3kva installation with 2 gel batteries was performed. COC was clearly stated as part of the deliverables. Requested to be paid in full as needed the cash. Made full payment but never received the COC. No response to further queries regarding delivering COC. Initial indications were good but this ended as being very unprofessional. Essentially paid for a COC which was a big part of the deliverable. Very unhappy customer as the COC was my main concern when requesting the service. The COC WAS the primary part of the install request as reflected in the payment reference and correspondence. The COC was not on the initial quotation as well which is why I requested explicit correspondence as to make clear that a COC would be provided. I also have communication where Ryan promised to deliver the COC which he then later did not and stopped responding to my requests for COC. Its only since this is in the public domain that I get a new response to say a COC was not part of the deliverables. I would have hoped a decent response where the COC would be provided. These negative reviews are bad for your business which I only do as a last resort as you have stopped responding to my direct correspondence.

An amazing electrician and a team of professional, friendly helpful wonderful people .They were prompt and went out of their way to help us move our board and install an inverter and batteries. They have all the knowledge for solar installation and very fair prices . They were very tidy too . Highly recommend to everyone . We have found an awesome electrician, and won’t use anyone else ever again . We look forward to the next phase of totally getting off the grid. They drove from Cape Town out to the country near villiersdorp. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs .
