One of my favorite Starbucks locations . Absolutely Amazing staff . Very helpful , friendly and nice . Love the peppermint ice tea . Highly recommend this location !!! Definitely 5 stars . Will definitely be back soon .

I placed an order at this Starbucks at 4:36pm on Saturday 9/23/2023. I asked for a DECAF psl for my wife who cannot have caffeine for medical reasons. And here we are at 5am the next morning because that psl was made with caffeine. I

Best starbux in Jax..hands down. Even if a mistake is made (which is rare to never) they gladly will make it right. The staff is friendly and even know me by name when I enter. Keep blessing us! More
