Absolutely the best! Surina was a pleasure to work with in assisting me with renting a storage space. She was able to answer all my questions professionally and with courtesy. I originally went to the competition yesterday, because it was closer to my house and slightly lower in price, but the person running the counter there was impolite and rude. I walked out less than 2 minutes (1 of which was her on a personal call while I stood waiting to be assisted). Not with Surina, greeted me with a smile and pleasant greeting as soon as I entered the office. This young lady is an asset to your company. I worked in customer service for 2.5 years and understand the importance of relationships with customers and potential customers and Surina certainly exemplifies what a customer relations person should be. GREAT JOB!

I've been here for over 4yrs. I just moved out yesterday. Let me tell you, this place has been great and very accommodating. The staff, Joni in particular, has always been friendly and helpful. I have been in at least 4 units in my time here. Transferring to smaller units or larger units has always been a breeze. Security was great for me and I have no complaints on moisture or pests. This place is top notch and I'm happy to say exiting was easy too. Swept it out and let them know I was leaving. That was it. No hassle. I highly recommend them.

I submitted a request to view/ hold a unit late in the evening and received a call promptly the next morning asking if I’d like to come in to view the unit. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and assisted by Joni. She even helped me determine the size of the unit I needed as the one I request was much to large for what I was storing. The process was quick and easy. The facility itself is very nice and safe, however it was the hospitality of the team that manages the facility that made me choose this place to store my goods. Thank you all.

Renting a unit was made so easy. The staff was very responsive upon my inquiry when I contacted them. There is a Storplace just minutes from my home but they didn’t respond as efficiently as the staff at this location did. I decided to drive past the Storplace next to me and rent from the one about 10 miles away. .Ian was kind on the phone and Joni made the process seamless and timely when I arrived in person. Highly recommend this Stor place location.

We are all facing a very scary time with the COVID-19 pandemic. I was so shocked when this company told me they were going to work with me! I have always gotten excellent Service for over six years.. The grounds are kept so nice. I love the one on one friendly service and God bless them for standing by us who suffered with zero income. I highly recommend Rivergate storage for your Storage needs.

Joni and Ian were absolutely the best! This location is clean, secure and convenient. We researched several places before picking StorPlace and couldn’t be happier with our decision. StorPlace of Rivergate was amazing to work with, and Jordan and Joni were an absolute pleasure as they worked with me to get set up with a space as I was moving from another state. The location is easy to access and made me feel that my camper was very secure in their site.

Used this place for a few months and it's been great. Super clean and felt safe the entire time. Big shoutout to Joni, the manager. She's a gem – even brought me water on a scorching move-in day. If you need storage, this is your spot and Joni's got your back!

James and his staff were very helpful and professional during the time I had my truck and trailer parked there. The check in process went very quickly and smoothly. The site was secure and I had no problems with anyone doing anything to my truck and trailer.

Joni has been exceptional! I’ve been on a waiting list and she has kept up with me when things have opened up. Other places have not been as diligent. The facility is clean and well kept and should work great for my company. Joni was fantastic throughout.

StorPlace of Rivergate provided exceptional customer service. I was able to make a reservation and lease online very easily. Lori was great to work with and I would definitely lease elsewhere or at the same StorPlace again if needed in the future.
