A huge thank you to the staff at Stor-Age. To Mark and Stephanie, there are honestly no words that can express the appreciation I have for the service you guys provided. You both were so professional, patient, very understanding to the needs of each customer.. I found myself so stressed out but they were always there to reassure me that everything will be ok and refered a great removal company to me as well. I couldn't believe how easy they made things. I was able to move everything into storage the very next morning. Thank you, Mark and Shephanie .. you guys deserve a big raise because there aren't many people who can attend to customers with such professionalism, great attitudes and pleasant smiles. Very poor was given no details on what to bring e.g I.d or lock when signing up with stor-age.i was not given any paperwork as in a contract to sign,only when I gave in notice on the 15 September I was told to sign a contract first yet I'm not even in the province to do so.everything was done backwards.when calling the branch in Calder road I always ended up speaking to staff from a different branch when finally getting hold of the branch and speaking to the person I was dealing with then his never there and they can't find me on the system im not happy with the service and won't be using stor-age in the future or recommending this company to anybody.hence the reason I gave in notice less than a month of having my stuff in stor-age.

Hi my name is Blake. I have been part of Stor Age since mid May. From the start the staff have been like family. They are willing to help you in everyway. I was meant to only have storage for one month but i feel very welcome and looked after there so i will remain there for as long as i need to. The friendliness and clean enviroment is top of the range. I would gladly recommend Stor Age as a top priority when looked for that extra space. I'm a happy chap. Thank you for all you do. Blake

I visited Storage Berea on Saturday Feb 25th, to be greeted by 3 amazing staff members. Wandile assisted me. Wandile was Helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing customer service. To be honest reception had a very family- like feeling. I would like to add that Storage is the only facility who responded to my urgent requests. Thank you for the service. I would recommend Storage and more specifically storage Berea without question.

I had a unit at Stor-Age Berea for just over a year. The service was impeccable and process from start to finish could not have been easier. All my stuff was kept safe, and in great condition even through a hot, humid summer, the unit stayed cool and dry. Very important when storing your loved items in Durban! Access is safe and easy, with plenty of parking and trolleys to assist with moving goods. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service received from Niven. I sent an enquiry online. Before I knew it Zara phoned me and helped me. I went to Berea branch, Niven gave me excellent advice and guidance. I did not need to look for another quote elsewhere, I made up my mind the sametime. Before I knew it, i had signed up for my unit! What an excellent service! The entire staff is friendly. I really don't know what I would have done without Stor-age Berea, they were absolutely amazing. I found myself in a hopeless situation and nowhere to store my possessions, after only one call to Mark all my problems were solved... I couldn't believe how easy he made things.
