I was very happy with my visit to Station St Cafe yesterday. It was quite quiet and there wasn't anyone else around and I had a lovely chat with the lady behind the counter who was very friendly and helpful. She took my order and made my coffee quickly and efficiently, all while chatting with me. It was a really tasty cup of take-away coffee and I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism and really fantastic coffee.

Worst coffee (way too hot , very pricy for a small coffee). Also worst customer service. I was waiting for my train and thinking getting a coffee fix. So, I was served first and the there’s a regular customer came after me, seems to know the barista well , what happened is the barista made her coffee first gave it to her, knowing I was not very happy with it, not even saying sorry. Look, a local and small business like this should be operated in a fairly and respectful manner, otherwise it’s hard to survive.

I had a nice cup of thick and creamy mocha made with chocolate syrup and ice cream on a 33-degree hot day. The wait staff was a bit blurred and confused, but the coffee she made was excellent! It's a quiet place and suitable for meetings and calls.

Came in here hungry and the options of food are terrible. There’s like 2 stale muffins in the display and a few toasties that look so old. For someone who is busy in the morning especially, I would fill the display up with fresh ‘breakfast’ options so it appeals to a customer. I’m sure he would be much more busy if he had plenty of options to choose from. Otherwise,Coffee is good and reasonably priced

Way overpriced for a cheap quality coffee from a tacky-looking cafe…The Barista left my coffee on the counter with ‘Your Oat Latte’ and turned around. Brush up on your customer service skills if you're charging me $5.70 for a small coffee. The well-renowned Brunetti’s doesn't even charge that much!!! Nothing worse than the first coffee of the day leaves a bad taste in your mouth...

Came to this place for the first time since I was in a rush and needed to catch the train. The waitress made zero eye contact from the beginning and was extremely blunt the entire experience, was very strange and not what you’d like at a cafe. Hopefully this business is replaced by a new one ASAP, such a good location wasted.

Great location... That's about it. Person who initially served me (barista) was actually nice but then the cook was pretty rude. We asked for our wrap to be cut in half to make it a bit easier to eat takeaway. Heard every excuse under the sun as to why she couldn't do it. It's a wrap not a live bomb, I'll take the risk

Ordered a Cappachino but they made a Latte. When I said that I ordered a Cappachino the Batrista removed the lid and put a tiny amount of chocolate sprinkles on top then gave it back to me. When I questioned it she stated they were the same thing. Will never go there again.

Great place, drinks are even better and the service is so welcoming. Although, if looking for a smoothie as a refresher in the morning they won’t be able to because they are always out of stock.

Personally I find it overpriced and not the best service- other then the Barrista who is fantastic!!!! I was charged $6.70 for a small strong coffee then was told the surrounding cafes are pricier (by the owner behind the counter). I live local and am aware that's not true.

Good little cafe to visit before hopping on a train. Staff always friendly and accommodating to my family and I. Love sitting down the back by the fish tank with my little ones. Coffee is a little more expensive than some other places but I find it worthwhile.

Horrible coffee...went in there for the first time on my way to catch a train...no body and no sweetness to the coffee despite having confirmed sugar to my coffee...was given a coffee I felt not meant for me just because I mentioned about catching the train...

Nothing was too much trouble for this cafe! Requested a special menu item for a planned visit in a few days time. Had never been there before so not regulars. Request was not only met but exceeded all expectations! Coffee was great too. Will return.

Not particularly happy with the customer service. Worker did not acknowledge me after serving a customer before me. He did not ask if i was ready to order and proceeds to serve a woman who had just came in and started having a chat.

Coffee taste terrible. The milks was on the counter who knows how long it been sitting there. Rude lady with glasses needs to learn customer service and was on FB while I was standing there waiting to be served. Save your money.

Great coffee and friendly staff who are always up for a chat. Staff really make you feel welcomed here, this is now my regular cafe every single morning before catching the train to work.

Great place for a quick coffee before getting on a train. Staff are lovely and welcoming, coffee is great and they have yummy food. I’ve made this my regular stop before my daily commute.

Not punctual at all. Such a poor time sense!! Every Saturday they are 40-60 minutes late to open the cafe. Then again the customer service is not Satisfying, needs to be improved.

Came in for a quick breaky. Excellent service, good food, great value. Found my new breakfast place. Thanks girls

The food was good, the staff were nice, and the coffee was drinkable without sugar. The price was a bit more than I expected but hey, work was paying!

Good Location and great service whether you want a quick bite or have a hot beverage also if you want to sit down and a have a chat with friends!

The barista makes good coffee and they have a good range of cakes.

It is a regular meeting place for us to catch up with friends. Staff are friendly and give good service. Coffee is good and food delicious.

I love this Cafe. Beautiful warm & family-oriented service, inviting places to sit and delicious coffee & milkshakes (for the kids).

Cafe is just across watergardens station. Dropped in today to grab a quick coffee and it was ok. Staff is also very friendly.

Great location. Recommend for someone who wants quick coffee. Spacious spaces and their cheese tarts was ok too.

The staff member who served me was a bit vague and I didn't like the music. The juice was good.
