I like stuffys . I haven't had a bad experience until today. And it was with the manager judy.. She needs to learn how to do her customer service better. I pulled up. I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 × 2 her. I think she couldn't hear me. And right off the bat she was just not being polite. I pull up to the window and she makes me reach and doesn't even put her hand out the window for the the payment. I literally have to stretch to her to give her the money. When she gave it back to me, she dropped half. My change on the floor outside had a bad attitude and was rude. The food was made really sloppy. Everything fell out I had to go half my food away. NI asked you who she was and she told me. I think she told me she was the manager and I just drove off. I'd rather leave a review, so everybody knows that Judy. The manager there shouldn't be the manager if she does not like to do customer service and at least make it effort their customers. I rather drive all the way down to cendaleia. And try them out there and see if they know how to do customer service. I'm sorry Judy but you shouldn't have a job if you don't like doing it. P s thank you for the mess on my lap. Told the order taker I had a tomato allergy and if a certain item had them. He said he’d write “no tomato”. Got the order and it had a ton of tomato. When I asked, they said it was premade: wish they had said that at the beginning. They made another one (after asking if tomato was ok on that one as well, I said no…allergy.”). The person delivering the replacement slapped it down with a scornful look and walked away without a word. With their disregard, I didn’t feel comfortable eating that one and left. Extremely disappointed with disregard: don’t go if you have any food sensitivities (or like customer service).

I didn't realize there were any Stufy's left in Albuquerque. I worked at one in the late 80's and absolutely loved the #5. At my visit today, I ordered a #1 and a root beer. It tasted just as good as I remember. It made me feel very nostalgic for the days of making guacamole and watching the sopapilla machine. Today, the young man who was working the window was extremely nice and courteous. He is very sweet and provided me with a pleasant experience.

You go to stufy's for the stuffed sopapillas!! My favorite is the number seven, the carne adovada Stufy. And it's my hangover cure! But all of them are amazing. I'm pretty sure the sopapilla sizes have increased in the last few years, as well. I don't remember them being as huge as they are now.

A few weeks ago l ordered a #1 add onions add chicharrones. I leave and there no cheese so I go back and ask for it to be corrected. I leave with my new order and when I took it out of the little paper holder there was a gigantic hole in the bottom of the sopa and everything fell out all over my clothes and car. I went back and just asked for a refund. Deciding to try again, I went today and ordered the same thing and there was no lettuce. Lettuce comes with it. Why can’t these employees just follow their own menu? I know it was just cheese the first time and just lettuce this time but if I’m paying nearly $10 dollars for 1 sopa, it should at least some with all the ingredients.

Very very good food, but it took 10 minutes to get food from the drive thru with only one person ahead of me and the lady forgot what I ordered & asked me, I forgot the number of the meal because I don't have the menu memorized. I had to bust out my phone to look at the menu. Turns out it was just right there, because as soon I told her what it was she gave it right to me.

The Enchiladas tastes marvelous however the cheese they use tastes like Sonic's chili cheese dogs which is not a good mixture... For The All Mighty Cosmic Moss anyways... but they were kind enough to give me a plain 1$ sopaipilla for the 5$ Enchilada I paid for awesomeness I recommend this place ! It's nice and private like restrooms smell like it's been flooded with a$$ water though

Great food when they actually take your order and also get the right order out to you! Not worth the terrible customer service! Just sat waiting for them to take my order for 20 min. Never got to order! The time before this entire order was wrong after we waited 40 min. The vehicle in front of us was yelling at them as well because “they always mess up her order”! Get your stuff together. You could be a great place to eat! I hope you get your stuff together. We need more places to eat over here. A hidden gem! Wow! The route 66 retro decor within this unassuming yellow building truly surprised me... I went in for carryout and vowed next time to dine in (see photos). The place was very clean and well-tended... it reminded me of Edwaed Hopper's Clean Well-Lighted place painting with the sparkly red barstools lined up along the counter. Breakfast was very tasty... I had huevos rancheros with a sopapilla on the side and was not disappointed... others in our group had a stuffed egg and bacon sopapilla, a smothered carne adovada sopapilla with chincharones and an apple sopapilla... lovely flavors, well-crafted, and friendly service.

I've been getting food here for several years and while there is sometimes a wait it typically worth it. After ordering and being told my total would be $29.01 then getting to the window and told the same thing I was then charged $30.08 with a $1.07 customer service charge. I asked about this and apparently it's a charge for using a card instead of cash. I offered to pay cash and get my money back and they weren't able to do that. They need to stop tacking on fees at the end of a transaction and just factor it into their costs. It's 2023, card transactions aren't new.

I wouldn't even leave a star but I had no option. The worst experience ever!!! Poor customer service, took forever to get the food and when we finally got the food it was cold. Then my daughter went and ordered two tamales and charros, not only did it take longer than fifteen minutes to get them, the one tamale was soggy and the other was burnt and hard, the churros were as hard as a rock!!! Ever since the new owners took over this place sucks!! Never eat there again!!!!!! And to top all things off they weren't even busy and then they argued with me when I asked for a refund!!!

This location either needs to cut the drive through, or fix the speaker. I started ordering and had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to realize they didn’t start taking my order. Luckily nobody was behind me at the time, but once they finally took my order, I’ve never had somebody be so rude/annoyed to take it. Be warned to not come too early in the morning (10:30am) cause you probably will receive a lack of service.

Worse customer service ever! Waited 30 mins for my order. Then I was told they didn’t have one of the items, no biggie. Offered me an alternate option. Waited another 20 mins only to be told they were out of that as well. Asked for a refund and waited another 10 mins for only 1 person who knows how to perform a refund to refund my money. Awful. Just plain awful. Don’t go here. Wendy’s isn’t far away, which has 1000% better customer service.

Their sopapillas are fresh and always strong enough to hold all the goodness it's stuffed with. I always get the weenie potatoes and egg with green Chile. This place never dissapoints. They have a great coke selection also. We always go through the drive thru and we never wait more than 10 min for our food.

This place is good.. only one complaint: I got a pink lemonade but it tasted like water. They replaced it and I was satisfied.. no complaints about the food. Love the flavor of their sopa. Had the green chile and chicken sopa. It's a bit messy to eat handheld but it can be done. Missing one-star because the drive-thru window needs to be fixed. It's shattered and makes the building look run down.
