Reduced to 1 star for the owner not taking responsibility. Find another place. The Facebook ad for a 2010 Crown Vic Police Interceptor seemed too great. The ad spoke of a "ready to ride" no issues car. A 2-hour drive and reality check showed me it was a car that might just make it home, but it's not ready to ride for long after that. -There was no coolant in the coolant reservoir. Only water, which was low. -Oil was almost black and a quart low. -Trans fluid was strangely red. Healthy fluid in this trans is normally pink. And it was overfilled, it seemed? Nah they added some Lucas trans fix and reset the CEL (2 tests were INC so I know they cleared the codes) and sold the car with a trans that just failed in the first week and it was barely driven once it got home 2 hours away. Fortunately, Streamline had just replaced the transmission with a warrantied salvage yard unit. I was fortunate that I was 2 days away from the warranty expiring. $650 for labor to replace this bad trans that they covered up. -The car pulls hard to the right, weird that wasn't in the ad. "Ready to ride" yeah right into a ditch if the wind hits the car right. -The speakers don't work upon purchase because of snipping wiring from the previous owner's amp. -Under the backseat was filthy. A $60 detail job from a mobile detailer would have gone a long way -The intake clamps were very loose and I could easily remove the intake from the throttle body. -The title was not signed even though the car had been for sale for months. They had to mail it to me a week after I bought the car -The cars are all repo auction junk restored enough to last through a test drive -Exhaust leak, also not in the ad but an obvious defect -Airbag light on -Differential is howling, indicating the gears are poorly lubricated and are worn -David got offended and raised his voice and argued with me about the sloppy work on the car and how many things were overlooked or band-aided. +They were happy to show a Carfax and didn't hide anything about the car's history +I did get new coils and plugs, serp belt, and front brake pads and although the coils are not Motorcraft, they all seem to be working. +Tires are decent +4.6L 2V modular V8 runs smooth and does not show its age Look, they have some cheap cars, but what they're selling is still worth about half list price and you will be disappointed in person by the facility, the inventory, and the service. You might not be so fortunate and have a trans go back or any number of other neglected or covered up defects without a warranty to rescue you. It'll take about $1500 in repairs to really be road-worthy after having the suspension and steering checked for that hard-right pull, replacement transmission, coolant flush, differential service, and exhaust leak fixed. It's not very good value. Notice how the owner gets defensive about objectively bad things, like hiding a vehicle's condition. Driving straight and having coolant are absolute bare-minimum expectations - too high for Tim and Streamline. I'm not a mechanic and neither is your technician who didn't put coolant in the car or secure the intake to the throttle body, my friend. I negotiated $4000 out the door, your list price was $3999 plus made up doc fees which were so graciously waived. Like I said, my $4000 will now be $5500. People should know they might end up with an immovable object on the side of the road and not a "ready to ride" vehicle. Btw trans fluid was checked hot and cold, very vibrant red both times and overfilled. It had a bottle of Lucas trans fix in it and codes cleared, come ooooonnnn

Bought a 2015 Dodge Journey from here back in November. I absolutely love my car. The people who work here are VERY friendly, they will also answer any questions you have for them. Their prices for their vehicles are also VERY affordable. Because of their prices I was actually able to get a vehicle that not only needed but wanted as well. I have not had ANY issues out of my vehicle that I have bought from them. It’s my everyday vehicle too. If I was asked if I would buy another vehicle from here I would tell you yes every single time. Do I try to get my family and friends to go here? Yes, yes I do. The owner himself is also amazing. Timothy and his guys are absolutely amazing they do not leave you in the dark about anything when it comes to the vehicles. Again you CANNOT beat their prices and hospitality, which says a lot considering had all 3 of my kids with me 2 having ADHD and the other a toddler. Yes they was even friendly to my kids. Not once did they complain about my babies but they did interact with them. I have to give them A+++. I WILL be coming back in the future.

Recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Streamline and the transaction went smooth and honest. The price that I was quoted was the price paid, and the dealer took care of everything for this out of state transaction. It looked just like the pictures and was nicely detailed. The vehicle has been running great and reliable on several long distance camping trips with it towing our camper! It is also a daily driver for an hour on the highway, no problems! Tim is quite knowledgeable and suggested a few preventative maintenance ideas, and my husband did follow Tim's advice. This vehicle is such a great value, more than I would expect at that price point. I had a good experience. I drove the 06 Crown Victoria I bought from here home (5hr drive) and it made it though, it did break down on the way it only needed a new coil which I picked up from auto zone and put in myself. The car has worked well so far even though the fuel pump that was supposedly new was bad and I had to get a new one which was expensive. The dealer was very amiable and I don’t regret getting the car here. I only wish he had done the work to replace a few simple things like the coil and spark plugs ( which were in horrible condition). I’d give them 3.5 stars if I could. It's been about six months since my purchase of the car and I'm adding a star to my review. As mentioned, I had some problems with it initially but since then it has run great and I have no regrets.

These guys are dishonest actors selling cars with significant issues. They lied about a part warranty and left out many problems with the vehicle from the ad. The cars are cheap, but you'll pay thousands for repairs soon after purchase. The owner gets upset and defensive about negative feedback instead of trying to empathize with an upset customer. Update: I called just now to speak with the owner with a calm demeanor just to see if there was anything more I could do before seeking the next step and the car salesman/mechanic said I was arguing about nothing because nothing can be fixed, and “good luck getting any help” and refused to transfer me to the owner and hung up on me. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

Tim is very personable and flexible! We were looking for a car and just happened to drive by his business and saw the exact car we were looking for. We stopped in, but nobody was there so we called the number posted all over the place and reached Tim at lunch. He quickly returned to his business and gave me the keys and said to take it for a spin. It was in great shape and at an amazing price. As a mechanic, very familiar with the model I was testing, he told me about all the bells and whistles in the car and pointed out any problems or issues I may encounter. His honesty and attitude were both reasons I will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at a reasonable price!

****You asked my fiance if the car overheated when she came back within 24-48 hours of buying the car when she came to retrieve her other car. That gives us and also my lawyer a STRONG belief that you knew the problem before you sold us the car. It's fine GOD sits high and looks low, especially on con artists like yourself. This guy sucks he sold me a car and specified 1 problem and within 2 weeks the car is overheating everyday. I put coolant and and got oil change and car keeps overheating. He knew there was a problem with the car and didn't specify. Terrible business. Con artist.

Tim called us 15 minutes into our test drive. He said we were taking too long and we had to bring it back or he was calling the police. We brought it back and returned the keys. After we left my girlfriend discovered she had left her wallet in the clunker we were test driving. When we went back the dealership was closed 2 hours before the posted close time. We called Tim and asked him about the wallet. He said we would have 2 call the police to get it back. So after 2 hours the cops were able to find tim and get him to return the wallet.. weird place.

After purchasing a 2010 Volkswagen EOS from Streamline Auto in Jacksonville FL we were pleased with the great customer service we received. After finishing the paperwork we found a hiccup wrong with the car. Our salesman Alex was quick with trying to figure out how to resolve this hiccup. The owner Tim also stepped in and made sure that our experience was well worth the 2 hour trip to purchase from him! These gentlemen went the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. Had a gmc Acadia online for sale. States nothing was wrong with it. Stated the ac blew cold. I speak with them on phone and they said the same thing. I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy this vehicle. I get there and to start the owner could care less I was there. The radio didn’t work the ac didn’t work. Headlight didn’t work. When I opened driver door from inside the handle came off. Windshield had a crack all the way across. There were several issues to be found. This is your local patch job car salesman. Please stay away.

Absolutely incredible guy. Professional, hard working, honest to a fault. I've had my car (2010 Nissan Versa) now for a little over a month. Before I even came to look at the car Tim messaged me to let me know he was changing the air compressor & showed me pictures of both the old & new one. Would give 0 stars if I could. DONT DEAL WITH TIMOTHY!! Test drove a car a few weeks back and the mechanic I spoke with who was there at the time said he could realign the steering wheel so that the check engine light that's on (which he claims is off in the post) will turn off so that I would feel more comfortable selling it. But apparently the owner doesn't care about being polite or honoring a deal.

Liked the service and sales representative very respectful and helpful. Being I knew what I wanted to look at the sales representative brought the car's out to me to check out. I liked what I looked at and left there with 2 vehicles that day. One for me and one for my spouse and she has fell in love with her little Sport Trac. Thank you gentlemen for a pleasant experience.

They will take your $7K and KNOWINGLY sell a car infested with ROACHES!!! Yes-ROACHES!!!! And say it’s no big deal. If one car on this lot has them-they ALL have them! Steer clear of this shady place!

I don’t know why people are getting upset with negative reviews, they are cheap used cars from $500-$2000. If you want something newer that cost alot more money then feel free to go somewhere else but this is a great place to get cheap used cars that are thoroughly looked over. I recommend this place to anyone that asks.
