Lets be clear most of us have a dislike of going to the Dentist and I'm no different. After an horrific experience when I was 10yrs old, my dislike is probably greater than most of you. I'm sure we all have stories about dentists that aren't that great. I hadn't been for 11yrs. Yep that's correct, 11yrs. I've known Dentist Dan through his love of Ballroom Dancing (I'm sure that he'll get back to it one day Marina) and I agreed to go and catch up with him. He said "Lets book you in for an appt". Yes, I agreed changing it around in my mind that I was going to see a friend and not to see a dentist!!!! The whole experience of visiting Studio Smiles has totally turned around my opinion of dentists. The Studio is bright, calming and very welcoming. Dr Dan took the time to give me a tour of the spaces and patiently taking me slowly through everything that he was doing. I'm amazed where dentistry is now headed and had no pain in any procedure that was done. He's always been a talker and great thinker so he is perfectly suited to being a dentist, where most people who walk in need a calming voice. I've been for 2 appointments now, and have already recommended him to many of my friends and students. I wish Daniel all the very best in his new amazing dental studio, with all the whiz bang gadgetry. I knew that whatever he decided to do in life he would always give it 100%. His passion for dentistry is the same passion that I saw when I was coaching him in his dancing. I look forward to a long, pain free and now happy association with Studio Smiles my new dentist.

To be clear, Dr Daniel Maryanovsky is my son... Though, I must say, we agreed upfront that he would treat me as he would any other patient, and in turn, I would give him an honest review, like only a mum can! I have had three appointments so far, and my experience has been truly amazing. We started with a comprehensive assessment of my oral health. I had photos taken in a real photo studio, X-Rays, OPG scans, and a detailed evaluation done via Microscope – all this amazing technology is available and used in-house. The transparency of this process is a completely new experience to me! I could self-diagnose (well almost), with Dr Daniel’s informative commentary and live images of my teeth projected on the big screen as we assessed my teeth, gums, bones and roots. All my questions were patiently answered (and I had quite a few, sorry Daniel) and my concerns addressed in a clear and professional manner. Most importantly, my treatment was done with great skill, care, and gentleness. I watched Netflix “Suits” season 9 on a huge screen with comfy noise cancelling headphones, often forgetting that I am at a Dentist office… And this is what we all want don’t we! So Dr Daniel, here is my honest opinion – you have done very well against my impossibly high standards – it is a well-deserved 5-stars from me, your toughest judge, yet your biggest supporter. I am very proud of you!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a year and felt like a new change. I came across Studio Smiles through instagram. I called and got an appointment the next day. The practice is really clean and has a beautiful interior. Also there was a charging port in the waiting area for both iPhone and Android phones, which helped as my phone was dying. The staff were kind and helpful (I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist), especially Dr. Daniel Maryanovsky. Unlike the past dentists I've been to, I actually felt like I understood what was going on with my teeth after having a consult with Daniel. Also I got to choose what to watch (friends on Netflix) with accompanying headphones instead of watching whatever was on the tv with subtitles like other desist practices. They also had a new covering so I wouldn't have to take off my glasses (and see the tv screen clearly) whilst being protected by the lights that Daniel and his staff were using. All in all 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I found Studio Smiles during lockdown where I needed some emergency advice and haven’t looked back since. I needed a LOT of work on my teeth after chemo, from wisdom teeth out, a root canal and multiple fillings it couldn’t get much worse. Like most, I was really apprehensive about the whole thing. But I was really surprised at how ‘okay’ the journey actually was. Dr. Daniel Maryanovsky guided me through the whole process, he was great, made me feel calm and comfortable and is just amazing at what he does. All the little things Daniel and his team do make the dentist chair experience actually pleasant. I watched the whole series of ‘Emily in Paris’. Earphones on. So I was completely distracted from what was really going on. The staff and reception are so welcoming and made a really scary situation quite pleasant really. And bonus, I am now Cavity free.

I chipped my tooth on the Friday night and needed an emergency appt .Being new to the area and just finding out my old dentist had retired I didn’t know where to look- remembered seeing Studio Smiles when I was shopping and after googling them was able to secure an appt with Dr Daniel on the saturday. Was greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist then tooth repaired promptly and brilliantly by Dr Daniel and his assistant. He explained everything incl cost and showed me on a screen above the problem. I then lay back and watched an episode of my favourite tv series while he went to work- BEST dental experience I’ve ever had!!! I’ve booked a New Patient appt so looking forward to him being my new dentist!!! Great booking, convenient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Such a great experience on my initial visit at Studio Smiles! Right from scheduling my appointment to the moment I stepped out of the clinic, everything was seamless. Dr. Daniel’s expertise and attention to detail were evident as he conducted a thorough examination and tailored a treatment plan specifically for me. He genuinely listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the process as he took the time to explain everything. The clinic itself well-maintained, facilities and equipment seemed top notch and spotless. The nurse was also friendly and accommodating. I am grateful to have found such a professional dentist, and I highly recommend- will be a long term patient for sure!

Full disclosure - Doctor Daniel is my son. This does not mean I enjoy going to dentists - I do not- like most of us. This time however I had issues you could no longer ignore. So I have embarked on a journey to full mouth dental restoration with multiple visits and procedures done using the latest in-house technology. The transparency of the process is a new experience to me as well as pain free procedures. It was interesting to observe on a screen what was actually and I enjoyed listening to comprehensive comments of the doctor. Overall a great experience and I think l have concurred my fear of going to dentists… Daniel, thank you, I am very proud of you!

Im Very Happy I went to Studio Smiles, for my first Dental appointment in many years. Dr Daniel Indicated and showed me clearly where certain things aren’t right, such as holes and more. I had Fillings done by Himself And Doctor Sabrina who are both passionate, amazing at what they do and really give you a comfortable experience which is important. Definitely a great Team I was welcomed by a nice receptionist too (I forgot her name I’m sorry I will edit this once I get it ) I will be getting my teeth looked after for the future here. From the moment you walk in and walk out you know you’ve been looked after very well. Highly recommend.

Right from the beginning you are made to feel so welcome. Georgia greets you on the phone like an old friend, and nothing is too much to ask of this vibrant young girl. Dr Dan is super thorough with photos, X-rays, lots of explanations and time for my questions, so that I felt that he really understood what I was after as well as prioritising what I needed. Quotes and timelines and appointments are easily organised. Followed by a gentle clean which I was terrified of, but he and his nurse Hannah alleviated all of my stress. So far I’d highly recommend Dr Dan and his team.

Daniel is a wizard when it comes to his craft. He and studio Smiles staff are friendly, enthusiastic, attentive, courteous and, above all, highly professional. The clinic is set up according to the latest developments in dental technologies. All systems and equipment are virtually brand new and Daniel is an expert how to use it and communicate findings to his clients. On a personal note, over last 18 month Daniel carried out several complex procedures (including fitting 2 crowns) without any problems or side effects. Overall - highly recommend.

Studio Smiles have provided me with the best dental experience I’ve ever had. At 33 I had very very severe dental anxiety and was incredibly nervous about my dental health and the process involved. Rach coached me through the whole process making me feel comfortable with any reservations and even offered to sit with me during the process, and Dan was so gentle and reassuring it was unlike any other dentist I had previously been to. Amazing experience at Studio Smiles. I had not been to the Dentist in 7-8 years and after a strong recommendation for Doctor Daniel at Studio Smiles, I bit the bullet and booked it in. I couldn't be more happy with the service and treatment, going in I was very anxious but Daniel and the Dental Assistant Katie both made me feel very comfortable. The Studio is decked out with state of the art equipment and so I could relax with headphones on, watching Seinfeld while my teeth were being treated. Super happy and a customer for life.

The receptionist, Harmony is terribly rude and aggressive. She rings up multiple times to harass us to change our appointment time on Saturday because they've had cancellation and she wants to go home early. We've already told her multiple times that we will keep our appointment time and please stop ringing us but she continued to ring up and sends a text message with different appointment times. She then hangs up on us mid sentence when we told her to stop changing our appointment time and stop harassing us. Terrible service.

Outstanding service! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the lovely Georgia at reception. Dr. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, warm and professional throughout my visit. I needed a crown and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they could do it all in one day thanks to their state-of-the-art technology. I can confidently say that this is the best dentist I have ever been to. I was blown away by how pain-free and quick the procedure was. I used to live in Cheltenham and although I now live in Brighton I still come to see Dr Dan. Had my porcelain veneers done here after many of my friends had theirs done with Dan and I could not be happier. Daniel talked me through all the options and costings and made sure I was thoroughly informed. Everything went smoothly and now I return for my general check ups. We even managed to avoid a root canal due to catching a cavity just in time. The team at Studio Smiles are the best.

Daniel did my wisdom teeth extraction and it was a very painless and easy process where I was able to sit back and watch tv throughout. I can’t recommend a dentist any more than Studio Smiles and Dr Daniel, I had an infected tooth in a bridge that he managed to do a root canal on, I was in severe pain, woke the next day with no pain at all. Highly recommend.
