Worst customer service experience I ahev ever had. Structube does not handle customer issues well. BUYER BEWARE. Read other bad reviews before purchasing from Structube as you will notice a theme. If you have any issue they WILL NOT resolve it for you. Here is my summarized (sorry, I know it's long lol) story... We ordered a sofa Aug 7th to be delivered mid Sep. Called the store in late Sep to be told its been delayed and their system has not updated so it will be a couple extra weeks. Was told this same answer the next two times we called after more delays. When I spoke with a store manager I was told this was a common issue and he deals with many customers with the same complaint. I was advised to contact head office through the website as they could do nothing from the store. I contacted head office and was told to contact the store 9after explaining I was advised from the store to contact head office), then I was told they don't guarantee shipping and when I asked to speak with a manager I was told I was "not approved" because they don't guarantee shipping. I called the store again and am not told there is a strike in the East. Apparently this has been going on for a while but head office informed their stores last week asking them to tell customers (which we were once again, never contacted). The strike may be over soon and I may get my sofa in 5 weeks but they really don't know as again, they can't guarantee shipping. The store also was not able to put me in contact with a head office manager as they don't have two way communication with head office I guess. Shipping issues aside, I have never received such poor customer service nor have I been told so many different stories. Companies make mistakes but what sets good from the bad is how they handle them. Not only is Structube not transparent with this customers they appear to have deep seeded customer service issues.

In short, I would advise that you never order from this store. I placed an order for six dining room chairs on August 15, 2021. I was informed that the chairs were on order and would likely arrive from Montreal before thanksgiving, however I was willing to wait as I am empathetic to the pandemic and difficulty in getting shipments. Furthermore, the sales associate informed me that this order could be "cancelled at anytime, apart from when they were shipped to when they would arrive at their location". However, I received a call several weeks later that the chairs were likely to be here November, weeks later than the original estimation. Again, I was okay to wait. Fast-forward to four months later, not only are the chairs not in, but trying to cancel this order has been incredibly difficult. During a global pandemic, I have been advised that I cannot cancel the order unless I visit one of the locations in-person. I had advised the associate that not only would my husband and myself be spending most of our time up north due to a job relocation, but my husband had a knee surgery and the likelihood that we are able to get to a store is close to 0% (I reiterate that this is during a pandemic when most people are trying to avoid in-person interactions). After several calls and failed attempts (on their end), to cancel said order, I have nothing but negative things to say about this company. Not only has the product not arrived (with no ETA currently given), I cannot cancel my order unless I show up to a showroom (or have someone do so for me, as advised by the store's associates). I can only believe that Structube's business model is one where they sell the consumer their product, upon which they wait until enough orders are placed on said product to manufacture it at wholesale price. Buyer beware.

For our new home, we had been looking for furniture in giant stores such as Ashley, the Bricks, Leons, and Costco. One of our friends told us we must visit a Structube store before buying from elsewhere. She said after an extensive research she had concluded that Structube sold good furniture at a reasonable price. So, we went to one of the locations to checkout. The store is one of six stores at various locations in Calgary. In spite of not being a gigantic one, it had almost everything from contemporary, attractive, sturdy, and modern furniture to decorative items at competitive prices. The salespersons Ash Khan and Shalmali, on two different days, were very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions patiently and in great detail. Both of them demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the products by Structube. They also showed us lots of products on the website and told us that they do not display everything in the store, but we could find a great variety of products on line. We have ordered two mattresses - a king and a queen - and a dining table with a bench and four chairs that will be delivered next month. I will reevaluate after I get the items, but for now, my wife, son, and I are very pleased and satisfied with the price and quality of the products and the excellent customer service that exceeded our expectations.

This is my first time shopping here & it was not a good experience. I walked in and all staff were standing behind the counter. I was so excited to put my order in for the couch I wanted, asked how the ordering works as I need it for a certain date etc.. The girl that helped me completely ruined my mood, looked at me with a blank stare when asking to order the couch, spoke to me in such a condescending tone. The other staff members (bald guy & the manager) stood behind her, not saying anything - (apparently this is nothing new) not helping her/or me & making me super uncomfortable as they just watched me stand there. I don’t know if everyone in the store was in a bad mood or something, but it being my first time ordering furniture, this was a HORRIBLE experience. I most CERTAINLY was discriminated due to my age & they didn’t take me seriously because they asked me to put a certain amount down for my deposit but every other location told me i can put down any amount i’d like. Even at the end when I paid my deposit, she just hands me the receipt and doesnt say a word. go to any other structube, this one is horrendous.

Had been looking for some furniture for a while for a newly developed basement and didn’t really find anything that I liked. Didn’t know about the store or that it was located there, but when we saw it we just decided to browse. Their stuff is fairly unique in style, not just simple cookie cutter pieces you would see in some stores. Found a bookcase, entertainment centre, nesting tables and a picture we liked because they were just different, in a good way. The associate, Daniel, helped us quite a bit and was relaxed, helping us when we needed while giving us space when we just wanted to browse and think. He and the store assistant manager even loaded the furniture into my truck for us. Pretty good selection. The only drawback was that because of Covid and their warehouse apparently being out east I could only get one of the bookcases we wanted, took it off the floor; we had to order the other one and the delivery time is quite long because of the backlog. Normally this would have put me off totally but they were so good with everything else I accepted the wait time.

Service was not from this store but structube deleted my review off the website. Bought a sectional in 2021, Kinsey Blue L Sectional to be specific. One day I heard a pop after sitting. Called them, someone came and claimed he fixed it. There is currently a sink in my couch with the visible spring bursting out below. They are blaming on wear and tear. This happened 6 7 months after purchase. I am the only one that uses the couch and most times I'm at my desk or in my bed. They refuse to do anything to help. Very poor service. It didn't even reach the one year. I'm stuck with an couch I spent so much money on and it is of no use to me currently. To add to this a year later all the firmness seem to have evaporated from the couch. Instire quality feels great. I'm not sure how much damage I could have done to cause this. Poor quality. Very poor after service terrible.

The cost of decent priced furniture is dealing with incompetent & rude staff. I’ve been in there twice to pick up orders in the last month & both times had to deal with a super rude pregnant staff member. I get it, I’m pregnant as well, it’s uncomfortable & you are grouchy, but Atleast pretend you don’t despise the fact you have to assist a customer. The second order I picked up they said was ready, went in to pick it up, the pregnant lady said she would go grab it, came back, said she couldn’t find it cause there was too much stuff back there & that was it, wasn’t willing to look, didn’t ask anyone else for help, just told us too bad. After asking multiple other staff members, they found half of our order, but we are still waiting for them to call us & tell us they found the rest of our order in their mess of a back room.

We went to Structube amongst many other stores in our search for a new couch for our apartment. We took a look at the offerings that other competitors such as IKEA, The Brick, Leon's, and Sofa Land had, but nothing really caught our eye there until we got to Structube. Our sales associate, Akvile, was super helpful from beginning to end. It never felt like she was trying to make a buck off commission, and was really focused on making sure that we were happy with whatever couch we ended up picking, regardless if it was one from Structube or not. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end - we couldn't be happier with our couch! Huge kudos to Akvile for making our first couch buying experience a great one!

Some gems, some terrible quality control, all with an unpredictable and often incredibly long delays. Things I would recommend: their full-grain leather products like the Kinsey series are beautiful and have so far stood up to use. Things I WOULD NOT recommend: anything with a live edge/surface like the Reno or Carmel series. Structube EXCLUDES any cracking from their warranty and these products CRACK LIKE CRAZY in Calgary's low humidity. I would also keep in mind that every order I have placed (3 so far) the delivery time is 1-4 months later than initially quoted. Things do show up eventually, but keep this in mind.

I purchased a few items from Structube and always get assistance loading my car. Well, I went to pick up my order, they load my product on a cart and told me to take it out myself because they are not allow to leave the store for safety reasons. In the meantime another employee was outside assisting another customer loading her car. Guess they pick and choose who they assist. I ended up loading the product myself. I left the store feeling angry, so within 15 mins I returned the product. They just lost me as a customer. I really did not want to give them a star with Google I had to give one.

In the last 14 months I've purchased a lot of items from Structube including bed, sofa, tables, office desk, chairs, lamps, etc. I'm quite satisfied with the quality and creative design.The prices were also very reasonable. At the Signal Hill location in Calgary I received excellent service from a team of friendly and professional staff. I forgot most of the names but one lady by name of Shalmali helped me choose the right product for my bungalow and gave me very professional decoration ideas. She has very good taste. Thank you Structube. I'll be back soon to find out what's new!

After having a not so good experience at another furniture store i found a campairable sectional here at Signal Hill Structube. The staff were helpful but not pushy and patient while i made my decision about my purchase. Ash and the team that day helped answer all my questions clearly and i finalized my purchase. Shipping came in the time frame given and product was as described by the staff because they didnt have a model in the store. Overall i would come back again. I recommend checking out this store for furniture needs. Thanks guys!

I visited this Structube recently, as we had to return a chair ordered through another Structube. The two gentlemen who assisted us were so kind and friendly and helped us re-order our chair. They were so friendly and accommodating, staying past the closing time to ensure we had our order arranged and questions answered. This particular location is gorgeous- it’s huge and has beautiful laid out furniture. I highly recommend the service at this location and will no longer be ordering from other locations! Thanks guys.

Do not purchase anything here, they tell you an “estimated” date that you should receive your furniture. I called a week past that date and their answer was “I don’t know our system hasn’t been updated and there is nothing we can do, call back in a few days and we will see then” then they also tell me a week past the month long wait we have already incurred that it will be a minimum of 3 weeks from when the system is update. This is entrapment and they should be ashamed on how they are conducting business.

Don’t be fooled guys, you cannot pay the price on the tag. There is a hidden fee. They call it shipping fees!!!!! The salesman refused to sell an office desk to me to pick it up from the store. He said only shipping to my home with the hidden shipping fees and he cannot sell it with a price on the price tag. So the prices are not real!!!!!! This is against the law here in Canada. They are cheating. The salesman refused to give me the manager’s number and he was very rude! FRUSTRATING!!!!!

I have loved shopping at the store, until I made a complaint. Ash the manager listened to my complaint but did nothing. I called the company, they did nothing. I went to the store with the defective product, they did nothing. I called the store manger and they did nothing. If you purchase a perfect product you will never have a problem with this company. If you purchase a product that is defective you will never get answers from this company and you will certainly never get a refund.

Worst customer service ever! If I could leave 0, I would do. I ordered sofa a couple of months ago. On the delivery day, they tried to drop it off at wrong address and a delivery guy called my wife but he couldn't contact her because my wife was working at that time. When my wife immediately called back him, he said he was leaving my district. Next day I called the store and ask to deliver again. But manager told I have to pay delivery charge because my wife didn't receive the call.

My boyfriend had called this Location while we were at another one that didn't have the couch we had in mind. He called Signil Hill and ended up talking with Chris, he asked a few questions and then we ended up driving to this location to meet him. He went above our expectations and was just really nice, were so excited to get our new couch! It was our first time shopping with this company, and we will be back! Fantastic value for money and every staff was so kind and helpful. We ordered some furniture and decor including a dining table, chairs, a coffee table, etc online. We got everything in two weeks, and everyone in this branch assisted us so kindly and friendly. In fact, we were slightly fed up with the design of IKEA, so Structube was a great substitute for us. We will definitely buy again at this branch when we need to buy new furniture and decor.

She knew what she was talking about and knew exactly what I was thinking for the space, something neutral and modern. I bought the Randall sectional from Structube a few months ago and I’ve had so many issues with it. I had issues with the joint connector always coming off. And then I had issues screwing the legs in. And now the legs are coming loose again. The couch just feels like it’s gonna breakdown. I tried reaching out to structube and they kept asking me to send more pictures. I just wish I never bought the couch. It’s been a nightmare.

The sales representatives were all very helpful, particularly Chris. He was very quick at answering questions, knew the products and was very personable. He didn’t pressure us to buy anything and only helped us with what we brought to him. Very nice guy, very good experience. He even suggested how we manage shipping dates to have delivery to our new home instead of our current condo.

Had a nice experience with Daniel at the store in Westhils. Even though the items we wanted needed to be ordered in online he was helpful in offering suggestions and making sure I was familiar with how the free shipping promo worked. Now we shall wait and see about the chairs we have ordered when they come in. So far we have ordered other items from here and had good luck.

Our salesperson, Daniel, asked us lots of questions to identify the best mattress to suit us, not necesarily the most expensive, but the one that would work for us. There was no pressure. We have had it for two nights now and it is the right one. This is our second purchase from this Canadian company but it won't be our last.

First time making a purchased from the Westhills location, came to pick up my media unit and the guy offers me a dolly and tells me to load it myself! Said he can’t help me! Where is some politeness and customer service in that? Ridiculous!

Visited this store a few days ago. Very bright,clean and amazing selection of Furniture. Walked around and a salesperson chatted me up, but did not push or hound me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will be back to buy a complete living room set from them. Highly recommended!

Garbage quality. Nothing straight. Thread for the screws are not working. Call them to return the products, they told us to file a form which we did. Obviously they pretend they never received the form and that after 7 days it’s too late to return the product. Absolute thieves

Placed an order to be picked up from the store. My items were sitting there for a week - I had to call customer service and ask what the status was. They notified me that the store should have called and that my purchase had just been sitting at the store. Not too pleased.

Best customer service out of any furniture store in Calgary. I was assisted before I had even let go of the entry door handle. A rep suggested a matching bookshelf that was part of the same set that my tv stand was a part of. 10/10 coming back in the future.

Bought a sofa here, the Barron. After 2 months of owning it the sofa started pilling. They told me there is nothing they will do for me! Awful service, awful quality!!! I highly recommend not dealing here! Or any Structube!
