Terrible manager Kent. I've been getting the same exact drink for years . I came to this location the most of all the locations I go to. the girl tried charging me for an iced cappuccino the price of a latte which was over a dollar more. Then the manager was rude, incompetent and said the reason why it's more is because they use cold foam. I said exactly. That's what is used in an iced cappuccino. So I asked now why are you charging me a dollar more then he said the prices went up. Then it took him about 15minutes to get me the store number when I asked for the corporate number. The store number he should have known off the top of his head and he had to look it up which took him 15 minutes. every time I tried to talk to him he ignored me. I have never in all the years been going to Starbucks had such ignorant ,incompetent, unknowledgeable Starbucks staff. especially on the managers end. will never go to this location again

Got there today to get a simple KID hot cocoa and my first chesnut praline of the season. I was excited bc it one of my favorite drinks. Asked my special needs daughter to tell the cashier what she wants. She's 9, verbally challenged. The cashier just starred at her, blank face. I thought ok, She's not familiar with special needs people, cool. I ordered for both of us. They handed me my daughter's hot cocoa and something strongly told me to taste it before handing to my daughter and OMG! IT WAS BURNING HOT WATERY COCOA. I asked the barista to add a little ice in it as it was way too hot for a child. She dumped a bunch of the drink then proceeded to dump ice it in to where now it was just cold watery. My chestnut praline tasted bitter and watery. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO MAKE KIDS BEVERAGES WARM NOT BURNING HOT. I would've been PISSED if my daughter got burnt the way I did. Never again at that location EVER!

I don't know what's up with Starbucks lately, but the employees act like they don't what they are doing. I LOVE Starbucks coconut mocha, java chip, and white chocolate mocha fraps, but when I try to order any of them they are like WE'VE NEVER HEARD OF THOSE DRINKS DO YOU MEAN SOMETHING ELSE? what?!? Um I'm not crazy I have ordered these drinks before. And then last time I went they magically knew what a java chip frap was. IT'S EITHER ON YOUR MENU OR NOT GET ORGANIZED. I think it's just they don't train the employees well. I don't know... I like Starbucks but this one just messes up orders waaaayyy too much for my liking. Will I go here again? Yes probably because it's so so so close to my house and coffee is life. So I really hope they get it together and stop giving me wrong drinks.

I go here often but that doesn't mean I like it that much. First of all, it is the most obscure Starbucks you've ever seen. It is near a major intersection, Lake Mead and Rampart but it sits about 50 meters south of Lake Mead from which it is difficult to see the sign. Approaching from the south on Rampart it can be seen but how to get there is another question. You have to enter the Bank of America lot then wind around a maze till you get there. Same for entering from Lake Mead. Then for me, the vibes are generally not that good with with loud, pontificating customers trying to out-shout one another. You have to know this place. For the casual driver looking for a cuppa coffee, you'll never see this place

Wow, talk about "the moment, made right"! It was barely 7AM and the entire staff was smiling and happy. Mellow indie rock was the soundtrack, there was only lady in front of me so I had time to look around the store and witness the awesome wisdom handprinted on the message board (photo below). My iced green tea appeared quickly, and again the staff was genuinely happy. They clearly work well together. I hope Starbucks corporate sees this and visits store #8718 to give major kudos to everyone there. (And no, I don't know anyone who works at this location. My review is 100% based on my objective experience!)

Just came in to get a quick drink and the drive thru line was full. Store was dirty inside and had lots of flies flying around inside. Waited 30 minutes to get my drink and asked twice for what happened to my order. Staff couldn't find it and finally found it with the drive thru person and tried to give it to me after sitting on the counter forever. Definitely recommend going somewhere else. Surprised their health grade is an A.

Went this morning to get coffee and unfortunately had a miscommunication with the partner on front about my drink and it was made with too many pumps. The barista on lobby and mobile order bar was AMAZING and definitely took to heart what it means to make the moment right. I didn't catch her name, but she had a mask with blue and white stripes and a small heart. She deserves to be showered in accolades! A bright spot in an otherwise somber area!

Sometimes no team to backup other when taking orders.. Customer before me ordered 18 drinks, other team member on the floor not assigned to the register refused to help take orders from other customers but stood there not initiating any help... Great Baristas but often seem when working during busy moments not support... Doesnt happen often but enough to find other location My stars represent the Baristas who are always team supporters....

The best Starbucks in Las Vegas as far as the friendliest worker bees goes. Most Starbucks in this city have employees that are way to into themselves. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Especially if you happen to be a senior.. They better understand that will be them one day. Unless Our POTUS gets re-elected. Then all of America needs to be prepared for the WORST. Please note that what I have said here is MY opinion only!

Only branch of Starbucks I’ve went to that doesn’t know how to make a pumpkin spice latte.... first time I asked for one they had to remake it 3 times, today I went there and they messed up 3 times again and the workers laughed at me and the manager (pretty sure it was the manager) got mad at me... disrespectful service. Again, this is the only Starbucks it’s ever happened to me. Won’t be going back to that Starbucks...

A nice, well kept Store with a ample seating for meetings and a wide selection of merchandise. The staff is super friendly for the high volumes of people they serve each day. Great attention to detail on drinks! If I lived here, this would be my neighborhood Starbucks. As with any drive thru Starbucks, the customers in the cafe are 2nd class citizens so I recommend ordering thru the app so you don’t have to wait long.

Never coming to this one again. They're not personable, dry customer service. I had to ask for a straw, then napkins, since when do I need to ask? You should be asking ME! Our hot coffee cup looked dirty so I asked for another one, the girl gives me a new one with her bare fingers all over it, not practicing Covid 19 safety measures. Do better. Hell no, no tip. Get some training tips from the 215 and Rainbow location.

I went thru the drive thru at 9:21 1/11/2020 am today and order 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. The woman taking my order not only did she have to redo my order twice at the drive-thru when I got to the window it was still wrong. The gentleman working the drive-thru window was extremely pleasant but the young lady that needed to remake my drink had the biggest attitude known to man. Her customer service skills suck.

Very clean and friendly place to visit. I ordered a holiday special which is strawberry and creme frappe. It was well made and very nice. Not too sweet for your day. The people are very nice and the setting space maybe small because it is a coffee shop. Also, parking can be a hassle to find. However, it is a place where you can do a quick meetup but don’t do morning since i can be crowded yet busy.

This store is one of the worst SB store in Vegas. The employee allows bunch of teenagers cut in front of me in a line without saying something. When I bring up, the brushed off. Then conveniently forget about my order and left me wait in the store. Everybody behind me get their order. When I bring this up not even an apology. Like they have the power to punish me for speaking up.

The barista that made my drink today at the Lake Mead & Rampart store was fantastic. I failed to get his name but he was young, had longer hair, we had a conversation about the Verisamo vs regular espresso machines as I purchased my bi-weekly $85 worth of coffee pods. I would like him to know that it was the BEST Frapachino I have had in months. Thank you again !!#

The broken shade makes the comfortable bench seats too hot to sit on. Been broken for a few weeks at least. They also regularly have a guy with his dog inside. The guy will leave for 20+ minutes at a time and leave the dog tied to the table inside. He's there for hours. He's been there the last 2 times I've been there. Probably not going back to this location.

They used coconut milk instead of oat, which is what I asked for. And I'm allergic to coconut. I could taste the difference and I had meticulously checked every other ingredient to ensure there wasn't any form of coconut in it. I had an allergic reaction. This is why it's extremely important to do an order exactly as specified.

Good ol Starbucks. Ubiquitous and omnipresent. Constant as the northern Star. What more needs to be said.? Instead of talking about the coffee, let's just admire the map of the world that shows all the different coffee growing regions. Never seen it before. Every Starbucks should have one of these. I wish I had one. Go see for yourself.

Rude. I realize there is one person working here, but the proper way to handle a busy moment is to acknowledge the customer and say "I'll be right with you..." Then again, I'm not surprised. This is in Summerlin where most of the ppl in this town often turn their noses up at darker complected people.

I ordered a cold drink through its app without any problem. When I walked in to pick up my drink I was asked my name and then my drink was set out for me to take. Yes, it was that fast and easy. And, yes, I was greeted when walking in and thanked when walking out. Very nice and my drink was great.

Never have an unpleasant experience here, baristas always do my drinks nicely even when it's a slightly fussy order. Quality of food and drink is basically what you expect for a Starbucks; obviously if you want a top of the line coffee/pastry try something local and specialized.

A family show that is cute and funny with occasional flashes of serious magic but mostly run of the mill. A brief segment where Teller trims the shadow of a rose in a vase is almost worth the price of admission. It was great to get out and see a show in a really nice theater.

Worst service of any location in the valley. I mobile ordered and went in to pick up. There were 4/5 people working, two of whom made eye contact with me. No one spoke to me, asked my name, or attempted to assist me. Go anywhere else.

I refuse to go to this Starbucks EVER again. They must be incompetent on making drinks correctly. I order a Venti caramel macchiato but instead got a grande and it tasted awful. And this has happened more then once at this location!

There are better locations to visit. This one (on Rampart & Lake Mead) does NOT get your order correct. Forgets to put your espresso shots in your drink but definitely charges you for it. Will not go back. Terrible service

Girlfriend and I met there. My drink was wrong. Her drink and bagel sat at the bar and no one called her up. After a while she went up to the bar. Another man was there looking for his drink too. Both waited Far too long.

Surprisingly they had no Blonde or Pike roasts brewed. Settled for dark roast. Their pastry case was 75 percent empty so you had no idea what the were serving. I was there at 9:45am.
