My daughter has been a gymnast and then a dancer for 11 years and in that time we have been in many dancewear shops. I can say with great confidence that the owner of Starburst operates her store with great integrity and pride. She sells high quality products at great rates and won't sell you footwear that she doesn't believe is good for your feet (as the mom of a dance I assure you there is much to be said for this!). Service is always courteous and helpful. Cute little forested location too!

The owner and staff at Starburst Dancewear are very knowledgeable about dance products for all types & levels and provide terrific customer service. Over the past few years, our local dance group has had to find very specific dance footwear for the group. Starburst delivered a high quality product at competitive price and each dancer was given individual attention to ensure they were fitted properly. We've also been very happy with the figure skating products from the store.

I had the absolute best shoe fitting experience here! I didn’t catch her name but the owner was so kind and caring and treated me like a friend! It is also obvious that she is knowledgeable about fitting pointe shoes because without me even saying anything, she knew which shoe felt best for me! The starbursts they give out is such a cute touch to the experience! Definitely recommend!!

Chris and her team are amazing. They are in the know about everything dance related including what each studio requires so you don't have to waste time and money running around to make sure you find what you need. Prices are competitive, they deliver to studios all around the area. I wish every business was run like this! Thank you Chris, you have saved us on a number of occasions!

Stood in the store for 15 minutes waiting to ask a question while the sales girl was having a lovely conversation with her friend. Was not even acknowledged, no greeting when I walked in, no "I'll be right with you." Nothing. After waiting for 15 minutes I just left. I wish there was a lower rating I could give your place of business.

The customer service at this store is phenomenal! Chris and her team are very knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. Whenever we have dance shoe or dance wear questions Chris is my go to person. Starburst Dancewear has the nicest staff. The owner always ties my daughter's shoes for her after trying on new ballet shoes. The prices are more expensive, yes, but the quality of her products is better than from a big box like Walmart.

Excellent service and really good product knowledge. We were looking for some dance shoes for an upcoming evening out. They were able to find a shoe for my hard to fit foot and even had it customized so that it fits perfectly.
