Was a convenient solution but sadly ended on a very negative note. Rands over relationship is the order of the day here. A simply courtesy call or email to remind us to collect our locks would have been far better, than charging us for a further months rent for an empty unit- for this simple oversight. This especially in light of us emailing Christobel to confirm that our notice had been received. This unit that was emptied at least a week before the final due date and a trip to collect the locks post notice date cost us our deposit and Stor-Age any future business from us. I will definitely not be using this service again or recommending them for that matter.

I would like to take this opportunity in highly commending Stor-Age Durban City for an unbelievably professional experience. From my initial calls enquiring about their services, to my first meeting with Charles, who made my traumatic move to Jhb, a lot more bearable !! Thank you Charles and team !! Even when the unfortunate challenge arose with the lift not working on my move day, a plan was put in action so I was never compromised. I can honestly say this company is forward thinking and progressive in its ability to tailor-make the concept of storage. a HUGE thank you to all the guys that helped me - you are AWESOME !!!!!

BE WARNED. Storage is NOT secure. They stole my HISENSE fridge, white LG washing machine 13kg, my woover carpet/ RUG kettle Samsung home theatre they evn took a mop , paintings mirror ,plates list goes on.I EVEN OPENED A POLICE CASE Be warned****.Stortown/Stor-age said they will not compensate me or do something to help ME recover what I lost EVEN AFTER I GAVE THEM PROOF. I suspect the workers Christian and Charles they know something. Case is still being investigated because they have cameras someone must have seen something...

We did get any assistance from the staff except from our client, we struggled to find the unit with our clients furniture and there was no one to help us until we found it by ourselves. I started to see their staff at around 11am but we arrived there by 9am and there was no one at reception to allow us to get in as our client was already inside so we had to wait for him to come and open for us instead of the premises staff members. I'm so disappointed by their behavior...

Disgusting, appalling, unwilling to help don't even store your things here because they steal everything valuable u own. It's not a good service for anyone who has to lose they hard earn money and things down the drain yet they want they money and sit on ur head for it after stealing from u. The star rating is there so that my post is sent. But it's a zero star rating from me Please guys protect ur things and don't support this business what so ever

What began as me planning to put a few things away until I was better due to ill health, turned into six years of a great relationship with Charles and the others at Durban City's Stor-Age. Although back when I started it was still called StoreTown, but it is a fantastic place and well priced and very efficient. I will gladly recommend it to anyone needing storage on a long or short term basis.
