I was excited to check out this new location in the area, however after my first visit I felt that staff needs to be trained well. I ordered a iced latte, they made my drink and simply just put it on the counter and to the far left I was waiting for my drink for more 10 minutes, they could’ve just called out my name or at least said out loud my drink name and I could’ve come fetch it. But no, they just simply put my drink and it stayed there for over 10 mins. When I asked about my drink they said it’s right there on the counter making me look like a fool…and guess what all this during outside of rush hour. That lady on the counter was just talking to a friend of hers who came in as a customer that time, that means they had enough time to chit chat (and I’m fine with that frankly don’t care what they do) but at least call out the customer’s name or say out loud what drink you’ve put out on the counter.

At first when the opened girls were so kind! Definitely lots to learn with a whole new store. I find staff not as friendly anymore or as other Starbucks as I am addicted to Starbucks and go daily. Also, the drive thru window was made very badly. There’s not even a handle to reach the debt machine. Making it super awkward so I have gone in to get my drink and I wait much longer for my coffee. There was about 5 employees and just myself in the store … took way too long and not even… a friendly little chat while I waited. I am that lonely yes … that I need that morning boost from someone else LOL. Usually when you say thank you to someone… in customer service you would say you’re welcome…. I have worked in the service industry and I appreciate Starbucks I pay for the experience as well. I have hope for kind Starbucks culture in the near future.

Service level at this Starbucks hit the lowest point recently. I was being patient but multiple occurance of poor service is not acceptable. Service is not just talking nicely you need to pay attention to detail. First of all they gave me the hot Americano without properly closing the lid..first sip I took coffee all over my shirt. Few days after I take a grande pike and just took a sip and spit out..coffee was so cold and tasted like made few days ago..moreover drive through experience is terrible. Very slow moving drive through with just one or two cars on the drive through..I don't understand how they dare to ask for tips every time while providing such a bad bad service! Now I have decided not to go to this Starbucks ever again.

We did drive thru, at first the staff was talking nicely but after reaching them on the window, order was too slow and disrespectful staff, we asked for receipt it took as more than 5 minutes waiting and we asked how long do we need to wait to get the receipt, she just said "I'm trying to figure out", not yelling but with loud voice. We ordered frappé the whipped cream didn't even touch the lid and also the whipped cream tasted really bad, I'm almost finished drinking it when I tasted it cause I didn't mixed it with the frappe. My god I can still in my mouth how bad the whipped cream is! . Hopefully I will not get a tummy ache!

I’m usually not one to leave reviews and I’m really happy that finally there’s a starbucks in Cityscape area as I moved here with my family a year ago but this place has not been great for me as they would always get my orders wrong. I don’t do a lot of customizations on my drinks, I would only ask for simple things like lining the cup with mocha sauce, or using oat milk instead of whole milk, or adding pumps of raspberry syrup on my drink but 4 out of 5 they have messed up my orders. I love starbucks and the employees were really nice and I will still keep coming but I hope they step up their game and be more careful next time.

I always go drive through before work or before school in the morning and I usually see this girl her name is Erine (I saw her name tag), every single time she’s there she doesn’t fail to make me smile! She’s so sweet and honestly has the best customer service I’ve ever seen working in retail so many years myself. She always compliments something whether it’s the cover of my steering wheel or my nails and it’s just such a nice start to the morning! Thank you Erine! You’re awesome!!

I was there yesterday (December 28,2023) with my family. The entire place was absolutely covered in fruit flies. As soon as we stepped in they were flying around the cups that are for sale but when we sat down to eat/drink the fruit flies continued to be all over the tables, our drinks and us. What an awful experience after spending $40+ on food and drinks. I’m not sure who runs this location but I have never had this experience at any other Starbucks.

Love going to Starbucks, so when I heard that there is a new one open just around the corner, I had to go and check it out, and so far it's been really nice, the staff as always are greeting everyone when they come in, and the drinks they make are wonderful as well, and food is as just as great as the other locations, so yeah I will be coming back in soon for another quick visit.

Excellent service, I went through the drive thru with my two dogs in the back seat, and of course they knew they were getting a pup cup. With my restless dogs in the back seat it was a bit difficult to order but the girl was very polite and patient with me while ordering, which I greatly appreciate. I got an iced caramel macchiato and an iced matcha latte. Both were good and the pup cups were devoured so I assume also a 10/10

Awesome location! Everyone there is super friendly, but a huge shout out to Erin who usually is working the drive through she is probably the nicest person I have ever met and makes an effort to even just ask how your day is going. She is a rockstar!

I basically bought a caramel Macchiato and guess where it is? Not in my stomach but in the snow. The staff at this location need to learn how to make a drink. I took the drink back and it was worse the second time. Honestly could t be bothered to ask for a Refund, rather not comeback.
