanting coffee at mayo? Go somewhere else. They have competent, friendly baristas and make a mean latte! It’s really a shame that this specific location is so terrible. I have tried and tried with chance after chance and I can no longer spend money with them while they offer nothing but excuses after their mistakes. Pictured is my coffee with milk when milk wasn’t even asked for because when I do ask for a light splash I get an entire cup full.

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks location! The manager is the best! The staff are always friendly and greet me every time I walk in. My order is perfect almost every time. And if it isn't right, they fix it with no issues. I've been to several locations and this one takes the cake! Pun intended.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town! I come here every morning during the weekdays. The staff are always friendly and are able to process the orders very quickly during peak hours and on days where they may be short staffed. The drinks are well made!

I stopped at this facility 3 times since they have opened (Mayo Clinic). The coffee is horrible. I frequent four different Starbucks in my area, and they are consistent and good. The coffee at this facility is too hot and tastes terrible.

The only thing positive about this Starbucks is solely the fact that it’s here. By far the worst service and coffee I’ve ever had. I didn’t even want a remake it was so bad. These 4 star reviews must be paid, cause there is noooo way.

Asked for low ice then they gave a half cup of the drink!! Refused to change it. I should have asked for a refund!!

Love this Starbucks, even though it’s busy the staff always treats has a smile on their faces and greets everyone at the door and gets food and drinks out in a timely manner! Will definitely be back!

5 people were working 2 people waiting in line; it took 20 minutes to get a coffee and they gave me the wrong coffee ‍♀️
